I loved these apartments,only a few minutes walk from emirates mall,,,they were excellent for sleeping,spacious beds,spacious rooms,and no noise.The staff were lovely,very hospitable,chatty,helpful,,really nice,and cleaned everyday,the kitchen was very good,had washing machine,fridge freezer,microwave and cooker and oven,,,,,really like these aparts,would definitely return here

I recommend it to others whether it's a business trip or personal. The place is easily accessible by train as well. Close to a major shopping mall so you can walk to it. Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Good location for Emirates Mall and Jumeirah attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Little bit dirty rooms but after cleaning all was good. We enjoyed staying there and kids liked pool on the roof.

the hotel apartment we stayed at was a 10/10. clean, spacious and amenities were on point. staff were friendly and assisted us in our tour of dubai. their room service was also excellent and we hardly noticed staff come in and out of our room for cleaning. i wish they could add a bit more cutlery though....

Very pleasant definately go there again very central and convenient and lovely staff very honest too. Breakfast okay was tasty easy place for lock up and go and the apartment felt like home. Pricing was cheap at the time we booked and cheap for uber for airport transfer and the pick up for tours and Mall of Emirates is on the door step !! Balcony views tranquil of the city life and buildings and close to 7 eleven stores

Stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was of a really good standard and was very spacious. It offered great value for money. Just tell taxi driver that it is near city max hotel as there are a few city stay hotels and they get confused. The location is fantastic. Just a 5 min walk to the mall of Emirates, which is where we got the big bus tour most days. Dubai is amazing and I would certainly stay here again if I'm lucky enough to come back. I would recommend the big bus tour, dune bashing experience and if you can then stay a night at The Atlantis Hotel. Taxis are very cheap, safe and easy to use too. Definitely go there!!

My family and I have just returned from a 5 night stay in the 'City Stay Inn', Dubai. We arrived on Monday 28th Dec and departed Sat 02nd January. We rented a 2 bedroom Family Apartment which was a fantastic size with basic furnishings, great internet access and the usual extras such as slippers, bathroom soaps etc.. On arrival check-in was extremely efficient by pleasant well trained courteous staff.. In Dubai you pay for exactly what you get and it should be noted that this is not a luxury hotel but the price does not reflect this, it is however a superb base for all activity which is exactly what we needed.. Located 5 mins walk from the rear of the Mall of Emirates the Stay Inn is ideally situated for shopping, water parks, the Metro, etc.. etc.. Throughout our stay the staff could not have been more helpful, we were supplied with complimentary fruit and soft drinks on our first day and for New Years Eve we were presented with a fantastic Chocolate Cake. Free covered parking a great gym and a nice pool area are also a positive in this hotel although opening hours from 09.00 - 19.00 especially for the gym are a little prohibitive. The only real negative with the facility would be the condition of the bathrooms, these are functional but are dingy and could really do with a real deep clean or re-model as fittings are dated. …

We spend few nights in City Stay Inn apartments and we are very satisfied. Tidy, big apartment, really nice and helpfull staff, every day room cleaning, swimming pool on the roof was also as advantage even if we use it only once because there is to many things in Dubai to see. One minus for the hotel: 2 kinds of breakfasts : arabian and english , but every day the same food.

Second time to stay here; Rooms are excellent, clean spacious and modern. Facilities such as kitchen is also plentiful. Bell boy assists from the in house parking. Please note no visitors arrived, even if same sex and in daylight hours! Also hotel is dry so do not expect wine openers or glasses etc. Excellent hotel if you do not plan to stay in the room much.
