Stayed at hotel with senior citizens parents and 1 kid and we had a great time from 14-18 october, Checkin was very smooth courtesy Manager - Frm African ascent ( sorry forgot his name) wifi is free and connectivity very good inside the rooms as well as in lobby, we got a room at 5th floor AC are effective and room service also very good, Rooms were cleaned daily, Towels and bedsheet changed. Iron box was also available on demand, Breakfast menu was not that grand however new item in menu daily, for example v had fruits, eggs, 1more non veg item, Beans, fried sewaiyan, idli yesterday and sewaiyan were changed with poha and idli with sambhar Vada once and had pav bhaaji also on some day along with croissant and muffins, overall a good experience, Food floor manager was also very helpful as our daughter dint had breakfast so he was courteous in packaging it for us, a good gesture. Lots of Indian food options behind hotel within 5-7 mints walking distance, hotel also had bar and restaurant, Swimming pool is not thay great and timings are also not good which they should change as timings are from 9am which becomes quite warm by then,rest evrythg was good. sea view was obstructed with Ship of Queen Elizabeth gifted to Sheikh blocking the view rest clean n clear view.

Room was nice, clean and tidy. Best part was that the bus stop for Al Ghubaiba is just in front of it. Al Ghubaiba is a central place for catching bus, metro and water transport. Food inside the hotel is a bit costly. In general I had nice experience there. On my request they provided me the room which was away from club house hence no noise problem.

This Hotel is like other Hotels where you don't want to stay during Covid19 Quarantine. Food is served in Plastic container with only 1 choice, Veggi or non Veggi, no condiments, no deserts and no juices will be offered. Fresh coffee is not included in a regular Breakfast and only on request instant coffee will be delivered (without a option of heating water) Don't forget to request the kettle 😉 Besides, the lunch and dinner has been quite tasty for me, but might be to spice (hot) for others. Breakfast was boring and served cold. At least the Room is nice and the staff is friendly and willing to help.

1.Saw bed bug while leaving the hotel. 2.Bathroom fittings are not proper i.e if I want only tap to work, then both shower and tap were getting on together. 3. Only 1 liter bottle was provided per day during the stay which is insufficient for a family.

The reviews do not do this hotel justice. This hotel has supposedly won a traveller's choice Trip Advisor certification. It is not a good choice at all! We arrived at 2am and were told they were fully booked and would put us in a nearby hotel. After we protested, we were brought to our rooms at Sea View. None of us got any sleep due to loud clubbing music. This is not because of the specific room or floor because we were all on different floors and spread across single rooms and suites. It lasted until 4am. This is unacceptable and guests should not have to pay and endure staying in such environment.
Other low points: - asked for an iron board, got it the third time I asked - gym opens at 8.15. Too late for people who go to work in the morning

We would certainly like to share our feedback about our stay at the Sea View Hotel. 1.The airport drop and pick was perfect. 2. The check in and check out was very fast and smooth. 3. The staff interacted with at the reception and pool/gym area was very pleasant and professional. Some members were very helpful also in providing information and directions. 4. Maintenance and house keeping was average. It still does have a lot of scope for improvement. 5. The highly disappointing part of the entire stay was the buffet breakfast. The variety was minimal. Infact, most of the menu was identical on all the 5 mornings we were there. Food was absolutely tasteless. Seemed as if the chef was either incompetent or disinterested in his job. Comparing it to buffet breakfasts experienced across different hotels around the globe, this was perhaps the worst experienced so far. Given the fact that most people there were going to be out of the hotel for the entire day, there wasn't a single whole fruit, or yogurt pack or any similar good to carry along items on the table. This is the first time I've noticed this in a busy tourist hotel. Even the manager at the restaurant looked highly disgruntled with his job. We never saw him smile. However his team members were more pleasant and happy to serve the guests. 6. We appreciate the hotel allowing us to use the pool, the gym and the free drop n pick service to the La Mer beach even after we had checked out.
Overall, the stay could be rated as 3 on 5, the entire blame lying on the bad breakfast experience.

We booked 1 double bedroom but reception guy said there is a Pub upstairs so it will be very noisy in the room and Pub will be open until 4AM. We were given 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. We requested the guy to at least combined those beds for us but dropped our luggage but he never came back. No iron in the room. Exhaust fan in toilet was not working or too slow. Breakfast was really good. Daily room cleaning was good.

This hotel is to be good awhile back. However, in the past couple of years I witnessed and experienced a drastic plunge in standards, especially hygienic standards. I have experienced on different visits the following, hair in the bathtub, urine stains on the toilet seat (although housekeeping claims that they sanitize the toilet seats and label them as sanitized) stained sheets, bathrobes that smell of body odor and finally Bed Bugs! By no means a 4 star hotel, 2 stars at best, and does require temporary closure to sort out thier bugs problem.

It is not 4 start hotel its 2 star or less. Rooms : (We had booked 3 rooms with breakfast) -all rooms were provided with 2 single bed in each I was with my wife not with the office colleague, dental kit, bath robe, sleepers nothing was provided in the room. Unable to sleep in night because of too much noise from pub and window vibrating because of DJ in pub in same hotel. Rooms were small. Early checkin not provided. 1 star for rooms.
Staff : We made a request to provide a breakfast on checkin date instead of checkout date but they denied, guy at reception was totally unsupportive and not welcoming. Guy on the lobby area was helpful and housekeeping staff was also good. 1 star for staff at reception/management.
Breakfast : Pathetic food quality, no taste, almost same menu everyday, zero rating in food.
Location : No view from the hotel, meena bazar was around 1.2KM, I dont like the location too. 2 star rating for location.
Responsiveness : I have sent him more than 10 emails before arrival to inform him about our arrival and airport pickup but they never responded on emails, I was fed up with sending them reminders, emails from different email ids, writing on google review but they never responded no-where. Zero rating in this.
Conclusion : it is not recommended to anyone don't go with the online ratings on they totally seems fake review (might be paid review), fair user rating would not be more than 2/5. I was also trapped because of these ratings on portals (can't provide name because review may be rejected)
