I am still waiting for a contact from the hotel regarding my injury in March 2021. They have not informed me who their insurers are. My recommendation is if you stay at the hotel, try not to get injured. Before your stay, find out who they are insured with, just in case you get injured. Lousy response from hotel.

I suffered a foot injury at the hotel in March 2020. I have written several times to the hotel, and no response whatsoever. Hence, I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel, in case you sustain an injury, then no comeback from hotel.

It has deteriorated like anything!! Very poor condition of linens, the main restaurant is closed-down; parking is a headache!! Initially it was fine. Even it's not clear whether this still exists or not...as last time, when I had contacted Country Club (of India), I was told that CC had sold-off this property. Recently, after repeated request got the contact no. from CC-Kolkata office - but the no. is invalid!!!

I stayed at this hotel in March 2021, and sustained an injury. I have tried may times to contact the hotel, and find who the hotel is insured with. There has been no response at all! The hotel is avoiding contacting me. I will not be writing to the Dubai authorities about this.

A very nice hotel with easy access to taxi and metro station nearby. Loved the size of the rooms and were very comfortable also. Room service and Breakfast was very nice. Nidhi, the girl on the front deskof Ryana Tour inside the hotel helped me a lot with booking for rides and city tours, including Dubai City Tour, Trip to Abu Dhabi, and Desert Safari Our tour guide from Rayna Tours were awesome. On the first day, tour guide was Imran Sherazi (From IND), he the next day Tour to Abu Dhabi, guide was Adnan (from PAK), they were so helpful and so nice. They were well aware of the places and know things about places which we suppose to visit.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights for our dream holidays in Dubai. But this hotel spoilt our stay. This is a 4* star rated hotel offering 2 * service. First of all housekeeping always forgets to give clean towels. When you get back at 10 pm at the hotel, you need to go down to the reception and request for one. Be prepared to hear the same excuse everyday- laundry service delivery was late that's why they did not provide the towels in the bathroom. When you request for the towel at 3 pm they tell you that they will be provided at 8 pm. This means that you cannot have a shower until the staff decides that it's time to give you a towel. Breakfast very poor. Don't expect continental breakfast and good quality fruits. Staff is rude - in particular one lady at the reception who should recognise herself- informed us that we might get our room at 2 pm or later depending on the decision of the previous guests to vacate the room at 2 pm or later. Since you have already paid for the hotel, you have no option than to wait for the previous guest to check out. There is no polite good morning, good evening , how are you today etc sort of phrase when you pass by the reception. Overall not a good choice and will certainly not go there again.…

At the time I checked in I was with an elder person, 73 yrs old to be exact and a minor. We were allocated to a room that is shaking with bass from the club or bar. I mean, if you see a family checking in, I think you wouldn’t put them so close to the bar. The solution being given to us, is to transfer to another room. The people truly inconvenienced are yet again being inconvenienced to transfer at wee hour in the morning. My brother who is a member of the hotel has booked this room for us. I have a medical condition and the loud bass and noise from the bar is making me palpitate.

Good Hotel with Neat and Tidy Rooms, food including breakfast is good. Also, Hotel is located at a main highway and hence, good accessibility as well as very easy to take local taxis. Located just outside Bur Dubai.
