It was my husband’s Birthday during our stay and lots of treats were delivered to our room a real nice touch... We absolutely loved our stay at the Grosvenor House, all staff were so friendly enquiring about your day or if you had a nice dinner... For those wanting a boat trip we can recommend the Dubai ferry, 2 hour trip at 1 pm from marina to Dubai creek and returning at 6pm which meant a good view of Dubai coastline in day and night...

...This hotel, along with ALL of the staff, and facilities is exceptional. The moment we were picked up from another hotel we knew we were going to experience something special... Our driver collected us in an 80k Range Rover, and greeted us with cool towels and drinks on a silver tray... When we arrived at reception we were efficiently checked in and shown to our accommodation for the next four nights on the 31st floor When we were shown inside, my wife was overcome with emotion... We had access to the Level 5 Lounge, where you could have breakfast up until 12 noon, afternoon tea from 2pm-4pm, and drinks and canapés from 6pm... The staff in Level 5 are amazing and remember your drinks, even after yor first one... Level 5 staff will also sort out hotel restaurant reservations, and even flight check in for you... A shuttle bus leaves every 15 minutes to transport you between hotels... You can also use all the facilities at the Royal Meridian, including beach and pools, towels are issued when arriving at the beach... I cannot praise the staff of the GH highly enough, nothing is too much trouble for them, I wish we had customer service like this back in the UK... I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, and needless to say, we are already making enquiries to return...

This time we booked a premier room in tower 2, having previously always stayed in an apartment in tower 1... This gave us access to the executive lounge on level 5... The bed was huge and so comfortable and all of the amenities you could wish for were included... After reporting to reception we were immediately contacted by Gamal, the manager, who offered us a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in tower 1 which we accepted... We were delighted to find a huge basket of fruit and a bottle of wine awaiting us in the apartment as way of apology for the inconvenience of moving rooms... The executive lounge amenities are fantastic and well worth having if you can... Breakfast, afternoon tea, and pre dinner snacks are served along with complimentary soft drinks and tea/coffee all day long... Complimentary alcohol is served between 6pm and 8pm every evening and the bar staff can make any drink you desire and are replenishing before you have emptied your glass... B'attitude spa is beautiful and we enjoyed a lovely couple of hours in the pools and having a massage before dinner... We were delighted to be greeted by Sandeep at the concierge desk, who recognised us immediately even though we had not been back for 3 years... He is a huge credit to the hotel, always smiling and helpful, ensuring you have the very best stay...

...As a Bonvoy Platinum I was upgraded to a spacious 1 bedroom apartment... The associate spent a couple of minutes and offered us to view a suite on the 17th floor instead... We loved it and waited for the cleaners to get it ready... Actually we loved out stay at this hotel as everything is in perfect condition and all the staff members are trying to anticipate any request one might have... The lounge in Tower 2 offers great variety for High Tea and during Happy Hour at night... The pool area is well structured with enough lounge chairs and umbrellas... One of the staff members helping with taxis suggested that we will take a hotel car to the airport, luckily they had one available within minutes and it ended up to be cheaper than an UBER due to the surge pricing during evening rush hour... We appreciated the prompt suggestion and action by your staff member... Guests have access to the beach club at the Royal Meridien Hotel, a shuttle bus is available every 15 minutes...

After an absence of two years we were able at last to return to this elegant and well and expertly run Hotel. From the 2nd until 15th October 2022 enjoying the comfort of a Junior suite... Including the well appointed Manager Amit and his staff in the Level 5 club lounge including Kavindi,Michelle,Cindy,Romel and Su... We also thoroughly enjoyed the use of facilities at their sister hotel using the free shuttle bus in order to spend time at the beach and one of the many swimming pools, being very well looked after by a young man named Prasnath... Worthy of a mention is the kind attention paid to us by our butler Erbe... This was our fourth visit to this wonderful Hotel we offer our kind thanks to everyone who ensured our holiday was a success whilst celebrating bu Husbands 85th birthday...

A really lovely hotel with a warm welcome every time you walk through the doors... Although the swimming pool becomes shaded over by 2pm there’s the option to use the pool and beach facilities at the Royal Meridian round the corner... A shuttle bus runs there or you can walk in 5-10mins...

...From the moment we arrived the service was amazing. We were given breakfast and an early cheçk in and upgraded to a three bedroom apartment in Tower two... Breakfast was also fab, and had everything you could wish for available at Sloanes... Each day we used the shuttle bus from the hotel to the sister hotel the Meridian at JBR to use the beach... Thank you so much for making my stay an unforgettable one...

We bumped into her in reception and she asked us how we were enjoying our stay, we got chatting and spoke of our anniversary and lo and behold a bowl of fresh fruit arrived in our room... The buffet and chefs are excellent, there is a wonderful selection of many different cuisines to be had and a great selection of fresh meats and fish that is cooked there and then to your requirements and brought to your table... A mention must be made of the excellent food and service in Rhodes W1, managed by a fellow Geordie (Darius)... He is a welcoming and friendly manager who makes sure everything is 1st class... Thank you Grosvenor House, we can’t wait to come back in December...

