The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah seems to strike a chord with its vibrant atmosphere and prime location that guests appreciate for its easy beach access and nearby attractions. However, the value proposition is met with some criticism due to pricey meals and extras. While service generally garners positive remarks for staff attentiveness, there are occasional inconsistencies.
Cleanliness stands out as a strong point, with most areas kept immaculate, though some guests suggest there's room for improvement. Amenities are well-received, but opinions on the rooms vary, indicating a potential need for updates.

Just spent a week here with the plan of not doing too much. Just a week chilling and enjoying the nice Dubai weather. We arrived at 3 am in the morning and were checked in very quickly and efficiently I was pleasantly surprised to be met by Mosharof Emad who remembered us from our last visit in 2019 who took our luggage and showed us to our room. Before we left we upgraded to the king alcove corner room which also included breakfast and access to the executive club. After a good night’s sleep we enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a great selection of food for every palette we spent the day lazing about the pool area and beach. The executive club included afternoon tea from 3 till 5. (The scones were very nice )Then unlimited cocktails and beer with canapes from 5 30 pm till 7 30pm I would like to give a special mention to Thike,Lydia,April and Mheryl who looked after us very well every day we were in there Our room was spectacular to say the least looking out over the beach and the Arabian gulf and at night the Ain Dubai with its light show. Our room was kept immaculate by Dipin (so thanks to him ) overall a very enjoyable experience at Hilton

In our opinion, this is the best hotel.
During many years we are coming back to it again and again. The friendly atmosphere and well-organized work of the hotel team immediately creates an atmosphere of home comfort. High-level professionals work here, for many years of work they understand the needs of all holidaymakers at a glance. Cozy, not noisy hotel located on the beach with beautiful views from the balcony and always clean beach at any time of the day. Clean and beautiful territory with plenty of trees and flowers.
Quiet Lounge music plays near the pool, which is almost inaudible on the beach. Plenty of free places on the beach and near the pool.
I would like to note the wonderful work of Lidiya, the administrator, she always warmly welcomes guests. The restaurant has a varied food, many dishes, everything is very tasty, a sufficient amount of vegetables and fruits. The assortment is constantly updated.
I would like to express special thanks to Janaka, who always very carefully cleaned the room and created a special comfort with real works of art made by his own hands. He always tried not to disturb the guests and approached the cleaning of each room individually. We are very grateful to the hotel staff, that create a wonderful atmosphere and support it for so many years!

The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah is a top class facility that offers world class service. But no surprises there- Hilton offers some of the best service in the hotel industry worldwide.
The breakfast spread is truly impressive... the best hotel breakfast spread I have ever encountered. There is something for everyone regardless of your dietary requirements. The staff are attentive. By day 3, Fauzia could predict my breakfast needs and prepared them for me the minute I arrived. That made me feel valued. I am big on food, so I still dream about their breakfast buffet! I often ate so much at breakfast that I only had light drinks and snacks at dinner time in the executive lounge, so I never tried lunch or dinner.
I had a great sea view from my room, which was very neat, tastefully designed, cozy and quiet. There are many spaces for lounging, relaxing or doing some quiet reading if need be. The offer a good range of amenities eg iron, hair dryer, dental kit, sanitary kit(for us ladies), grooming kit...you literally only need your clothes.
I honestly don’t think I will stay anywhere else when I visit Dubai. The Hilton Dubai Jumeirah now for me, is home. I highly, highly recommend and can not wait to return. Many thanks to the whole team for such a memorable experience!

