Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
When checking into this hotel, I expected the worst. But no. Everything turned out to be quite normal. It is clear that the best times of the hotel are in the past. The breakfasts are varied (some dishes change every other day) and filling (special thanks for the fried potatoes - at least my daughter had something to eat). The swimming pool is open from 8:30 to 13:00 and after 15:00. Small, but you can freshen up and sunbathe. They provide towels. Both elevators worked properly. We had a small room with 2 beds for 4 people with 2 children 10 years old. Not very comfortable. But for a room with a king and 1 regular bed they offered to pay an additional $300 for 6 nights (we missed the first one due to bad weather and clearly no one compensated us for it). Since we only slept in the room, we decided to spend this money on excursions. Cleaned every day. But they save on towels (instead of 4 they always gave 3 and one small one) and toilet paper. There are questions regarding cleaning, but not fundamental ones. There was practically no internet on the 4th floor. By 2 more or less. Normal in the lobby. It is password protected, but they entered the code for us. The staff tries to help with everything. But when they called a taxi, the meter showed 12 dirhams. Despite the fact that near the hotel you can catch any taxi with a standard landing fee of 5 dirhams. The proximity of the metro and shopping center is a big plus. And the 24-hour market, right opposite fast food, will delight you with prices and quality. When checking out, they gave us an extra 30 minutes (they had 100% occupancy). Things were taken into storage. And they helped us take him to the transfer. Nobody begs for tips. In general, you can live for a week without problems for little money.

Stayed here with my son for a short break in today and we had a decent stay. Hotel was clean and staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast was good and the hotel is very close to metro station so travelling around Dubai is not that difficult. Would recommend. Good value for money.

Good hotel!!! I was here with my wife and 5 year ols child.Attentive staff. They gave us additional bed for chond. I can give even more then 3 stars. Satisfying breakfast and lunch. Location is very good. Very very clean!!! RECOMMENDED FOR A REST!!

First of all I was in impression of this is a part of Choice franchise property, but it is NOT. They are using the same LOGO as the properties in USA. I believe Choice franchise should look in to this. There are no internet servicies in the room. Hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough and barely there was enough pressure to get good shower No other amenities in the bathroom other than piece of soap There was a coffee pot in the room but no creamer, when I ask for it, they said not providing the creamer. No other amenities in the bed room either. On the last day when I ask for storage room for my baggage storage, they said they have it. What I found out was - they keep baggage in the public staircase hallway, where everyone goes up and down through this staircase and I was not comfortable with it so, I traveled with my baggage all day until 7:00 pm Certainly this not the place I recommend to stay at.

I had the most shocking experience to learn that 2 people can not stay in one room and also i can not have visitors into my room. Absolutely disgusting and to make things worse the Receptionist and the security were so rude. I will definitely not advise anyone to go to this motel its not even worth calling a hotel

The hotel is located in the Deira area, near the Union metro station, 40 minutes by bus to the Persian Gulf, by metro as well, there are many shops around. I liked the hotel itself, large room, cleaned every day, provided shampoo, shower gel, paper, there is some in the room kettle, refrigerator, cups, tea, sugar. There is a swimming pool on the roof, they give you a towel. The internet in the room is excellent, not at all on the roof. The staff is friendly. We had a room without food, so I don’t know how they feed here, I saw tables downstairs near the bar , they feed there.

The hotel is disgusting, but first things first. I read positive reviews and chose this hotel. 1. The location was a working ghetto, only Indians with working professions, looking at us as if we had fallen from the moon. The metro is really close. 2. We paid for breakfast and lunch and dinner, but there was no dinner. It’s simply not there, only lunch 1.5 hours in the afternoon. Breakfast is not only monotonous, but terribly meager. For breakfast there were: porridge, omelet, fried zucchini or eggplant, beans in tomato sauce and fresh cucumbers. There were no baked goods at all, only loaves of bread. I’m surprised at the people who write about hearty breakfasts. If you arrived at 8 a.m., there was food, but by 9 a.m. it was already empty, and you had to fight to get something brought. Breakfast from 8 to 9.30. 3. Of the three rooms, something was broken everywhere, the shower was somewhere, my window didn’t close. 4. The problem with sockets is 1 European socket per room. 5. They asked for an iron and ironing board: there was no ironing board, the iron could barely iron, it was all broken. 6. the card periodically did not let me into the room 7. Towels were not always changed, and since they didn’t even bring them, I argued with the reception for half an hour. This is such a wonderful hotel!

0 Star worst hotel in Dubai. Unprofessional staff even they don’t know how talk. No water in the room. Room phone was not working very smelly rooms When I ask for water to receptionist. Like sir pay first. Then I will send to your room. Sir we are like that. You want to stay you can if you don’t want you can go. Its my big mistake to stay this worst hotel. Worst staff on in Dubai. I will never ever come again here.

Do not go ! We stayed there in August 2022 False hotel photos! On arrival the room was not ready on time because it was being “cleaned” we waited a long time before having access to it. However, the room was not clean, the bathroom horrible; Lots of dirt in the bathtub. There was a knock on the door early in the morning which woke us up.
In short, forget this establishment if you want to have a good vacation!

Not clean as you could expect. missing linen and no towel in the bath. the fridge was broken and the AC chilling all the time like a freezer. the lights were poor and the service people responded as late as possible. The breakfast bar was next to nothing, serving something no one dared to taste.

Hello. Yes. There is no any rules with such issue. I visited Dubai in March 2017 with my boyfriend and we stayed in this hotel. Very nice place and quiet.
Breakfast was charged per head, & the children were not charged while we were there.
It was actually quite nice. A buffet with fresh fruits, assorted breads, cheese, cereals, porridge, tea, coffee, juices, eggs... (basically something for everyone)
You can also opt to have coffee & cakes at the coffee shop near the reception.
Or you can stroll to Al-ghurair mall front that has many restaurants or coffee shops including star bucks & dunkin doughnuts.
As for the tours, they have a travel desk right at the entrance. Charges are slightly higher compared to the tour agents opposite the union metro station, but people prefer it for convenience. And slightly negotiable.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