I cant praise this hotel enough... Bathrooms was big with walk in shower & a bath... Bottled water was replenished everyday with turndown service... First breakfast, the server/chef showed me what I could eat... 2nd day, the offered me vegan yogurts... When you get out a taxi, the staff open the car doors & check that you haven’t left anything behind... They lay out the towels & bring you bottled water... Have to say, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else & we have told anyone going to Dubai, they have to stay at GH... We made a point of telling senior management how wonderful our stay was... Most times people complain & don’t let hotels know how wonderful they are...

Wanderful Hotel, excellent service and optimal position. This Hotel is able to make you live a magical stay... The personnel is always attentive to your needs, always smiling and greetings you (a special thanks to Mohammed who is like family to us)... The private beach is probably the best in all Dubai Marina...

Reliably good hotel that’s well kept and maintained. Out in the Dubai Marina and hence close to palm/ beaches... Nice clientele and strong choice for leisure and business... 5th floor executive lounge has a nice evening vibe during cocktail hour and great breakfast away from the main restaurant which is very busy... Also - the concierge/ valet guys outside were always fun and engaging to chat with, and just seemed to know everyone coming and going...

...As we chose a premier room we were picked up at the airport in the hotel’s Range Rover with cold water and refreshing towels awaiting us... On checking in a passion fruit punch was presented a very welcome refreshment... Already we felt the friendliness from the welcome we received and this continued throughout our 10 day stay... Our room was in Tower Two with a good sized balcony and a view of the Marina... Very clean and comfortable with the extra hangers I had requested in emails I had sent leading up to our holiday... Lovely shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided in full size... Level 5 Lounge is the best we have experienced, very friendly and experienced staff always there to assist... Breakfast choice is perfect and as for the afternoon tea the cakes are amazing, cocktails and a light buffet served from 6 to 8 pm is a nice way to start your evening... We were on half board basis and I had booked all our restaurants before our visit requesting outside tables and our requests were granted... All the restaurants we visited were incredible, outstanding service and very good food choices... We ate also at the sister hotel and the Hotel’s shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes between the two hotels until the early hours... Nice pool areas where you are given water, refreshing towels, orange juice and fruit when you arrive and then a little later ice lollies... A ten minute walk via the Marina gets you to the Metro so this Hotel is also very well positioned... It was my husband’s Birthday during our stay and lots of treats were delivered to our room a real nice touch... We absolutely loved our stay at the Grosvenor House, all staff were so friendly enquiring about your day or if you had a nice dinner... Thank you Grosvenor and all your staff for an amazing stay it was great to be back in Dubai and enjoy service at its best five star all the way !...

The rooms very comfortable with great views and definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony as it can give you addition views of the city... Great restaurants and night club are located on the property or very nearby... Two swimming pools one in each wing give you the option for morning or afternoon sun... The location is perfect for a business conference as well as shopping... I would highly recommend for those looking for a five-star experience...

...This hotel, along with ALL of the staff, and facilities is exceptional... Our driver collected us in an 80k Range Rover, and greeted us with cool towels and drinks on a silver tray... The apartment consisted of a cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, huge bedroom, dressing room, and large bathroom with separate shower and toilet... The best bit was the wraparound balcony, with views of Bluewater, JBR, and the Palm... We had access to the Level 5 Lounge, where you could have breakfast up until 12 noon, afternoon tea from 2pm-4pm, and drinks and canapés from 6pm... The staff in Level 5 are amazing and remember your drinks, even after yor first one... Level 5 staff will also sort out hotel restaurant reservations, and even flight check in for you... Along with its sister hotel, The Royal Meridian, across the road, there is a choice of about 20 bars and restaurants... A shuttle bus leaves every 15 minutes to transport you between hotels... You can also use all the facilities at the Royal Meridian, including beach and pools, towels are issued when arriving at the beach... We ate at Sloanes, the best buffet restaurant I've ever been to, Bella Vista and Bushra... We were completely blown away by Bushra, the food, service and ambiance are outstanding... I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, and needless to say, we are already making enquiries to return...

...My 5 friends and I stayed here last week, it is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge, had amazing views and had everything you could possibly need... The choice of restaurants is fantastic, we were half board meaning that we could eat in Sloans-buffet , Bellavista-Italian Toro Tora—Latin American, Rhodes- British all were amazing... The location is right on the waterfront with easy access to buses and a short walk to the metro which takes you to the mall of the emirates in 10 mins or the Dubai mall/burj khalifa in about 25 mins... We went to the Saturday brunch at bubblicious, afternoon tea on the QE2, Miracle Gardens, gold souk, spice souk and lots more...

