We went for iftar food at Glasshouse Brasserie in Hilton Dubai Creek on Sat 1-May. The experience was 3rd grade terrible. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - NO PRAYER ROOM They clearly mention in their ad on cobone that there is a prayer room, but there is none. NOT FOLLOWING MUNICIPALITY REGULATIONS No sanitizers available handy. This is a violation of municipality codes. It took them 30 minutes to get us a sanitizer. WRONG COMMUNICATION - OVER CHARGING Mentioned AED 12 for Americano. Charged AED 25. Did not acknowledge their mistake when asked about it. This was the supervisor's number: +971523705019 #disappointed
The Hilton Dubai Creek is for many years our favorite hotel in Dubai. Located directly at the Creek side, the large rooms have a marvelous view towards the Creek / Bur Dubai. It’s built up as a “Boutique Hotel” so you don’t have masses of people which is extremely convenient. The Hotel offers a gym which is not too large but well equipped and has a very nice roof top pool with heated water which is especially during the winter months very convenient. The views from the roof top where a roof top bar is operated, too, are marvelous on Deira and Bur Dubai as well. The breakfast restaurant has a good selection of hot and warm dishes. The Executive Lounge is currently relocated at their O’Learys Sports Bar where the amenities are served for the Hilton Status Customers and executive rooms/suites. The staff throughout the entire hotel is extremely warm hearted, friendly and trying to fulfil all possible from their end. The Hotel offers a daily complementary bus shuttle service to their sister Hotel Hilton Dubai Jumeirah where the guests from the Hilton Dubai Creek are able to use the private beach, sun beds, sun umbrellas and towels. The Hotel is ideally located at the Dubai Deira Creek side, within a view minutes you can reach all attractions in and around Deira (Souks, Heritage Village, The Frame, Al Seef via RTA Abra over the Creek, Clock Tower, City Center, …), minutes to walk to two different Metro Stations (Green and Red Line) and Bus Stations as well. We have been multiple times in the Hilton Dubai Creek over the past three months and have been taken care of as status customers of Hilton more than extremely well. We definitely will spend more time in the Hilton Dubai Creek which is a perfectly location for Business as well Leisure.…
Amazing place to rest after a long day in Dubai. The rooms are spacious enough to take another two beds. The staff are working hard to make your stay better than you expected to find. The one and only comment on this facility is the FOOD at BREAKFAST! Like there is nothing major to complain about but there’s lake of variety, I mean the breakfast buffet is not that rich with food.
Horrific experience; cold atmosphere as the interior seems shiney but ceap and service was not accommodating at all. The best of all the food were the dates!! The rest was dry, too salty, too fatty and indutrial made. If you want a nice iftar and not feel sick or hungry afterwards, avoid this place. Very disappointing experince in an internationally renown hotel like Hilton.
The room was old-fashioned, but well-maintenance. Wifi was stable throughout stay. Shower was ok, just missed to have a hand shower. Lobby was a little dark, but not a problem. Dinner at O'Leary was excellent. Food was tasty, service was wonderful. Breakfast wasnice with quite enough food choices. Location was ok, walking distances to some minimarts and restaurants. Executive lounge was quiet and good. Staffs are wonderful that I would like to recommend Mr.Mani, bell person (from India) who helped us for check-in and when we moved to another room. His service was so good and professional. His personality was impressive. Mr.Pzaychelles, Ms.Grace, Ms.Judy at O'Learys offered their excellent service that made our every dinner fully happy.
