The hotel is located in Dubai Marina, one of the most prestigious areas of the city. In short, it can be described as the cheapest hotel in the most expensive area of Dubai. JBR city beach is about 15 minutes walk. And a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Marina view is an apartment hotel and it’s good because the rooms are equipped with a kitchen. Which is convenient for an economical holiday in one of the most expensive areas of Dubai. In general, the room is quite spacious, the bathroom has all the necessary cosmetics, slippers and bathrobes are available upon request. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there are dishes, a washing machine, a microwave and a large refrigerator. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in the lobby, bar and pool area. Internet is available in the rooms for an additional fee. The hotel is far from new and the room is a little tired. There is no balcony but the window offers a view of the city. The views here are interesting and the higher your room is, the more beautiful the view will be. The rooms are mainly designed to accommodate two people, and if you are traveling with a child, they will not provide you with an extra bed for free. You will need to pay extra for it separately. In other matters, when booking, please specify the number of beds and the category of your room. We were on vacation together, so I could be wrong. The hotel has a small swimming pool located on site. Artificial turf, sun loungers and umbrellas are free. This is essentially the entire territory of the hotel). For lunch and dinner there is either a buffet or a la carte menu. It all depends on the occupancy of the hotel. Everything is prepared deliciously, the dishes are served neatly, but the selection is small. The most important advantage of the hotel is its location. And it is not suitable for those who are looking for a high level of comfort and service. I would call this hotel to explore Dubai and get to interesting places that are nearby. But if you plan to stay in a hotel, then you should choose another option. As a rule, the hotel has a low price and in my opinion corresponds to it! If you are interested in this hotel or generally need to select a tour, I recommend contacting the travel agency samitour.rf, they have very good prices and will select excellent options. We really liked the hotel!

We visited this hotel in September 2023.
I really liked the location of the hotel. There is a metro nearby, literally 5 minutes away, which is convenient for moving around Dubai. The entrance has its own taxi entrance, which is also convenient. I'm not picky about food, we only took breakfast, it was varied and very tasty, with hummus, meat, side dishes, drinks, etc.
We checked in literally in 5 minutes, the room was on the 11th floor with gorgeous views of yachts and skyscrapers.
Every day the room was cleaned, water, new towels, etc. were brought. The room had dishes, a stove, a sink, a washing machine, a microwave, which made our stay very comfortable, since it was late after arrival in Kursk, you could take a bath, do laundry and cook or eat by warming up food.
The staff at the reception is very polite and helpful, they helped with all difficulties within 5 minutes, we even forgot the keys and password to the safe, etc.🤣
There are enough sockets, our plugs will stick in, there were also 2 TVs, a large refrigerator, 2 separate toilets.
And the coolest thing is the ashtray in the room, and you can smoke in the rooms. It was a jackpot for me😎
Downstairs you can change dirhams in the store for 35 to the dollar, in the Marina Mall for 36.
Marina Mall is also 5 minutes away, on minus two there is alcohol in the Africa store, there are food courts, pharmacy stores, clothes and much more.
The pool is located outside, not big but cool and with a red view. Since we swam in the sea, we only went into it once and just to have a look.
Overall, we really liked the holiday and the hotel, we will come again.
Thank you for the service and wonderful hotel experience!

We rested with our daughter in this hotel in November 2023. Nice hotel, polite and friendly staff. Everything is done on the first call, if you want robes and slippers, just call the reception. They brought an ironing board and an iron. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard, leaving 5 dirhams. They leave water at 0.5 per person, but the cleaner gave us more water, just ask! The room has everything you need to prepare food, but we didn’t cook, we bought it ready-made at the carefour store, not far from the hotel, and heated it in the microwave. There is a washing machine, but I didn’t use it either. There are pharmacies and shops near the hotel. Near the metro! 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. There is a free shuttle at 10.00 to the beach, but there is no air conditioning there. You can take a taxi, 12 dirhams to JBR beach.
Russian-speaking Vadim at the reception will tell you everything. Another excursion guide is Diana, polite, sociable, excursions at reasonable prices from Biblioglobus!
The food at the hotel is good, there is even borscht, everything is delicious, meat, fish, fruits.
In general, a wonderful hotel, good rest and good mood to everyone! PS I took with me one adapter for Dubai sockets (for Valdberis 300 rubles), and ours are also suitable.

My son and I vacationed in this hotel in February, we returned two days ago! The hotel is located right in the center, there is a supermarket nearby, where we often bought delicious croissants, it’s a 15-minute walk to the sea, we didn’t go by transfer, we enjoyed walking, but the hotel is old and the furniture is no longer new, BUT they were always very clean and cleaned in 6 days They changed our towels three times! The room has a washing machine, we used it a couple of times, there is a stove, you can cook, but we ate in a cafe, often visited McDonald's on the 3rd floor of Marina Mall, at breakfast you could always choose something to feed both yourself and the child, the juices are very tasty - I recommend it, upon departure we were given breakfast to take with us, each of us was given two oranges, an apple, curasan and buns, and water! Thank you very much to the hotel staff for their care and attention! Everyone is friendly! We took a sightseeing tour from Victoria, paid using the QR code, the whole excursion was conducted by a Russian-speaking girl, she told everything very interestingly, the whole history of Dubai and about the inhabitants, I listened to her very carefully, the child most remembered the ship on the Persian Gulf in the evening, when the whole of Dubai is illuminated with bright lights and a lot of light))) they fed us there with dignity and tasty (I was afraid that it would be like in Turkey, but it wasn’t and it was clean, I even noticed how they cleaned this ship, conscientiously!) Everything was great! I'll definitely be back! Thank you everyone for our wonderful trip and the stunning sea, it’s just right for children, there are a lot of shells on the shore, the sea is clear!

