One of the best 5 star hotels to stay in which is dubia first ever hotel which will become it's heritage hotel in the next 2 years the staff are absolutely very nice people ibna , shashank and lakshay looked aftered me very well at the Italian restaurant vivaldi with the creek view in this hotel a must visit and a stay I rate this hotel very highly and recommend any tourists to in this luxury hotel.
Clubrooms overlooking the Creek have a great view. Breakfast on the roof terrace were excellent. Recommend tge Clubrooms which give access tge Ckub rooms where complimentary food a beverages are available during specified hours. Great service from Christine the Clubroom waitress and her colleagues
The service from the workers at the Sheraton Dubai Creek, especially from Sahil and Saroj was exemplary. Amazing breakfast, nice atmosphere, and overall a wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone traveling to Dubai to stay at the Sheraton!
We loved the breakfast în hatta variety of food is there în buffet specially inloved the cut fruits ( pineapple) excellent hospitality by saroj and sahil they've a great future and the view of the restaurant is very nice . We gonna come back again în sheraton dubai creez. Loved from România

We are having an awesome time at Sheraton Dubai Creek. Staff is very friendly, view is awesome, hospitality is great. Overall a great experience. We got great assistance from Megha & Ali (front desk).
Breakfast was awesome at hatta Restaurant. We liked the Food very much and coffee. Service by sahil and saroj also Good and friendly enjoyed a lot at Sheraton Thnku for the team and we will coming back soon
I would give this place 4 stars but I had a bit of an issue with our booking and was not impressed with the subsequent response. We received our free upgrade with our booking that was made through American Express to the Club Lounge room level but was then told we could not access the Club Lounge itself. Please make this clear at the time of checkin. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk, the agent was pretty rude about it. Staying here for 11 days, you would think that this would not be the case. Overall, the room is great but the front desk staff really put a damper on things. Please also know that when it comes to food delivery, they do not really allow it. Meaning that if you order through a delivery system, they will not hold it for you. You have to ensure that you are outside waiting for your order so they do not send the courier away. It's really bad. I have at multiple Marriott worldwide and the second time in Dubai. Ridiculous. Christine in the Club Lounge was extremely gracious and I can't thank her enough! I want to give a special shout-out to Nirmal from housekeeping, who came to check on me daily and ensured that my room was refreshed complete with extra bottled waters and fresh towels. I really appreciate the time and concern he took each time he came around. He even shared some of his history with me which I really thought was cool :) Thanks so much Nirmal!…
