Kids were dispointed with swimming pool, it was under construction and not mentioned while booking, toilet at reception has no hand wash n Toilet roll.location is good.i will not recommend this hotel for family and its doesn't look 4 star from any angle.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever see. No parking need to go to other place to park your car. The room is terrible, the wifi is very slow. I don't recommend this hotel. If you want to be comfortable and want some rest don’t choose this hotel.

The toilet seat is broken The shower leaks Both windows don’t close and I hear traffic non stop so cannot sleep There is a Bangladesh night club in the hotel and load music all night - 3:30 am is the earliest I’ve fell asleep They have some very interesting people coming in and out of the hotel to the “spa” on the 4th floor. They put dirty bedding on during turndown service They left dirty bedding on the floor in my room I asked the housekeeper for some water but was told no I put it in the room earlier The air con comes on randomly and I can’t turn it off so get cold during the night The carpets and curtains are filthy There is a broken light in my room that flickers all the time The iron they provided is filthy The pool bar/pool/pool table are disgusting and unusable - it’s also covered up so pics are misleading The milk they provide at the coffee station is off each morning - curdled The Wi-Fi is temperamental The breakfast made me vomit immediately so all I have eaten for nearly a week is toast - I will not eat evening meal!!! They charge 9 aed for a can of Pepsi (it’s 3 aed next door) The tables and bedside tables have cigarette burns on and are not cleaned The room is not hoovered during turndown service The gym is a 12ft by 12 foot box with a ceiling so low I couldn’t skip or extend my arms without touching the ceiling I could continue but won’t and here are some pics, if you want more evidence please let me know. Issues at hotel: They took my passport until I payed for 2 drinks that I charged to the room, as I was on my way out the next morning the reception lady shouted across reception how much my bill was and that I needed to pay it asap. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life….. I would not allow any member of my family to come here. It has majorly, negatively impacted my time In Dubai- when I brought all of this up with the hotel manager I was told it’s one of the best rooms!!! I have stayed in many hotels in UAE, but this hotel gave me the worst experience of my life. Reception staff is sooo unprofessional specially the lady kusum, while i was standing there in front of the reception for my check in,she is just ignoring me and talking gossiping with the fellow staff. And both of them asking each other to like “ you do his check in,you do his check in” specially when I understand hindi and both of them gossiping in hindi. I felt such a disrespect, the room wasn’t clean, the pool was so dirty, you can see the dirt so easily. Very much disappointed specially with the reception staff. I hope the recruiter knew what he was hiring while hiring this lady. I will never ever recommend this hotel because of the bad staff.

I booked a 6-night stay for Christmas week and good thing the room was clean and spacious although the bathroom was very small. Not much noise was experienced during the stay, the bellman was very helpful, housekeeping did a good job. The problem came in when I booked another room for a night and it was TERRIBLE!!! It was very small, no towels, no amenities, very noisy that u hear everything from the next room to the corridor, bathroom needed maintenance, called for towels from when i arrived but nothing was delivered, operator was extremely rude.

Cozy hotel, I enjoyed my stay here, the wash room though is a little bit run down and the water mixer from the shower is cold to normal only. Whats important is I slept well. Kudos to the Indian receptionist guy (sorry I forgot his name) he is very accommodating and really made my stay an awesome one..

Its a total disaster. The variety of food is really not acceptable. Weve been served with a cold basket of pastry, omellete and some slice fruit. I think its ok atleast there is toast slice bread i can eat. What more can it be worse when i found out that ive been served with an expired butter. Not only one but all of it. The server apologize about it but thats it. The restaurant is totally empty and i cant see any good reason for that to happen. At midnight We order pizza at the room dining. Its just a bread top with cheese. "The telephone operator on duty at 2:00 am is very rude" please dont put the 805 number in your menu if the operator will just shout at your guest and tell us they are not the restaurant. We went up to the pool area just to find out that its closed, even the sauna and steam bath is not working no one inform us about it upon check in. Washroom next to the pool really need a lot of maintenance on it.

Great for travellers on a very tight budget. Was there while waiting for my flight. Amenities are spare. Luxuries are barely available. Still, the comfort and cleanliness was more than adequate. And staff was always helpful. The pandemic had practically shutdhown the hotel's dining options. But on the couple of times I ate at the main restaurant, I had no complaints with the biryani I ordered. Would definitely recommend Saffron Boutique Hotel to travellers just looking for a no-frills place to crash.
