You can kiss the All Safe slogan good Bye when simple cleanliness and hygiene norms are not respected. Bath tub walls are not clean, old hair on it. the smell in room was not pleasant, i couldn't change because of Covid restrictions i am following.
i did the online check-in as it was predicted to arrive very late to check in and i presumed finding my room keys ready, instead i had to make the check in again !
i booked a bed and breakfast, only to know the following day that their all-day dining is closed and i had to take a 5 minutes walk to a nearby Ibis premise to have my breakfast and that kept me hesitating since my PureHealth Covid test results wasn't out yet and i was not clear to move out of my location, so i couldn't have my breakfast the first day ( 2 nights stay) ! only the second morning when my test results tuned out negative i took the hassle to walk for my breakfast. they've could simply mentioned that breakfast is not available and not charge me for it.
finally, the internet Wifi was sooooooo bad ( not acceptable for a business type hotel) and i was using the nearby convention hall ( world trade center) wifi free connection ( very low because of distance) to do my work while staying at the hotel. Very Bad experience especially that i had to be confined until my Airport covid results were out.

A good hotel that offers perfect location, delicious food, reasonable prices and a good customer service, ALL AT ONCE. It was full of surprises actually, at first I thought that this was an ordinary hotel that provides ordinary experience but NO, it was worth every penny you will spend. I would also like to use this platform to commend Almie, Blaire and Belinda for extending their good customer relation, professionalism and for being attentive and all ears in every customers needs. I also recognize the excellent grooming of the staffs and being hospitable beyond expectation. Kudos!
As a whole, it was a great stay and had a delighted experience. Will surely be back!

I went here to try the breakfast food in Cubo Restaurant. Chef Rodolfo gave me Stirr fry noodles (by the way, the fun part is, it's really from Chef! and it really taste good chef! Thank you!!) and i added fried egg and black coffee. I like also the service of the 2 attendants Almie and Melinda. They are very accomodating and make sure that i'll be enjoying my dining experience. All in all, I had fun and I recommend this restaurant for you to try. Also will come back again.

The most expensive IBIS I have ever been to. Larger than average room and nice wooden floor, otherwise typical bland IBIS, with whacky pictures on the reception walls. There is a bar but it is very noisy and during my stay the beer (Stella) was not good. So I always walked to the other side of the WTC to the Novotel, which was much much better.
The shower had no wall/curtain so it floods the whole bathroom; no soap, just the sticky goo which is hard to wash off;
Cleaning and other service not good (see pic of the floor after ""cleaning"). Laundry supposed to be same day, but despite reminders I got it two days later - And had to pay first :-0
coffee and water not replenished
used towel and bath mat were taken away but not replaced
lots of building noise after 7:30. Some re-building taking place
Overall I would not go back

Hello,
First of all I'd like to express my wishes for the new year, then I would take my freedom to express my grand disappointment for staying at your premises.
It was a huge mistake reserving and staying at your hotel. Sincerely, it was disastrous. You've taken advantage of us and of the new year event and how fully booked you were. Your ATA receptionist was professional enough to discredit us and disbelieve us telling him that we booked from booking.com with an amount of AED 315 plus 86 charges and taxes. He gave us an invoice of 523.22 Dhs claiming that the system gave him the bill as such and he had to call the reservations department to confirm. And we were right about our info. Secondly, we requested a smoking room and it wasn't and we were forced to get a non smoking otherwise we would have to wait several hours to get clean rooms and such. Later on, the security didn't take our word for granted telling him about the credentials of my car and he had to check by himself under the pretext that he was just making sure ( he could have made sure right after we go, but he wanted to show us that he was doing his job). The big shock is not yet displayed. The room was a catastrophe. It was very dull as if it is a room in one of the remote areas in Africa. A 20 inch Samsung TV/ a kettle that was never cleaned/ a bathroom without the concept of towels/ a hair dryer that needs a technician to start functioning/ a mini bar with temperature that doesn't exceed the room temperature/ two pillows that are not clean/ a car parking that we need to get a taxi to reach. Nothing was good. It was horrible. As If we threw our 396.22 Dhs in a garbage. I can categorise you guys as a budget hotel of minus 5 stars. So disappointed and deceived. Your pictures of your premises do not reflect what you guys offer. I would cry out and have my voice reach out to the authorities of Dubai Tourism and booking.com administration so that they can disbar you from the list of hotels. Thank you for ruining our stay and especially the New Year Eve.
Yours not faithfully,
Marwen Jallouli, Ms Asma's husband

The visit was honestly amazing. With a really awesome atmosphere and the waiters were different (in a good way) than other waiters in other restaurants. Blaire and Almie were especially good and greet you with a warm welcome. The food is the best bit, were you only have to wait 5-10 due to the fresh food they are making. Me and my family could tell this by eating.
