oswm hotel n staff was very good n very helping nature they treat us very kindly I lost my phobe in the cab they help me out to find my phone . their manager is good n food is good for veg n non veg both both
My training company has run several workshops at this hotel. Staff is very helpful and competent...special mention to the guest assistant Ajad Miah and Emmanuel Bungeri...not forgetting the ever smiling and helpful Ms Marie at the reception. The lady at the concierge desk is a life saver for calling taxis !i
It was excellent stay with this hotel. Staff were very supportive. Ameneties which were provided excellent. Breakfast menu had many varieties. I assure whoever stay with this hotel will have great experience. Will come back surely once in uae.
Staff members- unacceptable requires more training on customer service and how hospitality business should run. stayed 8 nights in the hotel. Hotel tried to charge my husband more than the agreed amount. There are so much manipulation talk from staff to manager, they change their statement or agreement in a minute, they never been taught what is the customer service and how service should be delivered. The hotel has been rated as a 4 star by the government but in fact service is not equivalent to one star. For me 4 or 5 should be the same. When you walk into lobby there is no eye contact or no normal basic greetings from the staff, if you ask some question at the reception looks like it requires million dollars to pay for their answer. As my husband being in same profession before he proceed with the hotel booking we wen to check the hotel and called them up confirming if they can accept my 11 years old child and it was given an authorization yes they can accommodate the request as far as we are sharing the bed however if child is having breakfast then it would cost 35AED extra which was well confirmed at the time of check in as well. we went only first day for the breakfast and second day onwards everyday they been informed at the reception that extra person did not had a breakfast. we checked our bill one day prior to check out with manager it was all okay but when my husband went for final settlement they insisted that I should pay for whole stays breakfast regardless of we consume or not. It was really surprise to hear that from the same team talking two different language. Secondly, manager confirmed to match up my rate and extend for another week, we did not plan for any other alternatives by keeping in mind that I don't have to change the hotel. One day prior to check out my husband met the manager ( don't want to use his name to embarrass) he kept him holding more than 10 minutes at the reception for the rate, but manager was unable to offer a rate. Finally, he advised to go to online and book. if you can't do anything then simply do not commit or waste someone's time. Our experience is initial stage positive commitment and assurance but at the last minute they change their agreement, it is very rude and so impolite. Though, we travelled with young children but we never used any other hotel facilities except restaurant. Room products are okay, cleaning service first few days was superb but last couple of days it was disaster, tea cups were laying down with tea, vacuum was not done properly etc... Public area- neat and clean Wifi- Good, no challenge TV channels- insufficient, there are many channels but unable to see Room amenities- only 2 bottle of water on arrival is free then rest of the stay is chargeable. Thought price are so reasonable. Bath room and amenities- neat clean and superb condition except hot water.…
Stayed for few hours only during long layover at Dubai. Very good room conditions,excellent beds, fully equipped toilets and bath, very good conceirge and reception. Had a good short stay and would recommend. Did not try breakfast.
