MayFair Hotel is situated next to Lamcy Plaza . Do not get confused with Grand MayFair , as Grand is better service . No Metro station in surroundings , though paid car parking is available . Hosekeeping level is really pathetic and poor Staff are not helpful

This hotel its very worse hotel grand Mayfair.im Tomuch UPSET end VERY BAD DAY.this hotel only is very Worse i check in this hotel very bad they don't know how to handle the guest end very road.i book one room for two person. End then they told They not allowed visitor i book for two person.they asking me to book other room way like this.we are two person.they give my partner other.they want me to book other room.im tomuch upset end very worse hotel .end iwent to the room very Worse. There was a lack of water on November 08th. The GM of the hotel were downstairs and had no emotional sense or support while I asked why there's no water in the whole property. I wanted to cry. Felt so humiliated. Himself turned his back land walked away. I am speechless this happens im hospitality. A GM rude and unfair. No patience to talk with a guest. Below are the evidences that the property lacks a lot of maintenance and care. Stay away from this property.

Never again worst service and worst staff from reception ever encountered in Dubai never thought that exist such garbage hotel in Dubai Jointa and another Pakistani guy along with manager of reception very unhelpful and unprofessional couldn’t assist with any help

Mayfair hotell is quite nice place to stay. Big rooms, beds ok. In our room ac was somekind of broke & room was really cold. We get extrablanket and that was ok to us :) Breakfast was good, something for everyone. Good singers in restaurant.

hotel is 750 m far from metro n bus stop.rooms are small ,furniture and bathroom was not maintained properly. bed head clothe is shredding out . bed sheet was not properly washed. my room was on 4th floor even though it was noisy

Not a upmarket hotel but ok. Plenty of nice buxom Eastern European girls there around the pool and bars. Very nice local food available just across the road and cheap. Make the most of it. In would stay there again just for access to the food.

The hotel is not fancy or luxury, it is only enough for short business trips. Nice stuff, good beds, old furniture which needs renovation, fast Internet and poor breakfast buffet with few varieties. very close to supermarkets and food stores. It is very cheap.

Before arriving at the hotel I was aware of some of the negative reviews, but because of the low price I decided to give it a go. And in summary, I am very glad I stayed at the hotel. The hotel isn't luxury and it isn't anything compared to a five star international hotel. However for the price you pay, it is worth every penny. The room was clean enough, the bed was comfy and I didn't hear any noise despite being on the 2nd floor. The welcome was very cold by two of the hotel staff on reception, a smile would have went a long way. However this cannot be said about any of the other staff I came into contact with. The cleaners and other reception staff were very friendly and competent. Kudos to them! If the hotel could iron out some of the attitude in only some of the minority staff, this place would be even better. If you are looking for a cheap stay close to the airport, don't hesitate in booking this place.…