We spent a few days in this hotel in April just to get away. The hotel has great location since it is located right at the beach at JBR. We booked a king executive suite with sea view. The room was VERY spacious and well furbished, It was located on a low floor (1st floor) so the "sea view" was fair at most and partially blocked by ongoing construction next door. Check-in and check-out were swift and problem free. With access to the executive club we chose to have breakfast there and we found that due to the COVID rules with no self service at times it was problematic to have your egg or drink order taken,. Staff did their best but a few more staff members coud have remidied the situation. The Wavebreaker beach bar offers seating in a shaded garden with good a speedy service. We also took advantage of having this hotel connected to the Hilton Walk and a great view of the sea and beach from the bar on the top floor of The WALK which was extremely picturesque in the evening,.
On the downfall I must note that it was difficult to find a free pair of lounge chairs either in the garden or on the beach. Due to this my wife and I swam in the Gulf only in the hours after 4:00 PM due to the "crowding".
All in all personel was polite and attentive and we would considering staying again during our next visit.

We stayed here for 6 nights as part of our trip to Dubai and we’re not discounted with our choice.
The location is perfect for being able to visit different parts of the marina and palm areas, most things are in walking distance however due to the heat we got quite a few taxis - but none of them were expensive!
The staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay and couldn’t do enough to help when we asked (but they weren’t overbearing!)
We were given the option to upgrade to a Suite when we checked in and we decided to do it (after so long without a holiday, why not?!) the suite was on the 8th floor, was very spacious and have a beautiful view of the beach and Bluewater Island. The main reason we upgraded was due to the ‘extras’ it got us, including breakfast, light lunch snacks and drinks/snacks in the exec suite on the 9th floor. The staff in the exec suite were all so attentive and due to Covid, had to serve everything to you but you were never waiting for very long.
The pool and beach areas were all well maintained and kept super clean. You’re given a towel card to use and get clean towels every day, which we didn’t realise meant that they knew you were staying in the hotel. If you don’t use their towels, staff come and ask you to pay for using the facilities. Once it was all explained to us, it made perfect sense!
We also used the hotel’s Covid test booking service which was super easy and helpful - and the staff even helped with printing our results for us before we departed.
A great base of a hotel for a stay in the marina!

2020 being a year that ruined all our travel and vacation plans, staycation has become the norm. We too went that way during the long national day weekend.
Hilton jumeirah was more or less full during this weekend and safety norms and protocols were followed meticulously without being too restrictive.
Check in had taken a bit longer than usual given the social distancing norms and rush and patience needs to be
adhered to if you are staying over weekend. However, concierge service was quick, so no waiting for luggage.
We had booked the corner king room on the 3rd floor which has 270° degree view of the sea, marina and the walk. It's stunning. All cleaning were done according to the safety norms with special cleaning done for metal touch points.
Due to covid, face towels are not provided in the bathrooms but can be got on order.
Pool areas adhered to social distancing and mask rules by both patrons and staff. The hotel like all others in the area, have their own beach area.
Breakfast, served in Oceania restaurant, was from 7am- 12pm and patrons are not allowed to self help. All food and drinks
were handled and served by hotel staffs to ensure safety. Buffet spread was large and catered to all taste buds.
Overall very good service under trying circumstances.

I visited the Hilton for a week from the 19th Apr, with my partner and another couple.
When we arrived we was greeted by a member of staff who was very friendly, took our luggage to our rooms and set up the Wi-Fi for us. All the staff on the front desk were always very helpful.
We stayed in a deluxe double room, it was very spacious, clean and included complimentary tea, coffee and water.
We had breakfast included during our stay, the breakfast was buffet style, and had a huge selection, including chefs that made any style of eggs. The staff would also bring over a selection of tea & coffees.
The hotel has a pool area and private beach. There are not many beds near the pool, so we never got a bed near the pool, however there was plenty of beds on the beach.
Our stay at the Hilton was very pleasant and when I visit Dubai again I will defiantly be staying at this hotel. The location is perfect on the beach near the Marina and there are always taxis lined up outside the hotel to take you wherever you need to go.

