The Sea View Hotel is a modern city centre hotel located in Bur Dubai and is suited both to the leisure and business traveler. The Bur Juman shopping centre and several electronics and computer shops are located nearby, while Deira city centre is a couple of kilometers away with its numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants. For business travelers, the World Trade & Convention Centre is nearby while the hotel's location offers good access to roads leading to the Internet and Media cities and Jebel Ali. The hotel has three different room types as well as two dedicated executive floors. There are five restaurants covering two different types of Indian cuisine, as well as Chinese cuisine, a shisha restaurant and a coffee shop. There are also two nightclubs. For leisure there is a rooftop pool and a gym with sauna and steam room facilities and the hotel offers guests a complimentary shuttle bus to Jumeirah public beach.

They charged my credit card again!!!! After one week that I have left the hotel, i have paid the whole price at my arrival, and now I received message from my bank that my visa card is charghed again!!! And its more than 24hrs and my money is still gone

The stay was amazing. The room was clean and well maintained. It took them a bit of time to allocate the room, the but staff were polite and helped. Bathroom space was a bit cramped. Overall an excellent place.

It was a very good experience in hotel, specially i am impressed with hotel staff honesty, while i was checking out i lost my gold locket in room which i realised when i was at the airport. I inform the same to reception and they found it and returned later.

The hotel interiors looking unique and beautiful, elevator wall design with tampered glass so easily can see views all around lobby hotel from inside. All staff were so helpful and friendly, definitely perfect place to relax and recharge before back to work.

I'm afraid I must express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Sea View Hotel. The lack of flexibility and empathy shown by their staff was truly disheartening. My family and I had just welcomed a new baby into our family and we were dealing with the usual unpredictable circumstances that come with such an event. Despite explaining our situation - my wife having just given birth, a new baby to take care of, my older daughter's birthday, and the fatigue of my mother - the hotel staff remained rigid and unaccommodating. I requested some leniency with the 12 pm check-out time, given the circumstances at the hospital, but was met with a firm refusal. The staff informed me that I would be charged for an extra day if I was late to pick up my family. This kind of inflexibility and lack of understanding was very disappointing. When choosing a hotel, especially in such personal and special circumstances, one expects a certain level of consideration and customer service. Unfortunately, this was not our experience at the Sea View Hotel. I sincerely hope that the hotel management will take this feedback into account and work towards improving their customer service. Everyone deserves to be treated with empathy and understanding, especially in unexpected and sensitive situations like ours.(My check in time was late at night)…
