We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff were generally quite friendly and made us feel welcome. Location was not bad as there were some well known take away/restaurants for eating out, but felt some way out of the main restaurants we would have liked to have gone. Taxis are in plentiful supply so not a problem for taking a ride to destination. The metro station is closeby which we did not use on this trip, for fear of the corona virus issue and walking problem. Otherwise from our previous trip commuting by metro is preferable if the crowding periods can be avoided. As the hotel is close to one of the busiest roads best ask for a room well away from it and higher up in the building.

As a regular at Towers Rotana, this was my first stay after the easing of the COVID lockdown. Immediately on arrival I felt safe and could see that the hotel was taking the wellbeing of guests and staff very seriously. Rotana has always been a very clean and well run hotel and the extra hygiene measures taken made me feel very safe and secure here.
It was nice that Long's restaurant was open and still with a great atmosphere and friendly service, despite the reduced capacity. Great place for drinks and dinner.
Breakfast was a set menu served to your room. While the choice was rather limited, staff were keen to accommodate any special requests, if they could.
Towers Rotana has always been good value, but the rate they are offering now represents excellent value for money. With a perfect location on Sheikh Zayed Road, you can't go wrong with Towers Rotana. Highly recommended.

Rotana Hotel is at a 1 minute walking distance from the metro, a couple of stations away from Dubai mall (and Khalifa tower) and - opposite way - Dubai Trade Center. It is surrounded by some nice restaurants and shops. Personnel is really professional and welcoming. I had a very comfortable experience with the stay. Even when I had few problems, they helped me solving them quite quickly. Rooms were clean and spacious, and also the maintenance and cleaning staff were extremely kind. Breakfast was not included, but it was worth paying for it. With breakfast included I would have given 5 stars for value for money, although I may not know the average price for that service in Dubai.

Not bad hotel, but the staff must be more professional of treat with guests. The receptionist asked me in the check in if I wanna leave a deposit for the minibar, I told him that I will not use it, and when I get to the room, a housekeeping guy came and asked me to remove everything from the minibar. This must be happen before I get to the room, I will not use things from it without paying, although they have my credit card details, which means that even I left the hotel without paying, they can guarantee their amount by deduct from my credit card!!!👎🏼👎🏼

The good reviews have been confirmed for my stay. Metro and taxis are literally in front of the hotel. La Mer Beach is 40 minutes walking or 10 minutes driving away for only 12 dhr by taxi. Around the hotel everything you might need. Dubai mall one metro stop away. If you are only into beach maybe better marina or hotels closer. Pool is not very big and sunbeds are limited, during my stay it was quiet and not many people were there particularly during weekdays (March). I was on floor 18 and the noise insulation was OK, not totally off but enough for me. The hotel has 30 floors though, so it gets better and better the higher you get. Position is good but quite far from marina, close to everything else. Rooms have carpet. Size is good but I was expecting a little bit more space. They have everything you need hairdryer, iron and board, kettle, water, mini fridge, TV w English channels, excellent Wi-Fi, international sockets, huge windows with a view (no balcony unfortunately, maybe suites or deluxe rooms but I'm not sure), nice curtains for total dark if you want so. Overall an excellent hotel. I will go there again.

It is one of the best location in Dubai You can get in and out of the airport within max 15 minutes drive. The hotel is surrounded by good coffee shop even the lobby coffee shop offers delicious pastry. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and had several nice amenities. The bed was turned down each night and two bottles of water were left for us. We got slippers the first night, and we were impressed with the huge padded window seat (big enough for 2-4 ppl,) that gave us a lovely view from our 9th floor room. Although we never saw or used the pool or exercise room, they were there along with a business center, which we were glad to use to print out our PCR tests. The tests were given within walking distance. The lady at check-in gave us directions there. This hotel is within walking distance (easily) of two metro stops. If you like walking, you can use the metro station to help you cross the busy highway outside the hotel. My only word of advice is in regard to the cost. I thought the cost/night was very reasonable. I'm still not complaining as many hotels are much more costly, but by the time the municipality free, service charge, tourism Dirham free and VAT 5% were added, our room was 102 AED more per night. I'd still recommend this hotel. The staff was great too.

The location is extremely convenient. It is close to the metro station with plenty of eating options within walking distance from the hotel. The malls, especially Dubai Mall and Dubai City Walk, Lamer Beach, etc can be easily accessed with a 15-20 AED taxi ride. The hotel provides free parking and valet service which makes the guests mobility all the more convenient. On the downside, the hotel's breakfast was just alright and nothing extraordinary. My single, biggest reason for staying at Towers Rotana was the raving reviews of their breakfast, but unfortunately it did not live up to our expectation which left us a little disappointed. The bathroom was really small and ill-designed. However, the rest of the room was fine and we had no complaints with respect to cleanliness.

I really liked the hotel. I would put the star rating at 4+. The main thing is the location in the center, because moving around Dubai by taxi or metro, you won't get far on foot, because the roadway is blocked and bypassing large interchanges and bridges is very far and inconvenient. But you can walk along the sea, there is a very long pedestrian path for running, as well as a dedicated bicycle and other individual transport through all Jumeirah beaches. I really liked the cordiality and involvement, the hotel staff answered all questions whenever and wherever I asked for help, I speak English, so there was no barrier in communication. The cleanliness and cleaning in the room is impressive, towels, bathrobes, bed linen were changed every day , water is free, tea and coffee bags are also free, there is a kettle, an iron and an ironing board (but the iron is weak, apparently for safety) . The view from the window through the panoramic window is also impressive, there is no noise, although the view is on the street, there is also a wide space for breakfast, for example, or for dinner. I also liked the breakfasts, we ate our fill, although there was no usual porridge. Beautiful rooms with beautiful furniture and views, comfortable beds. We just didn't have time to use many services and restaurants, because we traveled a lot. We took only breakfast, had lunch during excursions and in neighboring cafes (there is a Portuguese restaurant on the left behind the sheraton and a "kotleta" across the street). at least 15-20 dollars per person without drinks. I would like more frequent shuttles to the beach. Transport (bus from the hotel) is very punctual, which is also surprising when there are traffic jams on the roads. I highly recommend the hotel.

Room 1718 Great to have a fridge and ironing facilities in the room. AirCon working wonders. Fantastic window couch! Marvelous views. But the street noise was always audible in the room - even being on 17th floor I could hear a constant hum from the outside. Not enough sockets in the room, only 2 by the table and none (universal ones) by the bedsides. Very long waitig times for the elevator to arrive. The main room area is a bit dark, not illuminated enough. Turning on/off one bedside lamp was not possible from the bed itself as the switch was next to the other bed. The outside window cleanliness left some room for improvement, it was a bit dusty and foggy Fantastic breakfasts with 2 chefs making omlets fried eggs etc right for you, pub downstairs available for everybody. Plenty of very helpful personnel - wherever I went there was someone to assist! No ques in the reception

Not sure about beds but in terms of AI, alcoholic drinks are served 12 mid day through to 22:30
Also, the choice is VERY limited.
