Mr Subel and supervisor Mr Satya did a brilliant job in cleaning the room and keep room well maintained. All bottles were replaced, The toiletries were all also refilled. Linens kept in good condition.

The hotel service is good. Room boys always ask to clean and change pillow case and supply the needs of their costumers. I notice that Mr. INSHAF your Room boy at this hotel is doing his work with passion and Good manner. His positive attitude will more add costumer in this hotel as his service is excellent..

When we checked in a lot of things in the room were not at par. We complained to the receptionist and the duty manager (Mr Bashir) handled the situation very well. They immediately upgraded us to the suite as we had a booking for two rooms for seven nights. We had no issues with the service after. A big appreciation to the front office team, housekeeping team and special appreciation to Mr Bashir. The two room attendants, Mr Naseem and Mr Rasel were always there to assist us and cleaned our room whenever we requested them to. They provided exceptional service and we really appreciate it.
The service provided made us extend our stay by an additional week.
We will definitely refer our friends and we will also be coming back.

If you are an Indian & going as a visitor, please find an alternative. Looks like this hotel does not have the respect for Indian visitors. The service is poor, you need to call 3-4 times to avail basic amenities like hand towels, bath towels etc. If you ask for extra (as my family of 3 stayed in 1 room), they would bluntly deny. Cleaning the room on a daily basis needs to be reminded of, not sure why. We were 2 families - 3 each and it was obvious that we would expect rooms on the same floor, but despite requesting we were not provided so. Some good things about the hotel is its location, very close to shopping, restaurants and metro.

Check-in: There is no water in the cold tap of Wash Basin and Shower in bathroom. Checked in at 14:00 hrs and till 19:30 hrs. there is no change Reception just kept on saying that maintenance is working on it and the problem will be solved soon. Could not take shower after checkin.
Day 2: Same problem again in the evening. Only hot water available in Bathroom. Can not take shower with only hot water available in the taps. One maintenance worker even suggested to take shower after filling the bath tub and wait for sometime to let the water cool down.
Day 3: After having a long talk with Manager Mr. Rajesh he transferred to an upgraded room. I am not sure i should be grateful or feel relieved.
Final Verdict Old ambience, Old furniture and interior. worst part is that hotel management us aware of this issue due to old property but choose to continue in this way for obvious commercial interests.
online booking gets influenced by the Name Royal Ascot which is a seperate entity in the same building.
Overall not a good experience. this place does not deserve 4 start as it claim to have

I had a good stay at Ascot for 21 days and a special mention to Rasel housekeeping staff who was very kind and supportive.. All security staff were supportive as well. Only concern was the room tariff is quite high and there were cokroach in the room which needs pest control. Room tariff being high can include breakfast is my suggestion

I enjoyed my stay in Ascot hotel. One improvement I would like to recommend regarding housekeeping I had to tell them to keep stuff such as shampoo, paste, coffee and milk also change of bed sheet was major issue as they use to say there is shortage of bed sheet. Overall stay was very good.

I have a very pleasant stay at this hotel All the staff members are very dedicated to their profession and take care or our comfort and hygiene Breakfast have so many verity and so there are different kind of restaurants in the hotel which offers you the best. I’m not normally one to review but having stayed at the hotel for just over a month (room 219) I must say that the staff here have been exceptional. Special mention to the housekeeping young lad Subel he has been superb always on hand to provide an excellent service attending to any needs and requirements. Customer service at its best, thank you Mr Subel for your hard work! Mr Zahoor also gets a special mention for always being on hand to provide information and help with a smile. Mr Zahoor makes this place all the more nicer and the stay even more pleasant with his caring and attentive nature. Ascot hotel should be proud of you representing them. Customer service at its best! We’ve just extended our stay for another month!

Our 6-day stay at Ascot Hotel in December 2023 was absolutely delightful. The outstanding services, particularly the assistance provided by Nishi from Delhi and her co-worker Ismail, made our family vacation truly special. The location of the property allowed us to enjoy authentic Indian food, almost like being at home in Dubai. Nishi's unwavering helpfulness throughout our stay made each day wonderful.
