Address Grand Creek Harbour made my stay extra memorable in many ways. Fawzi, is one great leader in the team - he was exceptional in ensuring our stay will be well organized, prepared and personalized. Hats off to Fawzi's effort. Fiorella, Ibrahim, Kamal, Veronicah was all very outstanding and pleasant to deal with. Fiorella has that great charm and energy which makes the reception super light and fun. Kenn has a great eye in F&B and ensures not only we are well fed, but we are enjoying the best of the servings with the options provided, such a pro in customer service and engagement. We will definitely be back in this lovely property.
They also have a great effort in making the hotel sustainable from the bottled water, room keys, etc. Also enjoying a music while under the swimming pool is a nice touch of luxury. We can't wait to be back!!

My partner and I, along with my in-laws, had the absolute pleasure of staying here for two nights before we embarked on a cruise.
From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel, right until our departure, the staff ensured we received the royal treatment. It’s a place that defines luxury at its very best. Despite our early flight arrival and subsequent hotel arrival at about 7 am, we were conveniently allowed to check-in early at a nominal fee.
The check-in process was as smooth as can be, and upon reaching our rooms, we were taken aback by their high standard. Not to exaggerate, but the beds provided the most comfortable sleep we have ever had. Complemented by breathtaking room views of the city and outstanding architecture, our stay was quite unforgettable.
The pool area and its service deserve special mention as well. Soaking in the sun with an impressive view of the city was an experience like no other.
Never have I seen a breakfast of this kind before. The variety was simply overwhelming. Make sure you allot enough time for breakfast, as it's an experience you won't want to miss. The quality of the food is fantastic.
Although located slightly away from the heart of the city, this posed no problem.We availed Uber for day trips, which barely cost us AED 60 (£11) for the four of us to visit the Dubai Mall - a rather inexpensive deal.
We also ate out one evening at Amici - an Italian restaurant a mere five-minute walk along the promenade. The food and drinks for all of us totalled up to about £100 - great value for an amazing meal.
In summary, I simply cannot wait for a chance to stay here again. In fact, I'd be willing to move in if they'd let me! Never before have I felt so valued by a hotel. I highly recommend the Address Creek Harbour for a remarkable stay.

We travelled from UK to celebrate my mum's birthday at the Creek Harbour Address hotel. They made it a very special stay indeed. Around midnight although the kitchen had closed Richard, his team and chef still managed to prepare a cute cake with candles and the works, singing happy birthday as they brought the treat over to the lobby where mum sat unsuspecting. Thank you Richard, team and chef! We must mention also the housekeeping staff Arshadul who also set up flowers, cakes, tea and towel art in mum's room for her. It was a wonderful surprise when we returned to the hotel in the evening. Throughout our stay the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant staff were always engaging, caring and friendly. We would love to visit the hotel again. And we love Creek Harbour.

I arrived at the hotel on Friday 24th and was welcomed by a friendly staff at the entrance but after that for a 24 hours, my experience was ruined by the front office and management. I entered the hotel to find three desks that serve the guests, after waiting for almost 20 mins during which the staff at the reception left me. I presented to them my reservation no., passports etc. He spent 20 mins on the laptop and bring his colleague, speaking in Russian and after that did not explain anything to me. I explained to him that one of the rooms should be double and he was shocked and told me he has to start searching again as there is no availability for double room and I have to wait despite the fact I confirmed my reservation before coming . They threw all of us in a cramped room overlooking the garage (room 810) which is not what we booked for. I rejected to stay in such room, they put us in another room 4 levels above (room 1210) which I rejected it as it has the same view because this is not what i booked and paid for, I have to wait till 7 PM till they provide us with reasonable rooms. The room is very good, clean however during my stay for 4 days the minibar was empty from anything and they never bothered to re stock it . Next day breakfast was mess as there is no place to sit in the restaurant or you may go to eat in the reception on lower tables. Choices for breakfast are very limited with huge station for bread and small stations for other things to munch on. They bring me foul and when I taste it it was very clear that it is canned one. Staff was in chaos, they do not know what to do as if they are not trained. Most of the time the reception has one person sitting and the others disappear. In general this hotel is a good place in the future but lacks proper management that knows how to handle guests professionally.
