Detailed Reviews
The place is very well done and clean / organised! We were so pleasantly surprised when we found the kitchen was 100% functional and they also stock it with essential pots/ pans/ cutlery / plates / bowls etc. they even had salt and pepper stocked in the kitchen!
Very happy with the place overall, swimming pool and gym also available.
The only drawback is the location - it is far out from the city center and I think the exact neighborhood (Production city) is not yet metro connected so travelling to and fro was exhausting and long!
The closest metro station is Jumeirah Golf Estates which is 35-40 mins in the bus.
Ofcourse if you don’t have budget constraints and are able to take taxis everywhere then this place is 100% recommended by me.
Once this area gets metro connected it would be my go to place always.

I stayed at You & Co for two months. It's a great place for freelancers or people who work remotely.
The staff and the community of people living there were amazing. It's the best place to stay if you're new to Dubai and want to make friends. They have lots of events and activities to participate in.
The rooms were clean overall, and they cleaned them every other week for free. However, how clean the shared spaces like the kitchen in your flat is depends on the people you live with. I think it would be better if the staff emphasized more keeping common areas tidy, like the coworking space. Some people stayed in the Zoom Booth for a long time, more than the recommended hour.
The kitchen in my flat didn't have many supplies. There were only a few glasses and mugs, and just two pans and two pots.
The location isn't very convenient. You usually need to take a taxi to the nearest metro station because the bus takes a long time to get there.
Overall, I think it's worth the money, especially during the summer when the prices are lower. It's a good choice for solo travelers or couples, but I don't think it's the best place for families or kids.

It's a very nice and quiet place. We lived there for a few months and were happy with everything, especially the different activities organized by the coliving - yoga, art class, English club.
For some people it may seem that the rooms are small, but this is compensated by the common spaces, there is a co-working space, patio, swimming pool.
The staff is always on hand and responds quickly to requests.
Overall, we recommend it!

To be honest it was very bad experience doesn’t worth even the price I paid for the problem it was I paid for a whole month so I couldn’t even cancel after couple days because it’s not refundable. Their system it’s so weird not like other apartments in Dubai For example they don’t clean the rooms everyday they do it every two weeks as a tourist I had to go buy cleaning products to clean by myself same thing with bed sheets , shower gel , toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap , you need to buy all of this if you’re planning to book this apartment. The weird part is if I’m having a problem in my apartment there is no number to call the only way to contact them is through what’s app and they will not answer you after 8:30 PM so for example if I’m having a problem in my apartment at 10 PM I have to wait till the next day In the morning, plus there is not garbage bins in the rooms and washroom so I had to buy 3 garbage bins as well , plus the pressure of the water very weak and there is no hot water just warm water. Finally I don’t recommend any tourist to book this apartment because of the bad service.

Good afternoon, Almodares , thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, you have booked You&co accommodation at a non-refundable rate, as well as our reservation service has not received any refund or cancellation requests from you. We do not provide cleaning on daily basis and it is mentioned in the accommodation policy on the website. Our reception team is always glad to help you during working hours (9.00-21.00). In any emergency situation during the night time our security is ready to help. We have never received any complaints from our guests about the water pressure, maybe water was cold because you turned off the water heater. We are very sad that these issues did not help you to enjoy your vacation in You&Co, we would have taken care of all your problems if you had reported them before you checked out. We hope you will consider us for your next visit to the area so we may have the opportunity to better your stay. Sincerely, Andrey Akimenko Front Office Manager

Unfriendly borderline with bullying stuff, they started chasing me when they realized that I'm buying the room online instead of paying their reception price.
Otherwise, the gym is really poor, the cleanliness in the rooms is not good, and the kitchen is full of fat everywhere, so deep cleaning is not a common practice here, while the building is brand new.
Also their attitude to fire hazard is a concern, since I have reported cigarette butts on my balcony and they didn't investigate. Alarm is ringing every day.

Good afternoon Liliya, thank you very much for your review. Unfortunately, during your stay you did not pay for your room in time, so we were forced to refuse you a further stay. Cigarette butts on your balcony were brought by the wind from your neighbors. Sincerely, You&Co Team

This is our first time in Dubai and this place suits us very well, very friendly staff and comfortable apartments. There are different activities and games every day in the co-working room such as yoga classes, board games, movie evenings and more. We are here for 1 month now and will stay for more. Great experience!

Do not stay here! Party’s going on all night no one does anything about it. Yet they make you sign forms about rules had to go to security!pool not open when it’s almost 50 degrees since I’ve been here keeps getting extended and no work being done on it! Rooms don’t get cleaned if I was told all this before stay I wouldn’t have wasted my money and would have got something a lot cheaper if I knew there was no pool

At first glance, a good complex. The price for a mini-studio (very small) is quite high, taking into account that it takes 30 minutes by car to get to the business studio. And in the same business bay you can rent an apartment at a lower price and with a larger square footage.
It’s very cool when you move into an apartment where the doors are sagging and you can’t open them, where the furniture is broken, there are rusty dishes and the ceiling in the bathroom is crumbling. It feels like no one cares where they are moving in, the apartments are not checked at all. Well, why? They gave me the money and all the best... Oooh, but in terms of payments, it’s all juice. I have been living here for 5 months, as the office rents housing here for employees. Every month they write to me in personal messages that I have to pay and every month I have to pay faster and faster. I was there from the 6th, but from this they didn’t tell me that I had to pay on the 26th!!! Not bad huh? Last month we also argued about this issue and after their checks they wrote to us that payment should be on the 4th, the cool thing is that we tagged their messages and said why are you pushing me to pay now if we have payments on the 4th. All managers don't care. They turned on the fools and continued to pressure us that we had to pay. We went to the reception, talked, and said that everything would be sorted out. And the next day, the wonderful manager Paul started pushing us again. In general, it makes no sense to decide anything with managers.
Another interesting point. When I asked the managers to give me a small bedside table (there are more than enough of them in the parking lot, they politely told me no) and when they were repairing a broken door and bed, the master brought the bedside table without any problems and also asked why I bought it if I could take even a few bedside tables without any problems.
People from all over the area are allowed into the pool, this is heard more than once in the pool when someone asks where you are from. Just for show, mostly Indians for whom the pool is a shower place

Their costume service really is really bad they and they don't really cear the place was great but just costume service is not there at all. Start with stuff not working at the house end when I was trying to extend my stay for an extra night. They asked me to pay 250% more than the normal rate I paid for 2 weeks

Had a lovely stay at You&Co Dubai! The apartments are very modern and clean, the community is amazing and the team is just great! The administrators Teddy and Paul are very kind and always there to make sure you are being cared for! The manager Maksim is so sweet as well and always makes sure to propose cool activities during the week, like yoga and English learning classes, pool brunchs etc.
Highly recommend 🤍
