The room cleaning and the room at large is poor and it doesnt give value for the high rate pay. the staff are racist mainly the reception guy who talks rudely to other nationalites . i dont recommend any stay in the room because even the warm water is yellowish in colour and itchy after shower. The room dint have towels and tea immunties as we had to call reception for that.

1.Dirty,dirty, dirty. It was more like a dirty and old midway motel rather than 3 star hotel. We were bitten by some insects during our stay. 2.Noise pollution, don't even think about sleeping peacefully at night. 3.Bad and weird behavior staff. 4.Don't try to waste your money even for an hour in that hell! 5.Located in one of the worst areas of the city. 6.There is a club located in ground floor of the hotel, which makes a lot of noise pollution and is a stamping ground for low level people and youth, and on the 2nd floor there is a club which makes the noise worst and you can hear the sound of drunk people over midnight in corridors.

I will not recommend this nasty hotel to anyone. Many complaints as they didn't give water bottles despite we stayed for three days. No water heater tea bags. It was so hot the AC is not working properly. Dirty bathrooms. Only two pillows. No iron. It's an inappropriate place for family,kids, or woman as the guest keeps fighting in the lobby night club is so loud. Price is expensive too.

Bad attitude Rude staff, means one of the worst hotels in the Area. The receptionist guy (Philippino) was very rude, I have booked a hotel for two-person first he told me to cancel and rebooked again Because he said I booked for one person when I showed him it was for two persons he simple said never mind he seems doesn’t want us to accommodate, besides when I was waiting for check-in right away there is another couple come and left us and started checking them first (the same nationality both Philippine) complete discrimination it was my second time but it was the worse experience,in-room there was no towel, no drinking water, no tea or coffee set how come you call them from OYO??????? next morning I ordered breakfast from outside because hotel never was able to serve food and delivery guys didn’t bring spoon so I asked another receptionist ( black African ) guy ( excuse my language) but was same as night guy he didn’t ask someone to deliver, he didn’t do it either Many hotels available on the same road, but not like this, there were few fellows were seated in the lobby who were kept staring us like Never seen couple before and my girlfriend found this little harassing It’s not because I want to stay that hotel only but I had no choice after booking when I reached there I wasn’t able to leave the place because of current pandemic lockdown ,however when we checked in we found used blooded bed sheets I called reception to change the room he never did despite he said discount booking doesn’t have room changing option what a pity ...... there seems this place isn’t responsible for privacy I advise and suggest to people never Booked this place there plenty of hotel around this area but don’t go there if you wish to spend good time and get fully private privacy Hotel rooms sucks 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 Server sucks 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 Staff sucks 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 OYO and booking.com sucks 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

First time with this property by Oyo; Location is great being near to union metro station; also with al ghurair mall and most fast food outlets ; Upon arrival; the entrance had a note of being under renovation; No ambience in the lobby; 1 staff behind the reception: all staff no basic uniform; in the evening and morning check out; the staff were wearing home shorts????? The room did not have a mini fridge; no kettle ; no cups; no compli water bottles; no tissue box; Rated as 3 stars; guests will expect a bit more;;; All staff were courteous though;;;

It was a family trip to dubai where i stayed here. Their service was nice so was the food as well as the bathroom facility.The staffs were also kind and helpful. These were the good points. Now what i didnt like about the place was it had a really weak internet service. Im an online person so i really need internet for my work which they couldnt provide. So if youre a person who needs wifi whether it is for work or entertainment purpose then this is not the right place for you. but overall the hotel is a nice place to stay. Only if they have had a stable good internet it would be a five star from me.

The worst hotel I've been. Breakfast at the supermarket was better than breakfast at the hotel. We didn't sleep at night until the morning of the hotel's disco night. The reception did not matter to the displeasure of the passengers. Every day everyone was protesting and fighting.

I booked this hotel for a good stay. It was good staying here. Room was ok, furniture was old, bathroom was clean. Amenities were not so good. I had to ask receptionist for few things. They were nice to provide the things, which I required within few minutes. Staff of hotel was cooperative and well dressed. Breakfast was ok. Overall average stay here.
