It was okay. Could've been better. Overall one time visit. Staggff was fine. Thanks overall. Woul D hope for better food next time. Hygiene levels were okay too. Stafe is friendly snd helpful. Minimum word limit is annoying very annoying. Wish there was better way

Hotel is at a very good location. Able to catch awesome creek view. About 5-10 mins walk to train station. Hotel staffs is friendly and approachable whenever I met with issues during my stay. They have wide variety for breakfast buffet everyday is different dishes. Overall this hotel makes me feel so warm and enjoyable.

Stayed at this hotel from the 19th of May 2021 and checked out out today, This hotel is one the first Hotel in Dubai, the rooms are ok, i would rate it 4star, all Air cons in rooms are so noisy which makes it really difficult to sleep, stupid TV Channels, decent washroom, decent Room, Just the Aircon issue! Very difficult to sleep with the noise from Aircon, probably 20 yrs old Air cons which are not maintained. wouldn't want to put up at this place ever again!

· Amazing location, beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Only a few minutes walk from the beautiful old markets and Metro station. Cross the road and you can take a boat to the other side of the old city. Great and generous breakfast. Caring and lovely staff. This hotel was absolutely perfect for us.

I booked in this hotel 8 nights the week before the new year. first of all the pillows were not clean and smelly. the carpet full of spots. we were requesting special category of room and however we received a confirmation that we will get it, they gave us a room at 3:00 pm untill the other room will be ready, in which we went at 5:00 pm we were traveling on Saturday at 2:00 pm, we booked through the receptionist for the PCR on friday at 11:00 am, he didnt came till 2:00 pm we are waiting for him , then the receptionist called us to say that he apologized because of the rain and he will come at 5:00 pm, we asked him ok and when we will receive the pcr? he said after 6 hours same day. and he confirmed this. when the doctor came at 5:30 he asked about our flight, we told him next day at 2:00 , he said no we cant make the PCR as it takes 24 hours. the receptionist didnt told us this info, and we confirmed with him several times and he said same day. we took a taxi trying to find any lab around who can deliver it in even 12 hours. we checked many hospitals and there was one of the hotel team with us trying to find a lab as his flight was the next day too. then we found a hospital at 8:00 pm and we made the pcr and we finished at 9 :30, we returned back to the hotel. the TAXI wanted 450 UAE derham. the receptionist was fighting with us that we have to pay the whole amount. however, he was the one who booked the taxi and he chose VIP TAXI not normal taxis. it was his problem from the beginning as he didn't inform us that the PCR takes 24 hours. there was one of the hotel team with us in the taxi so at least we can split the amount to 3 me, the bellman who was with us, and the hotel. but the receptionists both of them was very aggressive and they talk to us in a very vulgar manner. without any respect. in addition, we lost the new year celebration bookings we made, as we finished the PCR at 9:30 we returned to the hotel, and when we tried to go to DUBAI MALL to celebrate the new year, they refused to let us in as the closed at 6:00 pm this is the worst hotel ever and the wors service ever.…

Hidden gem with great views and personalised hospitality. The rooms are eautiful & spacious with balconies and provide breathtaking view of the old historic Dubai,easily accessible by Abhras. The hotel is close to water and provides a great view of the Dubai skyline. ( see pictures attached ) The buffet spread is good,just what you need after a hectic travel itinerary. Mr Farid and his team have made us feel very welcome& made our stay memorable
