A nice hotel with a helping staff. The stay was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Specially Parvez guided us in detail about everything in Dubai . Location wise perfect . As it is a newly renovated hotel the room had a bit of paint smell but trust this is temporary and will be fine in a few days . Otherwise very well run hotel .

savoy crest is more like home for me. its just been 2 stays with them and I feel so comfortable staying there. specially my kids. the hotel is in such a midst of location, that you can just walk and grab any sort of thing you like, either in middle of day or night.

Good hotel. Soft behavior of staff. Ultra clean. Specially MR.Viresh was good and gentle who use to clean my room well every alternate days during my entire stay of 2 months. Small suggestion is to add some more south Indian food in breakfast buffet.

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time! In the end, we did not want to leave at all. The Hotel is situated in a peaceful and clean area which ist not too far from downtown and public transport. The room was very clean, even bigger than expected, the beds were very comfy, breakfast was just a delight and the view from the rooftop, with its nice pool, over the whole skyline, was breathtakingl!! On top of it all, the very friendly and super helpful staff made our short visit a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Mr. Pervez, Mr. Rakesh, Mr. Vikas, Mr. Raju and all the other staff!!! We stayed for over a month, and really impressed with the staff friendliness and efficiency, particularly Mr Madan Sharma and Mr Pervez made special efforts to make us comfortable. We really appreciated the Roof Top Pool - my daughter was daily there. I always had easy parking and help with cases. We have booked again and will be back , this is now our place in Dubai, and many Malls with easy trip and Bur Dubai good central location. We also like the Creek Park very close.

You feel relaxed and comfortable at this hotel, because all staff of the hotel is so attentive and polite with you that you don’t want to leave from there. The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day. It was so unexpectedly when all staff members of the hotel made a big surprise us on my wife’s birthday.
