Amazing holiday stay in this wonderful hotel.The staff are so attentive and genuinely want to contribute to you having the best experience. Much appreciation to Mr. Ahmed for giving the room with a great city view. House keeping did a great job.Special thanks to Mr. Sugumar who looked after us so well.Food and service at The market cafe restaurant was fantastic. The moment we enter they will recognise us with our room number.I have to give a special mention to Mr.Vinoth and his team.He looked after us so well and we looked forward to seeing him each morning.There was personal care and attention for every guest over there. All the amenities in the hotel are amazing.Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get pampered.
We stayed at the grand Hyatt for 10 days, always a gamble trying a new hotel, took us a day or so to get used to how big the hotel was but when we worked out where the pool/restaurants all were we really enjoyed it. We are food fussy and mega foodies in our family but really enjoyed the main buffet restaurant (Market place) for breakfast and dinner, so much choice,great quality.fresh pizzas and steaks cooked.you can pay only in market place £20 for unlimited drinks for 2 hours, 6pm-8pm .that’s reasonable considering most (alcoholic)drinks cost £12 each. The staff here were brilliant, you would have 4 people taking care of your table, the moment you finish food or drinks they replaced it for you.they would bring surprise desserts over for us or the kids,was lovely personal touches.10 star service by this team who took care of us;Rizan,hazem,angelica,Lissa,ahmed,Shrida,Bikal,simon,Arun,Julie,Hasnat, and amazing chef Mazood , my daughters were crying when we left the hotel because these staff team treated them like royalty, never had service like it anywhere and we’ve stayed in some lovely hotels , we loved the hotel, the tropical atmosphere with all the trees inside.so many lifeguards, they were brilliant and keep there eye on everyone especially little ones,you could completely relax. The hotel rooms include a dining area which is lovely, although the rolled in two portable beds for our daughters which made the room very tight for a family. The al a carte restaurants had amazing food, although sadly lacked atmosphere or personal attention, the waiters all seemed stern and moody…which was a shame. The only downside is we were full board, but couldn’t use the poolside bar to order food,we had to dress and head into market place then back out to the pool. Also nothing was electronic…. We had to walk around wit A4 SIZE vouchers to eat lunch or dinner to prove we were full board, it should simply be in the system against our room and be a modern paperless system. The pharmacy on site sold everything you would need at reasonable prices too. Dubai mall is 15 mins away & cost just £6 in a white taxi there.the Atlantis on the palm is 25 mins in a white taxi (black ones are expensive) costs £16 one way which is reasonable. Over the road is a big kids entertainment area with arcades,soft play,cinema and sports bar,you need to pay additional fees to use this. Overall this hotel and service was amazing and probably not one that many families would gravitate too when looking online, it’s so family freindly and perfect for a holiday .we would love to come back again!!!!!…
From reception to the pool staff this hotel knows about service. Every member of the team are there to assist you and help in any way they can. First class service in every department.The staff cannot do enough for you.
We always feeling comfortable while we are staying at Grand Hyatt Dubai. Easy to travel near countries as it is Close to the airport. Many places in the hotel to spend time. Hotel staff’s service is satisfactory
This was our fifth or sixth visit to the Hyatt I missed off the Grand deliberately as the title seems to have been forgotten by the owners of the fabulous Dubai hotel, Dubai is for us a fantastic fun experience charging around on the brilliant Metro system visiting the awesome museums and malls and having a great hotel to jump off from, The problem is the " Club Rooms" or should I say lack of the Club Room experience, Pre Covid the Hyatt set aside a separate area to provide refreshments during the day and a dedicated place to gather for alcoholic drinks and snacks on an evening, All this was missing from our stay and reading between the lines on trip adviser we suspect was available during the day for a select few, What was provided was a 6pm to 8pm slot in the "collective" a place to be used at breakfast and evening overcrowded and chaotic was how I described it in my review when asked by the hotel, the food was basic with all the special benefits of a five star hotel removed, I can only assume that the people raving about the great food and service were eating in the many restaurants and eateries not covered by the Club service provided.…
Lovely hotel, very well motivated staff who were very attentive and helpful. The indoor pool is spectacular, as is the lobby area and indoor landscape. Highly recommended! Our room was well above expectations, providing excellent facilities and splendid views over the Creek.
What a wonderful hotel. The staff here are amazing. So attentive everywhere, from the pool, Bikesh will look after you to Andiamo Restaurant where Himanshu will be the best host. The rooms are very spacious and the beds so comfy. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
I have stayed her for around 10 years on and off mainly prior Covid and I loved everything about our stays in club rooms with the benefit of club floor perks which to be fair are expensive but worth it. Last year I purchased Club unaware it was shut which I understand with Covid and less staff however there wasn’t anything in place to compensate even free soft drinks weren’t an option but as a loyal+customer I just paid for an all inclusive upgrade of around £600 . I’m here now again purchased Club with an all inclusive package, Club floor still closed again nothing in place for club privileges . The worst part on day 2 is my all inclusive package I’m told all inclusive is not available around the pool it’s only soft drinks so yesterdays bucket of 5 beers it’s £70! Water was the only option since march but they have extended it to juice or soft drinks but NO food. Evening meals alcohol is available in the market cafe from 6-8pm so we thought we would go to the Italian afterwards for a drink at 7.45 as there’s no bars open, I’m then told no drinks were included as we had eaten in the market cafe so anything after 8pm was chargeable. IF se had dined in a restaurant not the market cafe then we could have alcohol till 10PM. Honestly I can’t believe how this hotel even sells all inclusive as it’s not and don’t sell Club Rooms with no benefits. How can the Pool bar charge for food on an all inclusive package?, obviously nothing on their website when your purchasing All Inclusive. I’m sadly never coming here again, this was a birthday celebration with 3 rooms booked and we were turned away from IZ last night as our family had booked half board dine around and couldn’t eat there even though the wine which is the sane in the market cafe wasn’t in their package . No one was even in IZ plus we had to queue to get into the market cafe. Staff are lovely but packages are a joke . DM…
Sumptuously built (40,000 m² rainforest in the Atrium) and superbly serviced. We had a twin room on the 7th floor which was generously proportioned and very comfortable. When added to herds of attentive staff then one feels special. A delightful two night stay en route Australia -U.K. hard to find any issues so I’ll not quibble and recommend this without reservations.
