Good service with apt location to visit places that are not too far or near in Dubai. Nice, quite place for family. Travelling around from the hotel is quick and easy. You can get transport much easier.

Great place, great location, nice people and service, special thanks for Mr. Ariful from the room service team. I used to stay in this hotel since 2009. And was always happy with the quality of service and the staff kindness. Very nice bar, my favorite sport bar in Dubai. Best bar food ever

My First visit to Dubai with friends we chose Jumeirah Rotana from the start to the end was an amazing stay , The location of the hotel is convenient, Not far from the some places to visit in Dubai , I recommend the hotel.

Visited the Jumeirah Rotana in June, and stayed there for 11 weeks as I was working in the dry docks nearby. Have to say, it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in over the years! Only around £44 a night ( low season, due to the extreme heat this time of year) The rooms are excellent, queen bed, large room with sofa,and wet room shower/bathroom area. The room was cleaned every other day and linen changed. The best part of this hotel is the staff/food in “The Boston” which is the bar attached to the hotel. They are by far the nicest, most helpful staff I’ve met on my travels over the years. Rosalie,Dinish,Alberto,Rose and Sike in the bar are fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. There is also a nice Chinese restaurant on site “Gypsy” which is really good. The food in the Boston is british food based and is excellent. Nuwan the chef is not only the nicest person I’ve ever met, but also a fantastic chef, and even went out of his way to make me a traditional Sri Lankan dish Devilled beef ( we were married in Sri Lanka and I mentioned it was my favourite dish there) He even made us a Parmo! ( Teesside dish, look it up 😉) All in all, I can’t recommend this hotel enough, yes there is fancier places around here, but the staff here make it for me! Thank you Jumeirah Rotana, I’ll be back x…

Every Friday lunch we have been taken great care of by Rosalie and occasionally Alberto. Amazingly affordable and awesome lunch with extra special service from the above staff.
