Just returned from our Honeymoon we booked the skyline room which was lovely although our room key panel was faulty we were upgraded to a better room with amazing views over the palm... Heart shaped cakes were delivered to the room and even the engineers sent us pretty cheesecakes for the issue with key panel... Fruit bowls were sent to our room which was lovely also...

I stayed here with my girlfriends for a wedding we were attending at the same hotel. As a Hilton Honors member, you can get a discount on your room... She was kind enough to offer us a possible upgrade with a discount for our rooms on arrival, and was very helpful... We stayed just for 2 nights in a Seaview/skyline view room, and it was such a great luxurious experience... The beds were so comfortable, rooms spacious, bathroom facilities and toiletries were also of high quality and very clean... Service to rooms for laundry, cleaning, and in-room dining was always done very quickly and with great care...

The room itself was pretty nice and had a good sized balcony, but the toilet was bordering to the claustrophobic... Stayed at the Waldorf Astoria on the Palm for 2 nights as the second part of our honeymoon from Mauritius! The hotel was amazing, so big, spacious and clean!... We did have to wait a couple of hours after landing in Dubai from Mauritius at 4am, we received a complimentary breakfast starting at 6am and then we’re given our room around 9:30am... The manager at the Waldorf was fantastic and ensured we was well looked after as soon as our room became available... He even ensured the room had honeymoon decor once he found out we was in Dubai for our honeymoon... Our sea facing room was very lovely!... We had a great view of the palm, the room was big and spacious and we felt really comfortable!...

This hotel is amazing and accomodating, as we got here early morning and when the room became available they did inform us and let us get into our room... The room is clean with fresh fruit and bottled water, the patio has a view of the burf arab, the only thing is that the hotel is at the end of the palm jumeirah and take about 30 minutes to the Dubai Mall and/or the Marina...

...We took advantage of the half board package, we had made reservations to eat outside the hotel on some evenings as we thought we would need a change of dining experience but we cancelled them because the food at the Mezzerie was so good...

...Only downside was the tours concierge table, which tried to overcharge us by 10x for an excursion and was very dishonest - surprised they let this vendor operate in their hotel. Booked the same excursion via a Tripsdvisor vendor and had a great experience for 90% less...

...Perrera was so great at the restaurant, very helpful in ensuring we had everything and really ensured we had food that the kids enjoyed...

...The beach is also serviced well by the hotel staff.I also used the hair salon and found them excellent.We were half board so our breakfast and evening meal were included... The few times we used this restaurant we found the standard of the food very poor.We attended a BBQ one night at an extra cost and found it very disappointing...

...Weekday pool passes were 275 per person, with 150 redeemable on food and drink per person, we will be back!...

...Food on the beach is not cheap,neither is drink,a lunch for 2 and 2 pints of cold beer each is around £100 but your on holiday in dubai so just suck it up and enjoy the waiters and good food service... We didn't eat at Social as found it overpriced and not huge fans of Italian food...

...Also drinks are quite expensive, which is fine, we were on holiday, but we found both Peacock Alley and Sarafina to be very quiet in the evenings, sometimes we were the only two sitting there. If the drinks were a little cheaper maybe more people would use them...

As a conference project manager myself for a global tech firm I am disgusted by her behavior and condensing tone and I will never use this hotel or brand for my own events or for our personal travel needs... ...Staff then offered a paid upgrade to the pearl club suite without pearl club benefits for a price that's more than the booking the suite upfront with pearl club benefits. Paid for that anyone because the suite was really nice... Mary from the restaurant is especially friendly and showed me to the restroom... Pool and beach service is decent, food quality is good but there's a price to that... This is not a once off phenomenon but throughout my entire 3d2n stay Intensely nickel-and-diming... Called the concierge to check if the bottle of nuts were chargeable but not sure if we have heard wrongly, we thought that they were free... When we called for refilled for second day, we were told that they were chargeable... But one small bottle of nuts costs 55 AED... It shouldn't be hard to leave a menu for those chargeable items so guests will not be mistaken... While I do not expect luxury property stays to provide great value, but I also definitely do not expect to be left with a sour taste at any point...

...We booked again half board and the breakfast and dinner buffet were 10 of 10 level, including any special needs...

...Only issue you face is getting Taxi or Uber at peak times though we realised and booked the hotels own car service which was reliable and not much more expensive...

