Detailed Reviews
Nice comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, special mention Masool the bell boyand Santhosh in restaurant. Breakfast ca be better also noise management can improve vastly. Upon request they gave me room 101 a disabled friendly room and it was easier for me. Good travel desk and reception staff as well. Hotel can invest in some hotel owned and run vehicles for guests to hire as getting about from the location is very far and expensive

The hotel has a couple of clubs in it. As such you wouldn’t like to go around the hotel alone at night as you may not feel safe. The area in which the hotel is located is very dodgy and has a bad reputation, according to the residents of Dubai that we spoke to. It was difficult to get a cab to come to the hotel because apparently cabs do not come to that area much(according to a cab driver whom we spoke to). If you want to do shopping and go site seeing on your own it might be difficult unless your tour operator has already organized the transport for you. You also don’t get to see the best part of Dubai if you stay at this hotel. The reception and the valet parking staff were very unhelpful in helping us get cabs. We only had breakfast at the hotel. It is a buffet with a selection of international and Indian food. But there wasn’t much of a variety and almost the same dishes were served everyday. The room is quite small and cramped. There was barely enough room to keep our luggage open. The beds and bathroom were relatively clean and we didn’t have much of an issue sleeping at night (as most people complain about the noise from the clubs). However if you’re a light sleeper it’ll be difficult for you to get a good night sleep. The noise from the road and airplanes were actually louder than the noise from the clubs for us. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to another person and I certainly wouldn’t like to stay here again. I feel like you can get a much decent hotel for the same cost. If you’re going with your family I suggest you find alternative accommodation.

I have been to Dubai many times on Business visit. Last december was my first time with Family. Despite of being a frequent traveler i have booked a package deal from OYO Holidays India and they have provided this so called 3 star hotel in Deira.
Its in the middle of no where.. No good restaurants near by except few Kerala ones. But those were good if you are a hard core non vegetarian. Very small room for my family which is including 2 kids. Poor bathroom and the day 1 itself water got blocked in the bathroom and also my daughter got locked in the room too. Very poor response in the front desk. Rooms very stingy and not well maintained. Poor buffet breakfast and arrogant staff too..
Since it was a holiday and i know that i have not paid much all these points can be tolerated .. ( what you can expect for a 60-70$ per night hotel.. ) But what was most disgusting for me was their multi lingual /cultural dance bars or pubs.. I was embarrassed to explain my kid what is these dance bars as it is right in the entrance.. I started avoiding to come to the lobby area between 7Pm and 9PM.. It was crowded with their dance bar customers and ladies.. Throughout the night there will be music.. may be up to 5AM..
So my fellow travelers who reads this, if you are ok with these you can proceed, else pay 10-20$ more and get to Bur Dubai side and enjoy your vacation..

This hotel is one of the worst hotels to spend your holiday in Dubai and is a hotel which is not suitable for children. And is with very rude and ill mannered staff that talk to the guest very rudely and does not respect any of the guest.
Don’t visit this hotel as it will ruin your trip and holiday

I've stayed from different hotels before and I can say that Fortune Pearl Hotel, Deira is one of the best place I've been to and the facility was also great. The staff, Ms. Chiqui is so friendly and kind, very accomodating, she really made sure that I've got everything I need and I didn't felt like I'm far away from home. She did a great job. Thumbs up!

My husband and I went for a work related in Deira Dubai and we decided to stay in Fortune Pearl Hotel for 3 nights, since we check in we didn’t see anyone smile until check out. We booked for Queen bed with City view but when we checked in, the receptionist guy said there is no room available with city view and they said that they will check on next day and inform us but on the next day no one update us. There is club in 5 floor which is so much noise of music from 10 PM to 4 AM in the morning. We want to use swimming pool so we ask to the reception which floor of the swimming pool but no one informed us that swimming pool is closed after getting there one of the lifeguard said the pool is closed. It was a worst stay we couldn’t have good rest, the facilities are not working and the staff are not follow up their job.

When we arrived in our room, there's chips on the bed, I wonder how housekeeping staff is cleaning. Moldy bathroom. Very noisy. Room is not sound proof at all. You can hear the clubs still up and pounding until 6am we barely slept which is so awful. There are drunk people who are fighting in the corridor not minding other guest are sleeping or whatnot. I don't know if there are security in this place to control it or they're just so neglectful for their jobs because apparently what do you expect in a 3* hotel right? Room service staff asking for tips while collecting our payment is rude as crap. Totally not a place to recommend to anyone.

Terrible hotel. This is not suitable for families or for normal travelers who likes to enjoy their stay, as it is more of a nightclub everyday. So many noises during the night. Staff is extremely rude and unfriendly, not even a smile on their faces. Even after staying there for 4 nights, no one even asked how our stay was. But so keen to promote taxis at exorbitant prices. If you want to learn real hospitality, come and stay at any hotel in Sri Lanka.
Good location and clean room - but that's about it.
