The amount charged was very nominal for the kind of room they provide. The room was big, clean. I stayed there for 5 days and will be back there soon. It's in proximity to all restaurants, indian food is widely available. Meena bazar is close. If you like walking, you can take a stroll to Dubai creek side from the hotel, just 15 mins walk. Centrally located, would definitely recommend if you're traveling on a budget and want to stand in a good hotel.

We had to stop over in Panorama Grand hotel during our work in this area few days. The room was spacious but there are few things one needs to know before booking: the air conditioning system is an old type so you get a very loud noise if your turn it on, like a propeller always on. if you are sound sensitive like me, you will suffer. All the power sockets were not working properly in the room. so check it out before checking in as we could not properly charhe mobiles during all days. charged them in the car. The ac noise was so strong that I got bad headaches and decided to check out earlier. the hotel said they cannot refund nor compensate anyhow. we still decided to leave. otherwise , the rest us as per hotel description.

My sister and I booked for 2 rooms on Monday 10th of August'2019. The receptionist who checked us in was very nice and granted us a late check out at 13:00 hrs as we arrived late at 19:30 hrs. We were surprised as he gave us 1 corner room, what a perfect room! I worked as a hotelier before, not so sure if this room was an upgrade (if so the receptionist should have informed us at the time of check in if this was an upgrade) or other type of standard located in the corner. At the time of check out, I called the reception around 11:15 am to ask how to make a call to other room. She then asked what time we'll check out as per her, she needs the room ASAP. I informed her that the receptionist who checked us in grant us a late check out at 13:00 hrs as we arrived a little late at 19:30 hrs (as a hotelier before, we consider that as a late check in) so I informed her. She said she will check first then put me on hold, I was surprised when she insisted that it was not a late check in and she still needs the room ASAP! 12-12:30pm! Seriously? That's how you treat guest even someone already permitted a late check out only for an hour? When I asked for her name, she said "MAHESHA" if I'm not mistaken. After I asked for her name, that was the time that she only said "It's fine ma'am, you can check out at 13:00hrs". During check out, while we were sitting and waiting for her, she asked for our ID's with a frown on her face. My sister said how can we give our ID's when they took and hold all our IDs upon check in, it was obvious that we went out from the lift, by that time, she knows that we are checking-out. Ofcourse, our IDs were with them already! It was a great stay for all of us at first but this lady receptionist ruined our almost perfect stay.

There are cockroaches in the room. The cleaning staff always forget to put soap and shampoo. They sometimes replace towels in the evening only, after completing all their cleanings in other rooms. Cleaning is not on time. Sometimes they come by evening which makes us uncomfortable even after we requested cleaning in the morning. They wont allow snacks/eatables in the room. Need to buy from hotel itself and is too costly.

30 USD/Night is so so cheap for this kind of location and service. (See location in the photo) Expected 150 $ minimum in this area. Room is clean. Service is good. Food is OK.But can't find tooth paste, brush and night gown.

The hotel is located very near to shopping area, The staff is well mannered and takes care of the requirements. The room was towards the back side and the outside view was towards a patch of land full with sand. The room was cleaned daily. Room size was good.It is near to the market area and easily one can walk to mina bazar and other areas. Buffet breakfast was good with choice for Veg and Non-Veg items. The staff on duty in restaurant were very efficient. Dinner was good and changed daily.