...The resort is quite far from downtown Dubai – a cab ride in the evening to the Coca Cola arena in traffic took about an hour and was about $50 USD... We also dined on site at Lavo and found the cuisine and the prices excellent... As Hilton Diamond members we did not receive any special upgrades beyond breakfast included in the rate...

...Booked a King Deluxe with Palm view... The restaurants are quite expensive, while the pool restaurant (available for dining too) is more affordable... This restaurant, Palm Avenue, is worth the money for the food... Salie served us and he is a great contribution to the team there...

...Had the fish tacos, the tacos tasted and felt a little stale, they weren’t soft nor hard...

...We add Pearl Club entrance to our reservation and had even better experience there - great breakfast service in the morning and also lovely cocktails, when watching sunset...

...The Hotel is everything you would expect, but my biggest gripe is the price of everything not part of my stay. I was on a Half board but was only allowed to use the buffet rest restaurant, which was good, but expect to pay £150 per head on top for any of the others... Drinks, well forget it, small White Wine and a bottled beer in the bar £25, so two rounds £50... So basically, the Bar is empty every night, I heard one man say to the Bar staff, why is it I have to re-mortgage my house to buy a round... A beer round the pool lunch tine £12 a pint, and Burger and Chips about £35... So, to me these prices are just not justified, so I will NEVER go to Dubai again, the place is nice and clean, and safe, but these silly prices make it unenjoyable... In addition, at the weekend they have various Ex-Pat clubs that get cheap access to the pool, so very busy with non-residents...

...Drinks are expensive so make use of their happy hours which are really competitive compared to other hotels...

Was a horrible day I payed for a suite with see and sunset view and they gived me a tiny room with no view in a first floor, when I asked them to change they keep me wait until 4pm and then I received a room in one floor up and I didn’t see even the sunset or sunrise the room was so noisy with the room up of me and the room next to me even they go to the bathroom I heard the noise, the room dining was a story, they bring thr french frise with a big black oil balls in it I mean how they can do it !!!...

From the moment we arrived in the reception area we were made to feel pretty special. It was our first family holiday with a 2.5 year old and 8 month baby in tow and I have to say, the Waldorf and it’s staff made it such a memorable experience from beginning to end... We looked forward to the breakfast every morning as the selection was vast and very tasty... The staff were amazing with our children and really took the time to make them feel special... Room service was fast and the food, very yummy... I really liked that the assistant manager of the hotel seemed very hands on and approached us every time he saw us to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we needed anything... We also loved the fact that the children were not forgotten when it came to slippers for the room and children’s toiletries... On the final night a special surprise was left in our room for when we got back - a tipi in the corner of our room with a colouring set for our toddler to enjoy and a monkey made out of towels, hung by the tipi... It was a beautiful gesture and something that will stay with us... The hotel provided us with a sterilising unit to sterilise the baby’s bottles in our room which was extremely helpful and made up a bottle of hot milk for the toddler every night... Every little detail was taken care of...

Me and my family stayed here for five days, this hotel is amazing, it’s got everything, sandy beach, nice restaurants, great rooms but you know what makes this hotel? What really makes this hotel special is the hard working staff, who make you feel at home... When we first arrived there was a little mix up with our booking but after I spoke to Manveer Singh the reception manager he made sure we had a unforgettable experience... Manveer is an asset to this hotel, with his contribution our stay was fantastic... Breakfast was a great to start the day, you get so much choice, we were there for a hour every morning... My wife and my son have a gluten intolerance this hotel made sure we felt safe... The chef will discuss your allergies and advise you... Hasson, Mohimmer and Isosh really took care of us... Moshin from house keeping who kept the kids amused with his messages and making towels into animals... The shuttle driver who’s name I have forgot... I feel the reception can improve on communication skills because we did receive the wrong times on a couple of occasions for the shuttle...

...The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to ensure everything was perfect. We stayed in a Pearl Club twin room... We especially liked that Pearl Club was allocated to the 5th floor of the hotel and could only be accessed by Pearl Club guests... The Pearl Club lounge staff remembered everything we liked, and always greeted us as friends... As we travelled without children, we especially appreciated the adult only pool and the Pearl Club lounge being restricted to guests over 12 years of age after 5pm...

