The amenities, including a variety of dining options and pristine rooms, along with access to the sister hotel's beach, frequently receive accolades. Detailed Reviews
We arrived early hours on 30th January for a week, check in was quick and easy, our room was ready which was great. Our room was on the 19th floor with a balcony and had a beautiful view. The bed was so comfy, separate shower cubicle, WiFi in room was good. Newspaper left on the door in the mornings.
We had breakfast in Sloanes daily, and ate there a couple of evenings, food and service exceptional. We also ate at toro toro and the Asian restaurant twice, this was on the half board package. The hotel is spotless and staff were all so nice. We want everyday to the sister hotel which is about a ten minute walk away, beach and pools there are lovely, they bring you cold flannels, a bag with ice if you want to keep drinks cold and in the afternoon a little slush drink. The staff cannot do enough for you, even placing the towel on your bed and turning in to the direction you want. The weather was between 23 and 26 everyday.
We went to the mall in a taxi, took about 25 minutes cost 55 aed however be careful coming back we got in a cab that charged 140 aed same journey and not a Lamborghini. We also went to the Atlantis Palm about 15 minutes away.
In the evening you can go in toro toro upstairs or bar 44 on floor 44 in tower one. Drinks are expensive 50 Aed a glass of wine, if you go before 9pm it’s happy hour 35 aed. Amazing views from there.
The marina is lovely to walk around in the evenings, the evenings can be a little chilly, just the wind really.
We used the gym on a couple of occasions. It was my birthday whilst there and the hotel brought a cake, some fizz and balloons really nice touch.
Few tips, the lift system appears divided. To use the lift you have to use your door card, if your in the wrong side set of lifts it won’t move and says service not available.
Stick to the yellow/orange looking cabs they are reasonably priced
They advise to book restaurants, we never booked Sloanes always got a table.
Would definitely recommend this hotel, nice location, shops and restaurants on doorstep and the staff are outstanding always happy and so polite

We are just back from a week in the fabulous Grosvenor House Hotel. We travelled for a relaxing luxury family break and had exactly that.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are gorgeous with super comfy beds and luxury bathrooms, and the food and choice of restaurants is exceptional. On this visit, we upgraded to a two bedroom apartment, ( initially because of one person snoring!) but I would highly recommend this option because they are HUGE and ours had a fantastic corner view over the Marina, FOUR bathrooms and THREE flatscreen TVs, luxury bathrobes and amenities.
But the real discovery on this, our third visiit, was that being in the apartment makes you eligible for Level 5 access. Level 5 access gives you entry to a large luxurious lounge area, open 24/7 and with hot and cold buffet options to put any business class lounge to shame. Free alcohol of all types between 6 and 8 pm, which made it a lovely spot for a pre dinner drink. We made great use of Level 5, didn’t have to eat out for lunch on a single day, and even had afternoon tea there twice, all included. This is such a good deal, as eating out in Dubai can be expensive, (and certainly at the standard provided in the Grosvenor) and a glass of wine will set you back 10 euro or more in any hotel.
Then for variety, you can dine around and use the fantastic restaurant, pool and beach facilities of the Grosvenor’s sister hotel, the Royal Meridien. A minibus going every 15 minutes whisks you between the two, so with at least 14 restaurants in the two hotels to choose from, including two Gary Rhodes, it is impossible not to find something for everyone. We did not have one bad meal, and fir that alone, I would return in a heartbeat to the Grosvenor.
The location is also great, the Grosvenor looks out over the Marina, with its 7km of walkways, shops and restaurants, and the Meridien is nearby on the beachfront, and free shuttle buses come a few times a day to bring you shopping to the malls.....
But each time we go, we discover something new that ups the standard even further, and that’s what makes the Grosvenor such a great hotel.

From the moment the concierge opened the doors of the airport transfer we knew it was going to be a special holiday.
We were given a room on the 7th floor of tower 1 which was beautiful but had no balcony, I enquired the next morning about getting a room on a higher floor with a balcony, which the receptionist told me that it would be sorted sometime that day. We went out for the day and when we came back I went to reception and enquired again about a update. I was told that the room was ready and it was on the 36th floor. When we got to the room it was a corner room with a balcony and the view was an amazing view of the beach, harbour and the whole marina.
We were half board and used this on numerous occasions in the hotels restaurants and also the restaurants in the Royal Méridien which is less than 5 minutes away in the hotels complimentary shuttle that leaves every couple of minutes. On nights that we ate outside the hotel we would swap the half board dinner for a lunch. If we hadn’t used the half board all day and were hungry when we got back to the hotel late at night we would enquire to the reception would it be possible if we could use the 150 aed each allowance of the half board dinner on room service which they allowed without hesitation. The room service menu is as good as you would get in a restaurant, spoiled for choice.
The hotel is in a perfect location on the cities stunning marina, there is taxis readily available outside the door of the hotel 24/7 and are very reasonably priced, the metro is a 10/15 minute walk away.
The pool was nice was small but the hotels sister hotel, the royal Méridien has plenty of pools and also a private beach. GH guests have full access to the royal meridians facility’s and restaurants. The two hotels compliment each and whatever one doesn’t have the other makes up for.
The hotel itself was spotless and full of marble floors and furniture, the outside of the hotel was amazing especially at night with the hotel lit up in the blue lights. There is also a small grocery shop in the hotel that has everything you need for a very reasonable price. Drinks, snacks, suncream, toiletries etc…
The first thing that comes to mind when I think of my stay at the grosvenor house hotel is how helpful the staff were here. They would go above and beyond for you if possible and no request was too big or small, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to be back sooner rather than later!

