4star hotel with a 7star service. All the staff go above and beyond for my family. I suppose the staff make any business successful or a failure like I said staff are amazing. I note the staff are fantastic with all guests even some of the rude & unmannered guests also.

Stayed for 10 days at the Ramada Hotel. I want to point out how nice and enjoyable it is to be here. 🙏✨😍 Lovely staff, and that's what matters! Cleaning every day, perfectly tucked in cribs, water left, floors clean, robes, towels, slippers, shampoos and conditioners, toothpastes. We made many other requests to Newton, and we were listened to with care and helped, for example, by a sewing kit.) Very kind and responsive staff! Everyone is very interested in our comfort, everyone says hello, asks if we are doing well and if we like it. It would seem small, but nice.
I want to point out how delicious the food is, just a fairy tale. There's plenty of choice, I eat myself up every time because it's hard to get past something delicious. It's also good that people aren't so crowded in the restaurant, not noisy, but calm and cozy.

We stayed here in JBR for the first time, great location of this hotel as its located near the end of the dubai walk. Access to endless shops and restaurants (fancy/dining out and fast food options). The Jumeirah beach is literally 1minute walk away and has views of the 'the ain' which is the big wheel while the other side has the dubai marina and dubai marina mall (5-10 minute walk away).
We couldn't complain about the service we received by Ramada. All employees were helpful and friendly. They would make up our room everyday upon our request and during breakfast 'Angelo' would greet us with a big smile and attend to everyone's needs. What a great addition he is for Ramada.
The hotel room was a grand size along with a double to king size bed. The bathroom may need attending to as the bath wasn't up to scratch for the price we paid for our stay, but that was a minor issue. We had a nice view to the marina on the 10th floor, ofcourse the beach view would have made this stay even better.
As stated before, the location of this hotel provides you with great access to every need you may have.
Overall we have enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend in giving this hotel a go. Thank you all, at ramada.

Relaxed in this hotel from January 19 to January 29, 2025 . We've been here for the second time, first time in 2020 Hotel by price = quality. Vacationing with family in early September at this hotel. It's all very well. Checked in close to lunch as soon as room became available + upgraded. As a result, a family with two children was given a very large comfortable room with two bedrooms.there was a large bed for adults and two for children. The room has its own stove and all the necessary dishes , you can cook yourself. Approximately 3 litres of water were brought into the room every day after cleaning. The room has adjustable air conditioning. The hotel is nice. Price-quality ratio matches. Very cool location - 5 minutes from the beach. The beach is great! His assistance in selecting a remarkable Dune Safari, water sports, and recommending excellent souk bazaar trips greatly enhanced our experience. He became a regular fixture to our daily routine and we’d sit and recap our adventures with him. I’m sure I had him in suspense most of the time as to what my thoughts were on all the activities we’d been on! He was also very helpful in passing on a package to a family member for me after I’d left Dubai. The service never ends!
At the hotel reception, Ali's ever-present smile and the playful "wee-wee dance" reminiscent of my son's antics added a special touch to our stay. The warmth and friendliness of the entire staff were consistent and welcoming throughout our visit.
Your hotel's prime location was also a remarkable feature of our stay. Being just a two to three-minute walk from the beach and within minutes of numerous local bars and restaurants, we found it to be an absolutely fantastic location.
Our experience was so positive that we are already in the process of planning and booking our next trip. This is a testament to our overwhelming satisfaction during our stay. We eagerly look forward to returning next year, hopefully to the same smiling friendly faces.

I went to the hotel next door! JW Ocean View, was much better, cleaner and staff easier going, they gave me bigger room straight away and 2 stand alone small beds FOC, they were only slightly more expensive but included proper breakfast as well