Accommodation 01/02/2024-01/09/2024 room 711. Birthday 01/03. the hotel management chose not to notice what happened for the first time in 20 years of travel and in a fairly rich country. Only after clarification from the Russian-speaking administrator was the offensive “misunderstanding” corrected in an even more offensive way: a small cake was delivered to the room at 23:40 on 01/04!!! Also, a late arriving guest after a long flight and transfer, who paid for the buffet dinner, was not even given dried croissants and a couple of bananas!!! This was the early breakfast on the day of departure. It is also impossible to know the exact cost of the tax. The tour operator quoted 15 dirhams per night, in fact 20. A small thing, but 10 dollars more expensive. The rooms require renovation. You have to ask repeatedly for a robe and slippers; there are no hygiene kits and there won’t be any, although 4* presupposes this level of service a priori. Quality breakfasts and dinners for a quality European troika. There is a bus to the sea, but I walked. This is 20-25 minutes without running. The path runs in the shade, especially after 12:00 for the most part. It's probably not very convenient with a child. 4 elevators solve the problem of a high-rise building perfectly. Quite clean. There are many markets and grocery stores nearby (3-40 minutes walk) and Marina Mall. In the evening there are wonderful walks along the Marina.
The hotel deserves a strong 3*.

I never write reviews, but this hotel managed to convince me. I don’t want to write a lot of letters, I’ll briefly summarize the essence. The hotel is very old, with ancient rooms, poor breakfasts and dinners. Tea in the canteen in bags is strong, coffee is a must try, coffee connoisseurs want to abuse you. To be fair, I certainly don’t recommend taking this decoction orally. And what smells reign in the rooms, you need to hear it))), an indescribable bouquet. And what kind of staff is there)), such loyal, attentive, kind people cannot be found in the whole world. During the 7 days of our stay, not a single issue was resolved. There is a manager there, Vadim (Russian-speaking, because of this character, the opinion not only about the hotel, but about Dubai in general, has deteriorated. It’s unclear where the hotel administration is looking. It’s just a SHAME, not the hotel!!! The one who cleans the rooms is also a pro in his field, when he saw that the toilet brush was in his cart next to clean towels, soap, etc. They stopped letting them into the room. In the dining room, cleaning tables, chairs, tabletops, etc. is done with just a rag. about the good, the location is good, even excellent, everything is within walking distance, the mall, the beach, supermarkets, etc. But to be honest, I wouldn’t even go for free a second time.

We're vacationing in this hotel right now. I'll tell you straight away, we drove and we were afraid, but we're fine. The hotel matches the description. The rooms are furnished with everything you need, although they are old furniture, but this does not spoil your holiday. Rooms are cleaned, towels are changed as you ask, they'll do. Everyone at the reception is friendly, everyone is helped. If you don't know English, you can use a translator, WiFi works super. The food was taken breakfast and dinner, the food is delicious, enough for everyone, even if you arrive after the tour late, you will not remain hungry. The location of the hotel is good, city life and immediately beach. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, but even we liked it. There's a bus to the beach, but we didn't like it. Everything's fine, and we're planning on going back. The only downside and it's had a big impact on our holidays is our Guide Islam to Fang San. Took excursions, tells a beautiful story, promised mountains of gold, and in fact one deception. They filed a complaint, but they never heard back. So dear guests of this hotel, take your time on the first day to buy tours. Talk to residents, look around, you can go yourself, it's all in the reach. Tours can always be bought without a guide, even cheaper. Have a good time.

What can you say about the hotel? Hotel HELL in the truest sense of the word. Everything you see and touch is bad. The hotel is tired, but what impressed me the most was the hotel management. You just need to hear and see how they treat tourists. The fact that this is a foursome does not mean that you can be rude and ignore the requests of tourists. Breakfast is normal for three rubles, but not for four in the Marina, there are better hotels + - at the same price. I do not advise!

Checked in by a lovely lady and was allowed into my room early. Staff are friendly. Hotel corridors in the main areas smell funny but on the non smoking floors they do a fair enough job to mask the smell.
Rooms are very much in need of a refurb but then the hotel is cheap so I wasn't expecting anything luxurious. Air con is a little slow at getting to a cool temperature. Shower was powerful, bed was hard but comfy. Furniture old and tatty but you have what you need for a short stay.
Pool area is okay nothing special. WiFi is okay but did come up as an unsecured network so I was nervous about using it and decided to tether off my phone instead. The hotels location is good as I always look for a property near the metro and this is just a few minutes walk away.
All in all for the price it's perfectly fine but don't expect too much but way of luxury, it's 3* at most.

Murdered, old furniture. Everything's dirty, it looks like it's being cleaned, it's not like they've changed their bed or cleaned the floor in a week. It's not just sleeping, sitting down is scary. There's just no word about the bath. The hotel was clear from the lobby, but hoped for a miracle(.... Food!!! Watermelon, green melon, in a day, bananas in a day, canned peaches, everything!!! Cucumbers, green tomatoes, salad leaves, everything! Potatoes or mashed potatoes, sausages or chicken wings, beans in tomato sauce, from jars. An omelette or boiled eggs. Coiled sour cream yogurt with berries or jam. Croissants and pancakes. ALL!!!!!!!! PRO STERILITY SILENCE((((((((