All the staff work incredibly hard to ensure all your needs are catered for and will come back to check you are satisfied... ...Always stay 10 days to celebrate our anniversary and always stay in the best rooms located in tower 2. Room is clean, elegant, well supplied with tv, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, mini bar, glasses, superb linen and excellent creams/lotions... Access to Level 5 is a must for us and one of the main reasons for choosing the better rooms in tower 2 as this gives free access... The choice is great from Asian, Indian, Italian, contemporary, buffet or even go to the sister hotel a 6 minute walk away for more great choices (sushi, Mexican, Fish, Arabic etc)... We notified staff we celebrated our anniversary and got a beautiful floral decoration, Prosecco and fruits... Lovely touch which was truly appreciated... Staff cannot do enough for you here... The concierge will book you restaurants, taxis, activities, superb... The facilities in this hotel are exceptional, even putting on the World Cup matches in huge screens and bringing in more staff to serve so you don’t wait... Great gym, great spa and use of the sister hotel facilities for sunbathing/pool... Shuttle provided freely if wanted, but we always walked as 6 minutes gave us some exercise from our relaxation...

...This time we booked a premier room in tower 2, having previously always stayed in an apartment in tower 1. This gave us access to the executive lounge on level 5... The room was very large with a lounge area and a balcony with great views over the marina... The bed was huge and so comfortable and all of the amenities you could wish for were included... We were delighted to find a huge basket of fruit and a bottle of wine awaiting us in the apartment as way of apology for the inconvenience of moving rooms... The executive lounge amenities are fantastic and well worth having if you can... Breakfast, afternoon tea, and pre dinner snacks are served along with complimentary soft drinks and tea/coffee all day long... Complimentary alcohol is served between 6pm and 8pm every evening and the bar staff can make any drink you desire and are replenishing before you have emptied your glass... B'attitude spa is beautiful and we enjoyed a lovely couple of hours in the pools and having a massage before dinner... We were delighted to be greeted by Sandeep at the concierge desk, who recognised us immediately even though we had not been back for 3 years... He is a huge credit to the hotel, always smiling and helpful, ensuring you have the very best stay...

After an absence of two years we were able at last to return to this elegant and well and expertly run Hotel. From the 2nd until 15th October 2022 enjoying the comfort of a Junior suite... Including the well appointed Manager Amit and his staff in the Level 5 club lounge including Kavindi,Michelle,Cindy,Romel and Su... We also thoroughly enjoyed the use of facilities at their sister hotel using the free shuttle bus in order to spend time at the beach and one of the many swimming pools, being very well looked after by a young man named Prasnath... We thoroughly enjoyed the number of wonderful restaurants available to us within our half board arrangements this was all completely first class... This was our fourth visit to this wonderful Hotel we offer our kind thanks to everyone who ensured our holiday was a success whilst celebrating bu Husbands 85th birthday...

...As a Bonvoy Platinum I was upgraded to a spacious 1 bedroom apartment... We loved this smaller suite with a better lay out very much... Actually we loved out stay at this hotel as everything is in perfect condition and all the staff members are trying to anticipate any request one might have... Breakfast at Sloanes is excellent with an extensive spread of Western & Middle Eastern as well as Asian items... The lounge in Tower 2 offers great variety for High Tea and during Happy Hour at night... The pool area is well structured with enough lounge chairs and umbrellas... Many restaurant options complete the offering within the property... These little things leave lasting impressions... We also like the location of the hotel at the edge of the Marina which allowed us to go for leisurely walks around the Marina... Guests have access to the beach club at the Royal Meridien Hotel, a shuttle bus is available every 15 minutes...

The evening meals were terrific & plentiful with Al Khaima, Maya & Toro Toro all standout... Our Premium Suite in Tower 2 was lovely with excellent toiletries & loads of complimentary water delivered by the exceptional room attendants... We had a view of the Dubai Eye which we enjoyed from one of the sofas in the lounge... The robe & slippers were good quality as well... Generally during the day we spent time at Le Royal Meridien on their comfy loungers set in mature gardens around 3 large swimming pools... Grosvenor House is located in a beautiful place where I can walk around the Marina Bay every morning... Staffs at breakfast restaurant are very nice especially a male staff who fries eggs (sorry I forgot his name), is always friendly and happy to serve guest with welcome manner... Lobby greater/concierge always serve guests at the hotel entrance to get in-out from car, taxi...My room was made up every day and room attendant quickly set up toothbrush when being asked... I feel comfortable when staying at Grosvenor after long days working...

Breakfast was also fab, and had everything you could wish for available at Sloanes... Each day we used the shuttle bus from the hotel to the sister hotel the Meridian at JBR to use the beach... The Grosvenor had a selection of shops in Tower one including a mini mart for anything you needed to buy, but also it was only a ten minute walk to the Marina Mall... I would honestly say this is now my favourite hotel in Dubai and I am planning to return with my family early 2023... Thank you so much for making my stay an unforgettable one...
