We stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton Jumeirah Beach 11th - 19 May. We arrived early hours of the morning. The reception staff were welcoming efficient and had organised an early check-in to allow us to go straight to our room. We stayed is a 2 bed suite/apartment which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The suite had coffee and tea making facilities in the lounge and a kitchen with toaster, fridge/freezer, cooker and washing machine. The housekeeping staff visited daily and did an excellent job of keeping the suite clean and tidy, bottled water was replenished daily. The pool area was large and never too busy, sunbeds and towels were always available and the pool area staff could not have been nicer. The swim up pool bar was an excellent way to stay (over) hydrated during the day. The food served in the terrace beside the pool was always freshly prepared, tasty and piping hot. The location of the hotel at the end of Jumeirah Beach Residence - The Walk means you are close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants but far enough away from the livelier areas so no noise issues when trying to get to sleep. We hired a car to travel around Dubai and the hotel provides free valet parking which is a great addition to all the facilities that they offered. Great hotel, amazing staff ensured a great holiday.

Myself and my husband travel to Dubai twice a year but have never previously gone back to the same hotel. However, after the service we received at the Hilton the Walk on our last visit we had to return. The rooms are extremely clean and the location is fantastic. The service from all the staff is exceptional. Prior to our arrival I needed some assistance with my booking, Walter arranged everything for us, he emailed and even called me in the UK to make sure our stay went smoothly. The team in the executive lounge go the extra mile on every visit, especially Brenda who can not do enough. I would also like to thank Naseem for taking such great care of us. On our stay at the hotel our son had misplaced his Apple Air Pods. I went to Caroline on reception and with 15 mins I had a call from her and she helped us locate them. Amazing service. We will be traveling to Dubai in November and we will be going back to The Walk again. Thank you to all the staff for making our experience special. Also a big shout out to the cleaners who again go the extra mile. Great place to stay.

We stayed here in January 2019 and were extremely happy in our 2 bedroom family suite so much so that we decided to stay at the Hilton The Walk again between [9 Jan -16 Jan 2025 ], Rooms are are clean , spacious , hotel staff are friendly ,accomodating, make an effort to communicate clearly and to make guests stay pleasant , the location is excellent , stunning views from the suite all round , you are in the heart of the Jumeirah beach vibe 24hrs! The one thing that really stood out for our family is the buffet breakfast. The food presentstion and options were second to none! The breakfast staff work exceptionally hard to provide a fast efficient service whilst being friendly and attentive to the guests. Well done once again Hilton Jumerah -The Walk. Highly and confidentently recommend this hotel.

Spent 9 nights at the hotel. Returning to the hotel after more than a decade although I am a regular traveler to UAE. The JBR neighbourhood has grown dramatically as is the story of Dubai and has evolved to being a predominantly leisure visitor area.
There are a number of reasons why I would recommend that business travelers and especially Hilton Diamond guests avoid this hotel. Before I get into details, I would like to emphasise that I had a long conversation with the hotel manager who graciously found time to take my call and who made efforts to “rescue” the experience including a fruit bowl and some chocolates- thank you!
Here are the reasons:
(a) The reason for the call was a ‘breaking glass’ moment as I had returned to my room after 15.00 in the afternoon having left early in the morning (around 7.30) to find that my room had not been cleaned. I asked the hotel manager whether the housekeeping team had a priority system to decide the order in which rooms were to be cleaned. The manager replied in the affirmative. It seems that hotel loyalty program status doesn’t play a role on the day in question. To be honest, in the days before the cleaning team had been quite perfunctory in their cleaning (they left used slippers on the floor; did the minimum etc.)
(b) The main breakfast room is way too small for the number of guests so at busy times, there is a decent probability you will be waiting for a table. Luckily, I could access the executive lounge which is much quieter.
(c) The elevators, the elevators, the elevators. Absolutely awful. I have never stayed in a hotel when I had to factor in extra waiting time for an elevator. On multiple occasions during the stay, I would be waiting up to 5 mins to get one which was invariably packed with guests. When I stayed at the hotel a decade ago, they had the same issue. It is clear that it has not been resolved.
(d) The rooms themselves are in ok shape but could do with a refresh - especially the bathrooms. My shower unit had a fixture missing and the hot and cold water was almost impossible to regulate in the shower (either to hot or too cold). The hand shower also has low water pressure (I was on the 14th floor of a hotel tower upto 40+ floors.
(e) Not so important but there was no attempt to enforce a dress code in the executive lounge. Guests would routinely walk in with flip flops and shorts.
All in all, issues got resolved only when I raised a complaint. This reactive approach should not be the essence of hospitality. Rather great hotels anticipate customer needs.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. It was a pleasure speaking with you during your stay, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to address some of your concerns at the time personally. I want to sincerely thank you for your loyalty as a Lifetime Diamond Member and we truly appreciate your continued trust in Hilton. I regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced. Housekeeping service should be seamless and proactive, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to return to an uncleaned room. While we do have a prioritization system, I acknowledge that it did not align with your needs, and I will be reviewing this with the team to ensure greater consistency and attention to detail. I also take note of your concerns regarding the breakfast room capacity, elevator wait times, and room maintenance. While we strive to offer a comfortable and efficient experience for all our guests, your insights highlight areas where we must do better. The elevators have been a known challenge, and while we have taken steps over the years to improve efficiency, I recognize that further action is necessary. Additionally, I will work with our engineering and housekeeping teams to address room upkeep more proactively. With regard to the executive lounge, our aim is to provide an exclusive yet relaxed environment, and I appreciate your feedback on dress code enforcement, which I will revisit with the team. While I am glad that we could make some efforts to improve your experience, I completely understand that exceptional hospitality should be anticipatory rather than reactive. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us refine our service, and I assure you that we are taking it seriously. I truly appreciate your time, patience, and honesty, and I do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a much-improved experience. Should you decide to return, please feel free to contact me directly. I would be delighted to personally oversee your stay. Kind regards,

