The hotel is in a nice location. But the cleanliness of the room doesn't match the standard. The bathtub, basin and toilet weren't sparkling clean and had stains and the towels gave a strong smell of chemical (likely chlorine). Being a 3-star hotel, we had expected better. Worst of all was the breakfast buffet in a dark barroom, Rangeela, with such limited items and the person supervising it wasn't very friendly too. Definitely not a 3-star treatment. The staffs at the reception and service were nice, smart and friendly though.

I was very concerned when I booked this hotel as the reviews were really bad but thought of taking a chance and to my surprise, it was a very comfortable stay. Though the hotel looks old, the room was very clean with all amenities provided viz, kettle, teabags, glasses, tissue box, toilet rolls, bathroom slippers, towels, soap, body wash, shampoo etc. Room service was good, the location was super convenient, very friendly staff, and even got a FOC late checkout. Avoid the lower floors as they can be quite disturbing as the noise coming from the Indian dance bar (only if it bothers you) on the ground floor is really loud, and they are open till 3 a.m. Overall experience was good, and great value for money.

Hotel is in Indian preference location close walk to Meena Bazaar and there you will find lots of South and North Indian restaurant. Room were ok but in room facilities like tea and coffee were not provided. Breakfast was very limited but taste was good anyways decent hotel for stay

I have done a big mistake by booking this hotel without reading the reviews.
If you want to have peaceful sleep over the night after your sightseeing,this hotel is definitely not the choice.Because ,the night club which is there in this bar will keep on poking us with the loud music and you will never get the sleep at all.
And the staff are horrible
Definitely,I would not suggest this hotel for Families/couples to stay.
Not worthy at all.

Well, if you are looking for a better, relaxed and calm stay after your day long sightseeing, this hotel is definitely not for you. My travel agent pre-booked this hotel as a 3 star property but everything was just like broke. Water get clogged in bath tub, hot water was not available, flush was not working, and non-cooperative staff.
Book it only if you want to waste your money and experience worse stay

I stayed here with my friends when we went to Dubai in December for a vacation. We had a nice stay here. We reached the hotel earlier than the check in time. The staff at the reception offered us to keep the baggage until we went out to the nearest shop and returned. The rooms were not so spacious as seen in the pics, but it wasn't too compact either. The room and the washroom were clean. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is closer to Metro station and Bus station. Also from here it was very easy to reach all other places we wanted to visit. The stay here was worth the money spent and a good one.

It was very bad experience. In side the room very dirty , and no fridge In the room, no slippers , no tooth brush . Leaking water In the wash room , door was hard to close , have cockroaches, smell in the room .

I can not forget the hellish and idiotic experience I had in this hotel for the rest of my life. Simply the worst. I can hardly stand even to hear the name of this hotel. Never ever stay here again. Good luck for those who reserve room in this hotel.

Very uneducated and nonsense staff. Don't gwt training how to talk with clients. Hotel management should higher professional staff not such stupid front desk guys. No one from management is there to talk with clients. Guys are sitting like drunk without any manners

overall experience was fine and the rates were good.
Reception was of great assistance. very easy to talk to snd managed to grant our simple requests.
Location was near metro and bus station. pharmacy and grocery stores are nearby and a lot of entertainment nearby too.
