The services were very good. The response from Reception & room service too very good. Overall had a nice time during our stay. Afreen at the reception is too friendly & very reponsive. Faizan too at the reception very co- operative. Room service by Lafran too very good. Menu at breakfast is excellent.Overall stay at the hotel was very good & comfortable. We would love to recommend & refer our friends & relatives for a stay at Ascot hotel.

I really liked the room upgrade I got after I talked to them about my concerns. The staff at the reception were cooperative Special mention to NISHI at the reception desk who was very cooperative and helpful and made the room upgrade possible and helped me out in general as well.

Very good hotel in bur dubai. All market is nearby. Santosh, Swizel and Lafran are very good at their service. Very nice and clean rooms. Swimming pool is also very nice. All Restaurant staff are very polite and friendly. Recommended to stay.

Excellent hotel, right in city heart where most of markets are just walk away. From Meena bazaar to Metro station. Great location. Hotel rooms were ready and tidy. Checkin was smooth, sweet people Nishi, Tanya and Rico were always available to help and assistance. Thanks guys for making our trip most memorable.

We stayed for 5 night in royal ascot hotel the lobby is very beautiful and gives a old time vide also the rooms are very spacious and clean . Food quality can be improved the staff at front office is overwhelming and very helpful specially ms swizel and Santosh who made our stay pleasant and memorable .I would recommend this place to everyone.
