The beds are too high that an eldery guest cannot get on... There is only one elevator area to go up, then you need to walk through the hotel to reach your room (a distance longer than walking through a large cruise ship)...

Disaster from start to finish booked a executive suite for 3 (my sister my neice & I) for my neices 30th birthday from 2-8th January 2023 arrived early hours of the 3rd January 2023 suite was only set up for 2 people after confirming by telephone the previous week that we required 3 separate beds. We were eventually upgraded to another suite slightly bigger that would accommodate 2 single beds and a Zbed which was ok but not what you expect staying at a supposedly 5 star hotel but agreed as it was 430am in the morning by that time and it was my neices actual birthday... Suite was not set up for 3 people throughout our stay we had to remind staff that we needed towels tea coffee and toiletries etc for 3 and not 2...

...I booked two rooms for a trip before Ramadan... Considering they didn’t help me in anyway and had enough time to resell the rooms I advise anyone who books there to make sure it’s refundable or cancellation is possible...

We stayed one night in the Aspen ski chalet, and it was a disappointment as a premier room... The room smelled of mildew on entry, and it was so humid that the bed clothes felt damp to the touch... There was a portable dehumidifier in the room but it reached its maximum capacity in the night and beeped loudly... Someone called my cell and said they would go to the room to check... The hotel took no actions to rectify, and therefore I assume the room represents an appropriate level of quality for them...

Nice hotel, clean, staff polite and helpful, when ever we asked for something it was done straightaway, the location is great, places to eat at mall of emirates also other shopping, prices are high compared to uk prices . I have given them 5/5 even though the breakfast was the same for 8 days we were there thats a little negative, the other thing is hotel taxi i have a gripe, why is it hotel taxis are expensive, you spend all that money on the hotel you tip the workers etc you expect that the hotel would look after you so your hotel taxi doesn’t cost you more than your metered taxi , so catch a metered taxi ... Something hotels need to work on rather then trying to fleece you...

Excellent cleaning service provided all the dirty laundry was picked and all the new laundry was put away. All the rooms were hoovered and everything was put away properly... They organised all our things for us properly and didn’t touch any of our personal things... They hoovered all the room and mopped the floors and they also made the beds perfectly...

I went to the Kempinski for a vacation coming in from Canada and I have to say, everything was exactly as I expected so I would have given my experience with the hotel a four stars. One particular person that stood out to me was Mr Ibrahim in the Aspen restaurant, he was so attentive, polite and quite knowledgeable about the hotel itself and the food choice... first of all I want to thank the members of Kempinski Mall of the Emirates for their dedication , the room was really amazing and comfortable especially the views was fenomeal , the breakfast was nice with different kind of food which is amazing you can choose different food , the pool was amazing in the second floor it was easy to go there and smell the french air with cold drinks oohhh wonderful... That's what I did at hotel Kempinski Mall of the Emirates... A regular stop by for myself, family and colleagues... Today I had an excellent steak and burrata salad, my son ordered club sandwich the signature of Kempinski, my wife tried the quinoa salad with avocado... Food was amazing, delicious and filling, after that we tasted the most delicious desserts ( chocolate fudge, Apple tart, mille fuille) with the amazing tea ( truffle pistachio tea , and mife choose the pomegranate tea ,but my son choose coofe late mochito) What was more appraised to me was the excellent customer service of all staff members namely Brahim... He was courteous and welcoming and ensured my order was to my liking... at the restaurant for the great customer service atmosphere with the amazing smile... and the hotel Kempinski Mall of the Emirates One of my favourite hotel The airy lobby, the amazing spa, the exquisite selections at breakfast... Service dispatch is warm, discreet, and effusive... Thank you Kempinski, this is really my best hotel experience, all the staff from the front line, restaurant staff, pool staff & cleaning room, is really helpful! I stay for 1 week with my family, every morning in breakfast all the restaurant staff come and asking if my child need some help or some food to bring (really helpful & kind), and then i lost my shoes in ski dubai , then Ossama really help me to find my shoes until we found it!... Super recommended for family/ business trip to stay... All staff are really care & helpful with you ❤️🫶🏻...

The quality of the room fittings and the service is superb... We stayed in the executive suite deluxe rooms which gave us access to the executive lounge where you feel really welcome and are offered food, teas and cofffee and complimentary cocktails at different times of the day... The service is so attentive right from the servers at the restaurant where we had breakfast to the front office staff... Special mention for Said the server who went out of his way to get my wife ‘avacado on toast’ even though it was not on the menu...

The hardware facilities of the hotel are superb! Whether it is an ordinary room or an upgraded suite (I was lucky to upgrade the room this time), the beds are super big, the mattresses are of high quality, the pillows are like sleeping on feathers, floating in the air, not soft, but very textured!... The toiletries are made by Ferragamo, and the tea bags are of high quality... The large barrels of mineral water are very suitable for kurdish who like to drink tea... The salmon and beef slices at the buffet breakfast are amazing... The royal eggs are also served with vegetables and tomatoes... Had an excellent business dinner at Olea... Ahmed, the Concierge, was extremely helpful, talked us through the dining options and then led us up to Olea to show us the restaurant... Good food and a great atmosphere, with Ahmed then checking as we left that we were satisfied...

It was our first visit to Dubai and Kempinski hotel. The hotel was perfect for us, very clean and helpful workers... They came to clean and arrange the room twice a day and every evening someone came to ask if we needed anything... Concierge Monish was so helpful, he arranged for us some tours with Travel Saga and made us a good price...

I went to the Kempinski for a vacation coming in from Canada and I have to say, everything was exactly as I expected so I would have given my experience with the hotel a four stars. However, because of the service, I have to give it five... My family and I met a worker there named Matty and his service was quite simply put phenomenal!... He helped me and my kids get familiar with the hotel and gave us incredible recommendations such as visiting kite beach and eating at SALT which is now my wife's favorite restaurant...

The hotel is very nice, I was there with a friend and we really had a good time... The location is very convenient, the security guard at the main entrance always available to open the door and very welcoming...

Visiting and dining in Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates was an amazing luxury experience from the arrival and departure time, all the staff are friendly and helpful, very active Concierge staff warm welcoming and escorting, high hospitality service by Aspen staff, food was very delicious. Live music atmosphere will add a lot during your meal, highly recommended, the best was the Concierge service and connection that they have in the city, as I forgot shopping bags in another shopping mall ((gifts for my family)) , however the Kempinski Hotel Concierge Team managed to find it and bring it to us... It was one of the best experience, thank you Oussama and Soumish for that... The hotel location is one of the best in the city, please make sure to visit and experience, the farewell experience was also luxury with doorman Kingsley by calling and arranging our transportation...

Shouvik, he is one of the best waiters I had, he made sure my family was okay at the table, whatever we order was delivered on time..he make sure he selected the best dishes when I was not sure of what to eat..he said" don't worry, just sit down, I will get you a special breakfast...he served me with a very delicious pancake to start with..he is amazing... ...To be honest with you this is the mort strategic place to stay if visiting Dubaï or for a business trip very practical access to sheikh Zayed Road main Road of Dubaï and attached to the famous Mall of the Enirates for a quality shopping experience. In addition it’s a an elegant hotel with amazing spacious rooms with an affordable rate 👍 I sometimes work from the lobby in the Stylish Aspen Coffee (many people working there) and it’s ideal for business appointments and REALLY the staff there are just amazing, offering me always a warm welcome (The young sweet Smily Ibrahim and Miss Sanita an exceptional manager) and paying attention to details which is EXTREMELY important in my point of view... I highly and honestly recommend this hotel to people visiting Dubaï to have a memorable experience...
