We have a nice vacation in the dubai and the hotel was almost good The first night they make mistake and give us a wrong room so instead of that mistake they gave us access to club and there was a very nice and professional waitress names Tara that we appreciate her kindnesses

A pleasant stay in a clean and friendly hotel with great staff far from the bling of Downtown, the Palm or The Marina. If you don’t mind an urban environment definitely a good choice, Deira is one of the older parts of Dubai and definitely not a luxury environment but has lots of character and inexpensive shops and restaurants. Worthwhile to see another, non glitzy Dubai.

The business lounge is superb. Would highly recommend. Tara is an amazing host. She goes out of her way to make you comfortable. The Spice island restaurant is also good. Nice variety of food options, especially for breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location. Not far from the gold souq by taxi. The hotel itself is very safe and clean and a lovely and relaxing environment. The staff are very nice and helpful especially Elizabeth, Zayn (reception), Rona, Julie, the housekeeping staff, the staff at the breakfast restaurant and the lovely valet man. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope to be back soon when I come back to Dubai. Thank you.

Unbelievable! I have no words to describe the poor treatment. Am a gold elite member! I wanted to extend and was asked to find another hotel as another person was coming to the room! I asked for assistance in finding other hotels as this has been my 1 stop over the years, the receptionist wrote a number on a paper and handed it to me to call by myself. There is absolutely nothing that will ever bring me back to this hotel.
