I was lucky to find a hotel which was located ideally for my trip.
The Service provided was excellent.
The staff including Dhawal at the front counter, Faisal from Security & Hari From Hotel Service made me feel like home.
My queries were dealt with in a respectful manner, and the hotel overall looked after my needs.

The cleaning service is very good, when staying here request either Harry, Julius, or Rahul. very kind and and respectful people. 10/10. The maintenance guy is also very kind and helpful and is available at all times. If you plan on getting groceries, you could ask for a trolly from the reception and they will provide it to you with a guy who’ll help as well.

Had on a long stay at this hotel apartment on a business trip, the studio apartment is very nice and comfortable! Location is very convenient, closer to supermarkets and public transport.
Not forgetting the housekeeping staffs - Zubair and the supervisor Mr. Saravanan was very helpful and friendly, and very communicative, the laundry service was on time including the maintenance personals, and would recommend a non smoking room for anyone who plans for a stay in here.

My wife and I have been staying here for a few months now and have really appreciated different staff we've met. One that stands out to us is Vinod. He has been very dilligent in the process of cleaning our room he always makes the bed nicely and goes the extra mile to tidy up the place. We appreciate all his help. If you stay on the 3rd floor, you may just meet him. :)

This was my 4th time this year I stayed in the same hotel apartment. The best thing that I like about this hotel is its staff. Courteous enough and ready to serve you with a smile. The front office staff Prashob, Janice then Ajay from restaurant - always ready to accommodate your request. The housekeeping staff - Javeed, Karan make you feel homely from being home alone. :-)
Visiting again in October for Gitex and hoping to stay in the same hotel apartments.

Stayed at xclusive hotel apartments for more than a month. Stay was pleasant. Hotel is at a conveniently located at walkable distance from metro station in Bur Dubai. Studio apartment is of reasonable size for an individual or couple with a kitchenette. My cooktop was not working properly when i checked in, but was promptly replaced on request. Pool and gym facilities are also well maintained. House keeping is very good with daily cleaning. Zubaid took excellent care of the room during my stay if more than a month.

The only honest people in their work are only Yahya bell boy all other departments are the most worst workers.

This hotel was a blessing for us to explore the city in its full glory. With burjaman Metro station and mall at a walk-able distance and the best eateries a few metres away - I thoroughly enjoyed my one week stay at the property. The hotel situated at a perfect juncture of old and new Dubai. With 10 minute drive to Downtown Dubai on one side and Meena bazaar/Al-seef on the other side 10 minute drive.
The staff was really helpful with May and Sumit assisting us with all little details with respect to groceries, cabs etc.

Good place to stay.
We had booked a 2 BR for our family for 6 nights.
2 spacious rooms, 3 wash rooms and 1 kitchen.
House keeping team is very good
