I have come across and stayed in this property for the first time and I am surprised that they surpass some of the 4* and branded I have visited.
Location: It is near Al Rigga Metro station in a busy street where you can restaurants and other shops.
Rooms: Façade of the hotel is not that memorable, however, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and nice. They even provide complete amenities (bathrobe, vanity kit, slippers + extra water bottles) where most 4-star hotels do not unless requested.
Service: It was a quick check-in and checkout; they are really attentive and professional. Requests are given immediately. I am also a part of industry and understand how it works. Room rates are modest.
Location: It is near Al Rigga Metro station in a busy street where you can restaurants and other shops.

Stayed there for 04 nights. Rooms are wonderful. Breakfast was so so.......!! Location of hotel is good. The reception staff is also good. But, it is observed that the persons serving the breakfast needs good counseling in respect of hospitality ethics. Seems, they are carrying lots of ego while on duty.............!!

My training company has run several workshops at this hotel. Staff is very helpful and competent...special mention to the guest assistant Ajad Miah and Emmanuel Bungeri...not forgetting the ever smiling and helpful Ms Marie at the reception. The lady at the concierge desk is a life saver for calling taxis !i

Stayed for a few hours right after landing in Dubai. Good facility for a short day stay. Carrying the bags were a little tough since there are steps from the parking lot. Very good well behaved staff. The lady at the restaurant served special low spicy food based on my request. AC inside the room well positioned and working perfect.

I would say, the place is amazing, rooms are nice and well maintained. staff are approachable and friendly from reception staff, housekeeping and f&b team. also, I wanted to give suggestion on breakfast menu. food is delicious however it only has few selections. I would suggest adding little more like English breakfast. tea is amazing by the way. overall stay was really great.

Date: December 18, 2023. I used the hotel in the 4 pm to 10 pm time slot. You get exactly what you pay for. The room was very clean and well equipped. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the shower didn't work well (possibly the shower head). Other than that, the staff was friendly and the location is great for walking around. There's tons of restaurants nearby and a really cool night market. Totally recommended if you have a few hours in Dubai and want/can get out of the airport. It's roughly a 10-min drive from the airport.

Good Hospitality provided by Versailles by Raviz hotel. Room is good, breakfast is Ok, room cleanliness and service is very good. I checking out today with lots of happiness and smile over face from this place. Receptionist are good to response and treat in a good way. Overall, I liked this hotel and place. Stayed for few hours only during long layover at Dubai. Very good room conditions,excellent beds, fully equipped toilets and bath, very good conceirge and reception. Had a good short stay and would recommend. Did not try breakfast.

Rooms were small but neat and tidy. CR is a bit old with muddy stained tile floors. Front desk staff were fast but housekeeping service is really very poor and very slow.
As we had a party in one of their party halls, I was promised by the staff and GM that fresh fruits will be provided during check-in in our rooms. Unfortunately, no fruits received. Probably its not their standards.
Good thing, flavours staff were very nice to us especially Sankeeta who made our stay pleasant. She's very helpful, assistive and always wearing her smile. Keep it up girl and goodluck.
