The service was first class from the time I was met by the meet and greet employee to the time I checked out of the hotel. The room was large, extremely quiet and there was a good sized bathroom, both were spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were a bit too soft for me and I would have liked the option of a firmer one. The location of the hotel is ideal, I had a 5 minute walk to the departure gate when I checked out of the hotel in the morning. Highly recommend if staying overnight and catching a morning flight.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has a wait of several hours in the airport. Very comfortable stay. The rooms are excellent and the food is very good value. The staff are very helpful.

The hotel service was excellent. The rooms very clean and pleasant. It was quiet so you can sleep. The convenience was wonderful and we were right in airport. Price was higher than I wanted to pay but not unexpected. Maybe offer travels deals? Thank you.

The Hotel is conveniently located to all Gates, Duty Free Shops, clean, nicely appointed, and exactly what we needed for an overnight layover in Dubai on our way back to the States. I would definitely recommend the hotel for all types of travel if you have a long layover.

We had overnight stop-over (nearly 12 hours gap between our flights) at Dubai airport. We therefore chose to stay in the hotel. It provided a good opportunity to take some sleep overnight and shower in the morning before getting on to the next flight.

Excellent location right inside terminal 3. Staff is super helpful. Kojan met me right at the airplane door and walked me all the way to my room. So pleasant and professional. Could not have asked for a better service.

Rooms are comfortable, the meet and greet service is excellent. They recognize repeat customers and preferences. Staff are great, food is tasty and rightly priced. We had a 12 hour layover this time and this stay was perfect.