...This is my 2nd time at this hotel and had a wonderful time. As a single lady travelling on my own I was very apprehensive but the staff all made me feel welcome and checked on me... Customer service seems to be high on the agenda, every member of staff you come across greets you and asks you how you are, how is your room, anything they can do etc... Big shout out to Sonu, Alex, Shrijana, Saru, Manisha and Hermae in the Mezzerie who all made me feel very welcome... Khakid at the beach who was very friendly and always took care of me... Special shout out to Sonu and Manisha who served me at breakfast and dinner... I loved chatting to you, thank you for looking after me... Sai out front greeting me from the start and showing me to my room, helping me with free shuttle buses, your service is first class, If I had to find something negative to say about this hotel it would be that most dishes and deserts at dinner would contain nuts, being a nut allergy sufferer I found the selection very small... Loved all the little free gestures around the beach, free water, ice lollies, cold face towels and the lovely smoothie shots...

...The food and the service at “Palm Avenue” is amazing! The whole team, especially Ojo and Dara, were really nice and helpful!... It’s really remarkable that the waiters are really professional and friendly, even to one or another unpleasant guest...

...The breakfast buffet is high quality... The staff would sometimes give you popsicles or other little treats while at the beach...

...The temperature controlled adults pool helped combat the heat and humidity... The cherry ok top was the kind and attentive service provided by Ojo... Overall a great start to the weekend and would come back again!...

Stayed here or 5 nights in the beginning of September... The service was excellent - from reception to restaurants, pool staff, concierge and room attendants... They were always very helpful and asking us if we need anything or if they could help in any way... Special thanks to Bilal who looked after us throughout our stay - he went out of his way to make sure our trip was perfect... We were on half board basis with one alcoholic drink pp and had the option to dine at Social and Lao... The staff at Lao were really friendly and accommodating...

We are still on a 11 night holiday at this luxurious hotel, the hospitality has been exceptional from arriving the reception staff and the restaurants staff could not do enough for us. The hotel is immaculate credit to all cleaning staff... We visited the family pool most days and although all the staff are polite and attentive we have to give Borzo a special mention he recognised us as soon as we arrived at the pool and brought us clean towels and fresh water throughout the day, nothing was to much trouble for him especially in the 40 degree heat, he is certainly an asset to the Waldorf Astoria...

Best experience we've had at a hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my husband and mines experience in Dubai for the first time, an amazing one... They personalized notes and desserts for us as we got into our room... Abkishek, our housekeeper, made the most amazing towel art for us every day and always made our room perfectly clean!... Also to point out the staff from breakfast at the Mezzerie... Aayushma, Mahima, Zasmin, Flassau always made us feel so special as we went into breakfast every morning... They remembered our drink order and got it started the second they would see us coming in... Couldn't rave enough on the hospitality that was shown here...

...The afternoon tea and breakfast was amazing. The staff where especially lovely, much more talkative and engaging then the staff in the main eating area... There are two pools, a kids pool and an adults pool, which was very handy when you just want to relax by the pool without having screaming kids right next to you... All the staff on the beach were very helpful and polite!...

...The Waldorf Astoria truly exceeded all our expectations! We stayed here for seven days for a family holiday and had a fantastic time!... The hotel building is classically beautiful, both in its interior and its exterior, and the pool area and beach is tranquille, cozy and has all the amenities you could ask for... A good advice is to try to get hold of one of the cabanes by the pool for sunbathing and relaxation, but the regular sun beads are of course fine as well... The beach has very nice fine sand and the kids loved the floating bridge that you could swim to and jump into the water from... Our room (big and spacious and with enough area to accommodate our family of four without any problem) was beautiful and very tastefully decorated, including a delightful bathroom... We had a great view directly towards Burj al Arab and Burj Khalifa from our windows and balconies... The staff was overall tremendously friendly and attentive and walks the extra mile for their guests...

...You feel special and wanted from the moment you arrive. There is so much choice on site in terms of restaurants and facilities... The beach and pool areas are great and especially the adults only pool area which is peaceful and tranquil when you have got past having your kids with you on vacation... All staff are really friendly and can't do enough to make your stay and experience enjoyable... The Spa is worth a visit for a superb massage treatment... We ate dinner n 4 of the restaurants on site during our stay...

We'd recommend a room that gives access to the Pearl Club, as well as the complementary food and drink at various times, it's a lovely place to relax on the balcony in the evening, watching the sunset then the lights come on across the water...

