I spent two weeks in the hotel and, I have to say, that it scores op points for everything bar price and even then, I don’t know how it compares with others in Dubai. I would like to particular praise Simon from Uganda, who was pen, friendly, very helpful and spoke excellent English, Anish from Nepal who looked after the students at a conference that I was running and Zahir and Ernie from the English Pub where I drank the occasional Guinness for their attentive and friendly service

We stayed for four nights. The facilities ticked all the boxes with a wide range of restaurants, the room was well appointed and the breakfast terrific. The location is a 5 minute walk to a metro station which was convenient. The location is quiet. The pool is situated on the first floor. Plenty of day beds. We enjoyed a morning there before flying home. The level of service received from all staff (front desk, housekeeping, parking, concierge and tourism desk) was faultless. They just couldn't do enough to help us and it made our stay very enjoyable. Thank-you! This is an extremely well run hotel.

Another excellent comfortable stay. As always all staff are professional friendly and helpful. In particular Daniel and colleagues at the pool. Very attentive service with a smile. I visited the boulvar for the breakfast Khushi and Ranjit did serve us very good. I really like the service of Khushi and Ranjit a D the other staff as wella.
