One of dirtiest hotel I ever seen in my life. They moved us three different room all room was dirty and smelly on the top in bathroom and In bedroom crockroches everywhere and breakfast was very low quality food and coffee machine was broken even in restaurants crockroches we paid for breakfast but we ordered food from outside due to cleanliness and low quality of food this restaurant should be three star... And they disturbed us so much as they have to do technical work during our stay in room there were no privacy no professionalism...

NO fridge in mini bar … Kettle in the room didn’t work.. they made us wait 2 hours to set up the rooms and only gave it at exact time of check in yet a lot of items didn’t even appear to be a part of the so called set up rooms...

I stayed at Grand Excelsior Bur Dubai from 14-17 Nov 2022 on a business trip... However rooms here are full of cockroaches... Housekeeping is also not upto the mark, cleans room but don't replace even towels and just removes them... They need to seriously work on the upkeep of hotel as hygiene is something which is missing here with cockroaches all around in the room...

We had booking for three nights under the name of Bhupesh and shailesh Momaya... There were cockroaches in room also there was nothing in the room no bath towels no kettle just nothing... Even after room change there were cockroaches in those room as well... After a long when we come back to the room there are cockroaches again...

The hotel staff is very friendly and also provide Indian food that is very hygienic nd clean. We advise for visitors must visit in this hotel... Swimming pool area is also clean... And it's near by to Burj Khalifa, dubai frame ,Meena bajar...

An excellent service, good quality and fresh food, good location! House keepers and customer service were so professional and delighted to help at all times... House keeper named Mofizur was very helpful, always offered to help and went above and beyond to keep the room clean and provided stuff, really looked after us well...

My trip went well and it was nice staying for the whole week , truly loved dubai 🥰, on the first day I kinda get uncomfortable because I didn’t get the bath towels and milk powder on time however , Mofizur was the one who took care for us serving all the needs for all 6 days stay... the hotel service and convenience was good overall...

It was great pleasure to stay in this hotel, the entire team of hotel was very helpful and honest with their duties... I give 5 star rating to this hotel and front desk team Ms. Namrata is super efficient… big family should take Vice Royal suite… amazing rooms and spacious.. will visit again at the same venue...
