We stayed for 5 nights at the Elite Byblos Hotel in Al Barsha. The hotel was very chic, clean, and quiet, with the advantage of being close to the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and elegant, with a suitable size. The hotel's toiletries were of good quality. The room view (on the 9th floor) overlooked the houses of the Al Barsha neighborhood. The rooftop pool, offering a suitable and relaxing environment, perfect for sunbathing. Sufficient towels were provided for use around the pool area, and there was also a bar next to the pool. There was a nightclub on the ground floor that guests could use for an additional fee if interested. The hotel's breakfast had a wide variety and very good quality. Overall, considering the price, the Elite Byblos Hotel is an excellent choice for accommodation.…

Fantastic location (5 minutes walking from the Mall of the Emirates, max 10 minutes with a Taxi to Burj-al-arab and Medinat Jumeira. We were so lucky to be able to have two rooms after we were banished from another hotel we were supposed to stay for a week. The staff at Biblios Elite was extremely polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious and all the facilities were perfect. The food was amazing. If I have a chance in the future to go to Dubai again I would choose this hotel again. My son loved the elevators and played a "pilot" there. The only setback was not working pool, but they provided an alternative pool nearby.

Stay was excellent. All service was sooo good. The welcoming was wonderful and very warm-full. It was an awesome experience at Elite Byblos and we enjoyed our stay. It is a conveniently located Hotel with the public transport, metro/ bus station, just a 5 minutes walk, and you can get everywhere around Dubai or to Abu Dhabi. Staff are extremely friendly and the hotel is in great condition condition, with the spacious rooms. Bedding, towels and room cleaning was done every day. We will definitely be returning to Elite Byblos in the near future, as there is still a lot to explore. We absolutely loved it.

Great staff. Great food. Great friends & Great experience :) Do visit the Monarch restaurant, wonderful staff and food. Rooms are clean and spacious. Honest cleaning staff, I left my iPhone In the room and still on the same spot when I came back in the evening Convenient location. Lots of store around and near the mall of the emirates.

From the moment we entered the hotel, everything was perfect. Friendly staff welcomed us and helped us with our luggage. Everything in the room was clean, the room was spacious with a view of the Mall of Emirates, the bed was big and very comfortable. We really liked the staff who went out of their way to help us, both in the hotel and with the tours. Breakfast was excellent, with many different dishes that changed. In the hotel itself, you have a restaurant where you can order food and drinks 24/7, which is a big plus. Water, coffee, and tea await you in the room every day. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. In case you want a massage, there is a SPA available. The only small minus goes to the swimming pool, which is currently under renovation. The hotel tried to find an adequate replacement in a nearby hotel, but we hope that the pool will be finished by the next time for a complete experience. In general the hotel isn't bad but it's far from 5 stars hotels, with so bad and carless management, and so bad facilities even less than 3 stars when it come to facilities. Their swimming pool is closed and they said they fixing it and it maye take months! They have only 1 option for this and it's to go with their bus to another hotel's pool in a specific time and back with them in a specific time! Also their gym is very bad with no AC! its AC is down and they have only a cooler inside it! I asked them to make the manager contact me for this issues but no one did, and in my last day I found a call from their management calling my room and asking me if I need anything!! I told her it's my last day here and she replied that she had to make the call on the first day but hadn't a chance to do!! Very Careless management and the hotel isn't value for money at all. Their breakfast is ok, but with almost zero variety. Most staff were friendly in general.…