This hotel was our stay at the start of our honeymoon. We booked a premium suite which included pick up and drop off from the airport. There was someone waiting for us with a sign and we were escorted to a beautiful BMW. The driver was very polite and accommodating. He offered us a cold towel, water and WiFi along the ride. When we arrived to the hotel the guest services was over the top accommodating. From taking care of our luggage, to ensuring they answered all our questions and provided a speedy check-in. With a premium suite, we had access to the lounge where bites and drinks are available at most times through the day! Staff was so attentive and accommodating, ensured to pick up the plates and offer their help with everything. Hosts such as Michelle were very attentive and nice. This kind of service was so above and beyond to a level that we are certainly not used to but it seems to be part of the Grosvenor House hospitality and culture. Another incredible experience was the spa access on the 4th floor. It’s a must see and do! The hammam pools were the perfect relaxation spot. So relaxing, clean and provides the perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle that Dubai offers. Room service was very fast and incredibly nice. The gentleman that took care of our housekeeping was Faisal, and he was an incredible help, very polite and friendly! We appreciated his level of service and cleanliness. At reception, Gamal was an absolute pleasure to deal with at check-in and check-out.
We don’t say this often (out of desire to try other places), but when we come back to Dubai, we will stay at Grosvenor House without a doubt!

We were a group of four friends visiting Dubai to celebrate a 30th wedding anniversary. We booked a two bedroom apartment as we were two couples. The Grosvenor did not disappoint. It was the second visit here for myself and my husband. This hotel is outstanding. Before travelling I'd had numerous email correspondence with the reservation team who arranged airport pick up and restaurant bookings for us. Check in was faultless, our apartment was amazing with stunning views of the Marina and a bottle of wine, a cake and a congratulations card awaiting our arrival. We had booked the half board option which includes breakfast and dinner. If you eat at Sloanes which is the buffet option for your evening meal then your half board covers the full cost. If you use the other restaurants then you will be credited with 150 dirham per person towards the price of your meal so be mindful of this when you order. The food at Sloans was delicious with plenty of choice. To sit outside and enjoy Marina views while dining was a real pleasure. They provide both smoking and non smoking areas. The staff at the Grosvenor are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they were always on hand to assist with any questions. We visited The Buddah Bar on two occasions, an absolute must if your staying at The Grosvenor. Not cheap but well worth the experience. You can use the facilities at Le Royal Meridian Hotel as part of your stay as it's the sister hotel to The Grosvenor. They provide regular transport to shuttle you there and back but we usually walked there as it was quicker. There is a very busy road to cross though so the shuttle is probably the safer option. Le Royal Meridian is situated on the beach and is a fabulous place to sunbathe and chill out at one of their lovely bars. All towels are provided. If you are thinking about booking The Grosvenor Hotel then do it. You will not be disappointed. It truly is a 5 star experience. You can read a thousand reviews but the only way to get the true feel for this hotel is to get on a plane and get yourself there. Enjoy!!!

We wanted a stay-cation option in Dubai that would be safe, yet allow us to enjoy the beaches and have a good break. We selected Grosvenor House. True to it's reputation, it surpassed our expectations.
At every point of interaction, the staff went out of the way to make us feel safe. The reception desk staff, cleanliness of the rooms, the boxe packets with masks and sanitisers ( very nice touch), cleanliness at the beach, the pool, extreme sanitisation - was very safe and ensured that we didn't feel nervous about our safety at all.
Rooms and bathroom were luxury and excellent quality and having stayed at many hotels, I can say I really enjoyed the quality and luxurious pampering
The service at the restaurants especially the dinner at Sloane's and breakfast was a very pleasant experience. The staff were warm and cordial, caring and took extreme caution to ensure that there was no contact with our food , maintaining extreme hygiene and social distance.
I would definitely recommend the place to someone looking for excellent service, super quality service, great food hygiene and precautionary measures.

