Set amongst tranquil gardens, waterways, exclusive pools and Madinat Jumeirah's private beach, the intimate and exquisite summerhouses of Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf offer newly refurbished elegant and spacious guestrooms and courtyards, personalised and generous butler service and an understated Arabian luxury experience. These summerhouses offer an exquisitely designed hideaway - the premium accommodation at the Arabian Resort of Dubai. Every summerhouse has a typical Arabian Majlis or living room where sundowners are served to guests daily before they depart by traditional abra boats, on foot or by golf buggies to one of the resort's 40 restaurants. Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf has been completely redecorated in summer 2015 and features Arabian, Gulf and Ocean villas. Dubai's longest private beach is only steps away, as well as the many facilities within Madinat Jumeirah Resort. Souk Madinat Jumeirah features more than 80 shops, bars and restaurants. Access to Talise Spa and Talise Fitness, tennis and squash courts as well as unlimited access to Wild Wadi Waterpark are all available to guests.

What can you say that has not already been said, a fantastic stay with the staff being on top form making sure our stay was as great as the last time. Rooms are so spacious and cleaned twice a day with both butler and room service meeting all our requirements. Private pool was clean and serviced by both a lifeguard and pool attendant who again went out of their way to ensure a most pleasurable visit. Restaurants are of the highest quality both on site and adjacent hotels. Can not praise enough a bit more expensive than most but worth it.

Amazing place to stay, pure relaxation. Staff were very welcoming and happy to help with anything booing restaurant, buggies and abrasive- especially Rahman our butler who was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were beautiful, with a balcony over looking the waterways. Truly unforgettable holiday

we return every year to this oasis of excellence and everything they do both pre and during our stay makes us feel welcome and special. We will certainly be returning in 2020 and beyond. The Guest Service Manager and team ensure that our arrival requests and restaurant bookings are dealt with efficiently. One minor cleaning issue on arriving at our room from a previous guest was dealt with immediately.

We have visited Dubai many times over the last ten years staying on the Palm, at Atlantis and JBH, but DAM is a level above. We got a great deal with Netflights (we tend to just follow the best deals!) in an Arabian Summerhouse Suite. We went in the first week of June which was after the UK half term and just at the end of Ramadan. We were picked up at the airport by a Jumierah BMW and taken straight to check in at the Al Qasr. We arrived at 8am, so we didn't expect our room to be ready but they put us in another room until ours was available. After a long trip it was great to just get a shower and freshen up for a trip to the pool. We weren't there long as our room was ready by 10am. We were in Villa 12 which was very central and our Butlers were fantastic. Cherry was absolutely brilliant, sorting buggies, restaurant reservations and keeping our drinks topped up during the 6-8 happy hour. This is a really good idea as you get to chat with lots of other guests and get lots of recommendations over a few drinks! Our room was huge. It was spotless with 2 balconies overlooking the waterways. We shared a small pool with Villa's 13 and 14. Always sun beds available and bottles of free ice cold water. It was a 5 min stroll to the beach, main pool and Al Qasr entrance, but the vast majority of people use the buggies. It did get a bit busier as Eid started, bu there were no issues with the main pool or beach and our daughter loved the kids club. We only found that Wild Wadi got very busy with locals after about 11.30, but that was fine for us as we're generally done with it by lunchtime. You can use the pools and facilities at all the Madinat hotels and JBH as well, so just for breakfast that's around 8 different options! We loved the beachfront restauarnt at Al Naseem and would often use thier pool as well. There are over 40 restaurants to choose from on the half board package some come with a supplement. We paid to eat in La Parilla and The Hide both were worth the extra. Our room gave us access to the Premium leisure suite in Al Qasr, which we tended to use for afternoon snack and a drink before dinner. Very nice and very quiet, especially compared to the one at JBH which has always seemed a bit of an overbooked free for all. Not here. Very relaxed and Chilled. At previous stays on the Palm I've been annoyed at the prices of alcohol. Sofitel were charging £14 for a pint in 2018 and there were no happy hours or offers. This is not the case here, beers and a glasses of wine are around £10 and they do happy hours and offers e.g. 3 bottles of Bud for around £20. Finally the staff. They are outstanding everyone smiles and says hello. A real credit to Jumeriah. A special mention to the Butlers in Villa 12. All of them were excellent especially Cherry. Best holiday we've ever had, and I can't see how we'll beat in it on our next visit.