The rest went great ) The hotel is a little old already, the bed linen with holes and rubbed, the Russian-speaking staff is not from the word at all, but there is a nice beach nearby, the staff is always ready to help, breakfasts are just great and hearty. We didn't want to move in until 5 p.m., they kept moving in, but in the end they gave us a large room with 3 rooms overlooking the sea on the 33rd floor. At first, they asked for about 1,000 dirhams in surcharge, but we started to resent the fact that things were going wrong, we were given a room without surcharge. Near the hotel, nightlife boils, 15 minutes walk and subway with tram, nearby many shops, catering, grocery Carrefour. Cleaning every day in the room, water comes in glass bottles, the pool next to the high-rise looks fascinating. First time to Dubai, the hotel will be a find.

This hotel has hit rock bottom. With every trip the hotel gets worse and worse. The hotel owner is most likely trying to squeeze out maximum profits, which has led to the worst service in Dubai. Well, now, in order. The hotel is located across the street from the beach, with this location there are many cheaper hotels nearby. The hotel has its own beach, but I couldn’t be there, I went to the public beach and rented sun loungers there. The hotel sells places on its beach to everyone, and hotel guests have become uncomfortable staying there. If you book a room with a sea view, then be prepared that you will be given a room that will be located on the sea side, but the view is blocked by the main building. And they do not hesitate to call this a room with a sea view; in their opinion, it is not scary that the sea is not visible, since the room is located towards the sea. Breakfast is poor, reception is not friendly. I have been to all the hotels on JBR beach, and I can say with complete confidence that this Hilton is the worst hotel.

We have stayed in many hotels in Dubai and this year thought we would stay on the Palm at the Hilton. Arrived after a overnight stay and our room was ready by 11.30am spacious room on the eighth floor. We booked club, also premium half board. The club lounge is on the top floor with amazing views and afternoon tea was served at 3pm which was a little relief to get out of the glorious sunshine, drinks and canapés were served 6-8pm along side alcoholic drinks. The lounge was open during the day for soft drinks and tea or coffee. The half board gave us 150 pp towards evening meal or you could take lunch, the premium drinks package gave us two hours of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with our meal. The hotel has only been open for a year and all the staff work really hard in 44c heat, no problems booking a table in any of the restaurants and the food was always good. There is only one main pool which I was very happy people were not rushing to put towels on beds at the crack of Dawn, we travelled with two friends and could always get beds when going to the pool around 9am. The beach was very quiet and plenty of empty beds. The hotel next door Five can be pretty noisy I’d say it’s a party hotel. We had 9 lovely nights at the Hilton on the Palm and would be happy to stay again.

It was the best holiday of my life! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was surrounded by hospitality. Special thanks for the wonderful service to Karen, Brenda, Albert, Asude, and Nawal at reception. The room (0908) was huge and beautiful! There was absolutely everything, from self-care products, tea, and coffee, to an unforgettable view of Dubai Marina. We would like to say thanks to Khin and Ajay for their excellent cleaning services! I would like to single out the restaurant. Everything in it is wonderful! Special thanks to waiters Khin, Aliza, Mariya, and France for their service during breakfasts and dinners, as well as for their hospitality and sincerity! The food in the restaurant was awesome and very tasty! Every day there was a different cuisine. Thank you to the chefs for preparing delicious dishes! The atmosphere near the pool was magical. The water was always cooled down to a comfortable temperature. The pool is closed from the sun during the day by the nearly skyscrapers. The beach was SOOO beautiful! I loved the view on the Eye of Dubai! There were many free sunbeds at all times during the day. I would like to say thanks to Salman from Towel Counter. The location is incredible; Dubai Marina Mall is a 15-minute walk, and JBR Walk has lots of shops and restaurants. A great selection of places to have a great night out! Once again, we would like to say a huge thanks to all the Hilton staff for making our holiday wonderful and unforgettable, we appreciate it a lot!❤️

Booked online. I used my husband's card but he was not present in the living room and they made a fuss.... (there is). Arrived in the room missing the bed for the underage daughter... called the reception and ok they brought it. Comfortable beds, bathrooms with products, water available and air conditioning that worked very well. Not having arrived the suitcase I kindly asked that it be delivered to my room even during the night ..... but at 7 I went down to check... and it had arrived but not brought to the room...... Having made half Pension I had the option to make lunch or dinner and on the day of check out they made me have lunch since I did not use the arrival dinner but notified by email before leaving. Restaurant True top! Recommendation for water to order their bottled because the San Pellegrino cost 44 diram about 11 euros.... Restaurant in the Walk for lunch really slow.... The pool very crowded and was refreshed, towels available and with great disappointment bad sea was brown....... and of course hot water.... the hotel is 15 minutes from the metro but with the heat I took taxis like 3 euros then for long distances metro. Elevators actually as read in reviews few and slow....