Just home from a week's stay at this little beauty. Hotel was so clean, great attention to small details, as you'd expect from the Hilton. Rooms came with free bottled water, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, plus the usual selection of toiletries in the bathroom that were replenished if you used them.
Beach towels (very generous size) were issued daily from the hut by the pool, a short walk down to the beach where the attendants there would locate you sun beds with or without a parasol - your choice. They shake out your towel, help turn the beds for just the correct angle to the sun and put up or down the parasol as required, and all done with a smile.
I had a birthday whilst there and the staff went above and beyond to make it such a memorable occasion for me.
Food was of a very high standard, we were half board and also had the opportunity to eat in the other restaurants within the hotel at no extra cost so long as you chose from a restricted menu.
Special thanks to Tezman, who ensured our transfer taxi was indeed going to turn up at the correct hotel at the correct time, and who arranged we left the hotel at 03.45 with a breakfast to go!
It was a perfect stay, thank you Hilton Dubai Jumeirah.

This place is very very good. Great location right at the marina with its own beach, bars and restaurants. Huge giant screen for 'movie nights' and sports and an adequate if not really one for swimming. The room we had was excellent (corner alcove) with balcony and great views over the gulf and to the Palm. Throughout the holiday the staff made it, they were all really friendly and couldn't do enough to make your sure your stay went without a hitch. We had executive club access and this included breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snacks with alcoholic drinks so that was well worth doing. In fact with the snacks we missed a couple of meals because they were so good. We had food both at the pool and in Trader Vic's with both places being very good and surprisingly affordable particularly if you get you HHonours discount. We also ate at Mango Tree Thai Bistro in The Walk and that too was excellent.
The moot points, the hotel pool does get very busy as the pool and the beach area are shared with the Hilton, The Walk just across the street therefore sunbeds are at a premium. In some cases people were queuing at 7am to lay out their towels so they had a bed. There are signs saying that if the bed hasn't been occupied in 30mins that they would be removed but I never saw that happening. This was also the case for the beach, any later than 10am to the outside area and you were doomed to be sitting on the rattan furniture with no shade.
The rooms although very good are a little tired, in our bathroom there were some deep scratches on the bath and a few broken tiles. In the bedroom I noted that some of the lamps in the spot lights had been painted over so maybe it was just missing that attention to detail.
Overall we had a great stay, it was busy and of course like many travellers post COVID we were apprehensive but actually it was easy and relaxing and that in some part is due to the team at the hotel.

Overall we had a great stay, it was busy and of course like many travellers post COVID we were apprehensive but actually it was easy and relaxing and that in some part is due to the team at the hotel.

I have stayed here at Christmas for a few years now. The hotel is in a fabulous location on the Walk and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are large and quiet with good views. The Exec Lounge is also large with good food and the evening happy hour is also good. The staff are very pleasant and attentive although there is still the issue of them forgetting to refill drinks if you’re sat outside on the balcony. I’ve mentioned this in previous reviews but nothing has changed!
I had one big issue here this time that resulted in me reducing my score by 2 stars. Our room, 942, was next to the Executive lounge and we were woken at 0530 on Christmas Day morning with booming “We wish you a Merry Christmas” music. I called reception to complain and he sent a helpful chap up who tried to find where the music was coming from. After about 10 mins we determined it was coming from the lounge and he went in and turned it off, allowing me to return to my room and get some sleep! As a one off this would be fine but my issue is that there was no learning here since next morning at the same time the music starts and continued this was for every other morning. This is a serious lack of service!!!
I mentioned this when checking out and the receptionist seemed apologetic and I also received an email from Cagil, the Duty Manager, shortly afterwards apologizing and offering me a room upgrade next stay. Given I only stay here once per year that really isn’t much use and some hefty Hilton Honors points would have been better! Nevertheless I hope they learn from this and completely turn the music off in the lounge to prevent other people being inconvenienced.
Despite this the hotel is lovely and worth a visit.

In the summer the outdoor pool has the sun all day in different positions however the vast majority of the pool is in the sun. In the winter, fewer areas are in the sun but there is still sun in the pool area when it is shining.
