I strongly advise you to not go to this Hotel even though the price is affordable and the location is good. At first, I was given a room on the 1st floor, with extremely poor hygiene and cleanliness, not to mention the old dysfunctional furniture and poor-quality service. On the second night, I had to request them to change my room because the place was full of cockroaches (like dozens) at night and the shower was full of problems (cold water, low pressure). I was quickly given a new room on the 7th floor and it was a cleaner and better room. Staff are rarely well-trained, hard to access, and low in number. But I have to say that all of them are very nice and polite. The only exception was the night receptionist gentleman who is probably the most unfriendly person who ever existed in the hospitality industry, let alone any 4-star hotel! It is in fact a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel and you should lower your expectations. There is no coordination between the reception and other parts, in particular the housekeeping, and it is impossible for the guest to contact the housekeeping directly from the room. Good hotel near the junction metro station: Union. Rooms are clean and spacious. Room service is good. Courteous staff. Three functional lifts for the tourists. Only suggestion I want to give is that the connection between reception and restaurant should be improved. #travelwithpal

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel, and I feel compelled to warn the public about the issues I encountered. 1. Booking Difficulties: Booking directly with the hotel was a nightmare. The manager, Mr. Mohamed, failed to respond to queries, and it took more than 4 days to confirm my reservation. 2. Poor Bathroom Conditions: The bathroom in my room had a major water leakage issue, and the Jacuzzi was disgustingly dirty. 3. Unpleasant Towels: The towels provided in the room had a foul odor, making them unusable. 4. Unprofessional Staff: The waitstaff were unprofessional, untrained, and incredibly rude to guests. 5. Lost Laundry: My wife sent her clothes for laundry, and the hotel misplaced them. It took them 2 days to locate the missing clothes. 6. Non-Functional TV: The TV in our room wasn't working, and despite assurances that it would be checked, no one ever came to fix it. 7. Lack of Hot Water: There was no hot water in the shower, and despite assurances of a check, no one addressed the issue. In summary, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your accommodation needs. The hotel is clean and the location is very nice, very close to the metro, shopping mall and many restaurants and cafes. Internet service is available but not speedy and disturbed for some times. The swimming pool is at the roof, small and clean, but one day they didn't provide me with a towel and closed the pool early because one life guard was not available. For business trips, it would be nice, but if you want to relax and enjoy, think towice.

Stayed at Landmark Grand Hotel with my gf for 1 night. The room was wonderful and organized, and the convenience of location is excellent endorsed. But what made our stay extra special was the excellent hospitality so I would like to give special thanks to Mr Mohammad front office manager and service of the staff. for extending extra miles of service when we needed some assistance. No late check out given for even 1 room after one week stay in 2 rooms and even if no back to back check in. Only given 30 minutes after 2:00pm to give back keys - otherwise threatened to be charged for 1 additional night stay - room f&b and pool facilities basic.