We booked this hotel as recommended by other TA users and reading the reviews.
We have been with another couple of friends and we had premier rooms with lounge access.
The rooms were big and very well appointed, we had a Marina impressive view(the only downside was the Muezzin prayers early morning that wake me up as I am an easy sleeper),
We we overwhelmed by the staff service starting with reception, room attendance, bell boys, airport transfer, lounge and restaurants.
The Covid 19 instructions were respected everywhere on the hotel properties.
The room was cleaned every day at least one time a day, even twice if make the room sign was put on. only once the bathtub was not cleaned properly but as a rule the cleaning was perfect and toiletries were very good.
Breakfast was very good and with diverse products of good quality when we eat at Sloane's and at the Level 5 lounge, a bit lack of products at other restaurant.
We had once dinner at Toro Toro very good, pricy but great service and we were pampered with a dessert as our friend celebrated his 75th birthday.
Everyone was very attentive about any request from us.
We used the SPA the massage was great.
The shuttle to the beach of Royal Meridian is a big advantage!
What a great service and hotel! Chapeau to the management!
We'll be back on Easter together with our extended family.
Most recommended!

We used the SPA the massage was great.
The shuttle to the beach of Royal Meridian is a big advantage!
What a great service and hotel! Chapeau to the management!
We'll be back on Easter together with our extended family.
Most recommended!

Our visit was a surprise for my husband 60thBirthday.
We have. Never stayed in such a wonderful hotel, from the time we was picked up from airport our stay and return was truly amazing.
The staff in all departments extremely friendly helpful .Just couldn’t do enough for making your stay just PERFECT!
The food in restaurants are very varied and highly recommend Sloane's was lovely and staff always ready to serve you although buffet.
Everywhere in the hotel was spotless clean our room was amazing spacious ,lovely view and balcony.
The hotel had done a cake, fruit , flowers bottle wine which was beautiful.
We was late coming in and they provided us with complementary room service.
Bathroom toiletries was always replaced every little detail was there.
We had never visited Dubai before, I had looked at reviews on hotel and it seemed what I was looking for.
Location of this hotel is perfect near marina 5 minutes from beach lovely and peaceful and strolling around Marina was lovely safe clean and not to far from Metro at Tram.
If you are looking for a Perfect place to stay in Dubai with fantastic service, you will not be disappointed .
We are now looking to return to hotel.

From booking to check out everything was effortless. The hotel were promoting a terrific half board offer for Emirates platinum card holders so my husband and I thought we’d treat ourselves for the weekend. It was easy to book over the phone and they even allowed us to check in 3 hours early as they were not full due to the pandemic. The staff were all super attentive and everything clean and properly sanitised. We were given a welcome hygiene kit although we had already brought our own sanitising items it was a nice back up. We come frequently to sloanes the buffet it’s always awesome there. The seafood area was sadly missing during the pandemic but I completely understand why as there were not many guests and seafood is expensive and does spoil quickly. I loved the byredo products in the bathroom, although would have preferred the scent a little more unisex rather than masculine. The breakfast was great with a huge selection, there was even pork bacon and sausage on request! Shout out to Peter during breakfast who was very warm, attentive and welcoming and did a great job. We will definitely be coming back especially whilst the promotion for emirates platinum is on!

It was great to come back and to see a familiar and welcoming face of Princess at reception was wonderful after a year of such change and uncertainty. Lovely suite upgrade confirmed in advance as a titanium member, high floor preference respected and lovely to receive classy Christmas gifts from the hotel.
The executive lounge is remodeled since my last stay. Afternoon tea is absolutely wonderful. After a little mishap, all of the team in the lounge were exceptional in attending to dietary restrictions. Mornings at the pool here and afternoons through sundown at LRM are definitely the way to go. I generally take the shuttle over but the walk back is exponentially quicker, the bus has to do a detour around half of the marina just as there’s traffic at 5.30 sunset these days in December.
The hotel continues to be my favourite for linens, bedding and especially the pillows. Furnishing is to a very high standard. The TVs however start to be a little old and do not allow streaming and do not have Netflix or other services to use personal accounts. The washrooms are very classy but they are more traditionally hotel room sized whereas in many newer luxury properties in UAE, especially in suites, the washrooms are oversized and exceptional. I à would also appreciate a handheld shower in addition to the rain shower head.
Dina was an outstanding masseuse and very reasonable rates in the spa, although it is not fully reopened yet.
Covid brings me to my only real criticism. The property tries enforcing covid protocols but is not totally convincing, and compliance with masks indoors was much lower than in JW Marriott, which has to be a property culture(although I will stay all staff were always perfectly compliant). I had to share lifts on a number of occasions with totally unmasked individuals and when staff did hand masks out proactively at the lobby entrance and at Sloanes, these seemed to hang around the chin or at best cover the mouth not nose, which really does very much larger defeat the purpose. I will be back in late March and hope to see an improved culture in Thai regard, assuming that this is still necessary from a public health perspective.

If you have WhatsApp the hotels number is 971559575098 for WhatsApp then can forward you the half board menus that way. You get 150 dirhams per person to go towards meals if you are not keen on the half board menus then you could choose from the a la carte menu. Never gone half board as I’m vegetarian. But I have heard it’s a good deal.
availability was good in tower 1 I also went to the spa in tower 2, they have 3 different kinds of saunas and jacuzzi’s it was just fabulous bigger than tower 1.
I’m not sure, but would suggest you email the hotel directly to ask. They are very quick in responding to any queries.