From the moment we arrived in the reception area we were made to feel pretty special. It was our first family holiday with a 2.5 year old and 8 month baby in tow and I have to say, the Waldorf and it’s staff made it such a memorable experience from beginning to end... The service is impeccable, the rooms are timeless and beautiful and the pool/beach area are so picturesque... We looked forward to the breakfast every morning as the selection was vast and very tasty... We had lunch at the poolside restaurant once and it was lovely... Room service was fast and the food, very yummy... We ordered food by the poolside a few times and unfortunately, it was mediocre at best but the cocktails definitely made up for it... We also loved the fact that the children were not forgotten when it came to slippers for the room and children’s toiletries... On the final night a special surprise was left in our room for when we got back - a tipi in the corner of our room with a colouring set for our toddler to enjoy and a monkey made out of towels, hung by the tipi... The hotel provided us with a sterilising unit to sterilise the baby’s bottles in our room which was extremely helpful and made up a bottle of hot milk for the toddler every night... Every little detail was taken care of... It felt like a home away from home...

...For me the adults-only pool is one of the best pool experiences in Dubai if you want a relaxed day. You get water in ice bucket for free, cold towels, sometimes a fruit shot or ice... Really a great location and service and the pool time does a great job, they always have a smile and are very helpful... For my birthday they even created a birthday card for me which was very nice of them!...

...Booked a King Deluxe with Palm view. All the rooms come with a balcony, but our balcony was huge compared to the rest... The balcony was bigger than the room and bathroom together... The hotel has a lovely entrance and they provide a lot... If you book here for more than one night then I am sure you don't need to leave the hotel... The hotel has a private beach where they provide the towels and the beds... Water bottles in an ice buckets were offered straight away (without extra charge)... The restaurants are quite expensive, while the pool restaurant (available for dining too) is more affordable...

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The bedroom was spotless and stocked with wonderful Aesop products... Fresh fruit, water and coffee was replenished daily... We paid for half board and we’re spoilt for choice... What really stood out for us were the staff on the beach, around the pool and serving in the restaurants... Rajesh clearly passed this on as we were treated like royalty by the hotel on our actual birthday... They made it SO special with chocolates, a special breakfast, cake and smoothies on the beach and a delicious meal at Laio... In addition to all of the above, if you are looking for stunning sunsets on the beach then this hotel is perfectly positioned...

...The hospitality was definatek5 stars, all the staff are polite and courteous, no request was too much... Special shout out to the staff at Cocos Kids Club who looked after our children whilst we used spa facilities, they loved the kids club and wanted to go back everyday... The hotel concierge team were kind enough to surprised my son with balloons and cake for his birthday... Will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future, we love the hotel and the staff, thank you...

...They all went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. it is a beautiful hotel with great facilities in a stunning location but what really made our stay was the staff especially chef Rahul who went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our dinner every night... My 11 year old son said he didn't know it was possible to feel so special at a restaurant!... The rooms are huge with great views, the pools and beach area are beautiful and the restaurants were great albeit expensive... We would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat...

...When we got to reception for check in, we were met with a lady called Prinkana who insisted my friend had not been informed this by her staff (as no room has 3 adult size beds) and consistently suggested that the room was big enough for 3 people and that they would add a camper bed which was child size (and very uncomfortable) This was very unsatisfactory considering we were 3 adults who expected to have a bed each and this is supposed to be a luxury hotel... Our friend was also told she could use her pilots club card for the brunch and it would allow her a 50% discount on the bill...

The towels in the room are changes twice a day, you get free cold water at the beach as much as you want, free coffee for breakfast etc!... We will always choose Waldorf Astoria the Palm when travelling to Dubai...

Me and my family stayed here for five days, this hotel is amazing, it’s got everything, sandy beach, nice restaurants, great rooms but you know what makes this hotel?... The hotel is a little far out which is pricey on taxis but it’s well worth it, we had plenty of space in the pool, restaurants and the beach, you never feel it’s too busy to enjoy yourself... Manveer is an asset to this hotel, with his contribution our stay was fantastic... Breakfast was a great to start the day, you get so much choice, we were there for a hour every morning... My wife and my son have a gluten intolerance this hotel made sure we felt safe... Hasson, Mohimmer and Isosh really took care of us... The restaurants and in house dining is expensive, two milkshakes cost us £22 which is the high end of 5 star hotel but Dubai is expensive...

...I was on a Half board but was only allowed to use the buffet rest restaurant, which was good, but expect to pay £150 per head on top for any of the others... A beer round the pool lunch tine £12 a pint, and Burger and Chips about £35... In addition, at the weekend they have various Ex-Pat clubs that get cheap access to the pool, so very busy with non-residents...
