Rested in August 2022, four adults. The hotel staff provided early check-in, for which a special big thank you to him. Room 808 with a view of the Marina, recently renovated room with good furniture, expensive and serviceable plumbing. The living room of the room has a kitchen with a full set of items for cooking. Breakfast at the hotel is at a very high level, the menu changes daily, delicious and varied. The hotel has an excellent location to the beach and has good transport accessibility. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, cleaning was carried out daily and efficiently, we never needed anything. Thanks to all the staff, it was a great vacation, we were comfortable and cozy, like at home. At the first opportunity we will return to the hotel again!

This hotel is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, Ain Dubai and the shopping areas. We stayed half board in a 2 bedroom suite - this was a huge room with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a large living area and kitchen. The staff at the hotel are all very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was great with a fresh omelette cooking station and a range of food on offer. Evening meal was very tasty with lots of Asian food on offer. Pool area was small but not too busy, towels are available to hire free at the pool or from reception to take to the beach. Great hotel.

Although it looks on the map as if it's located rather remotely from JBR's beach area, it's actually very easily accessible. Besides, the hotel has direct access to the Plaza level, which is great to walk both during the day (as there're chilly winds going between the buildings) and at night. The rooms are very comfy, spacious and have all the necessary equipment. And probably you won't find anything cheaper in this part of the town - not for this kind of service and quality at least. Definitely worth taking rooms with a view to the Ain Dubai! Probably one of the biggest cons that we experiences, was accessibility by car in general - although this appears to be a big problem of JBR and Dubai Marina in general, not the hotel's fault itself. Especially in the evenings and on weekends one needs to consider extra time of at least half an hour or even more before you make a u-turn at the crossroads and get to the side road leading to the hotel... Which itself is empty :) and then, the parking of the hotel is very good, and the staff are helpful.…

My stay at Ramada suites JBR was a wonderful experience, me and daughter was very well look aftered. We were made to feel.safe at all times and the service from all the staff were excellent. The grounds of the hotel is beautiful, with a lovely play area for children and for relaxing. Hotel tour manager Ozair Hussain was wonderful at arranging my excursions, with the best prices. Dessert Safari was an amazing experience arranged by Ozair Hussain the tour manager. Giving clear details and explanation of packages to suit everyone's need. My experience at Ramada Suites was fantastic. I can't wait to return.

Hi everyone, I am writing this review because when I was doing research for my family trip, I found the reviews very useful. So I am doing my part also. I stayed at Ramada JBR for 7 nights. I had booked a two room partial sea-view suite as I was travelling with my wife and three kids. All I can say is that it was totally awesome. From service to suite to breakfast to staff, everything was par excellence. The rooms felt like we were the ones who were staying in them for the first time. The staff was very friendly and ever helpful. The location is also great and we could have very well spent the entire holidays in the surroundings of the hotel. It was worth every penny that we spent and more. Highly recommended.

We booked a morning dune safari with Ozair Hussain at the Ramada by Windham JBR hotel and he gave us great service and an awesome tour. We were looking for a morning dune tour shared with other travelers bit we ended up with a private tour with a great guide. If you are in JBR look up Ozair to book your tours.

Great Experience with the hotel stay Firstly I would like to thank Mr. Kamran for arranging the stay and Apoorv from reservations team helped a lot to provide a smooth booking. Upon Check-In we were upgraded to the Pent House category and during our stay there was support from Ephraim, Walid, Bhushan and Indika from the reception team who always fulfilled all our requests and it was a very smooth Check-In and Check-Out Experience. Location is fantastic for family stay and JBR Walk had all entertainment and activities. We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends and once we return back to Dubai, we will definitely stay with Ramada JBR.
