The hotel is in a great location,on the JBR walk and near the malls and supermarkets. The hotel was fine, clean and although there was a slight smell in the halls,it was not a big issue. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Diana from Voyager Tours, working in the hotel, was helpful as well.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. Rooms are so dated. Rubbish Views. Food Absolutely bloody awful tasteless & dry. Rude Staff. Dubai though itself absolutely amazing will be returning. Do your homework on your hotels before you book.

Sagar Trivedi, the reception manager at the Marina View Deluxe Apartment Hotel, displayed outstanding customer care and leadership to “wow” the customers who were stranded in an emergency. This is what happened. We were traveling from USA only to discover that our reservation had been cancelled due to a system error. Not due to any fault on the part of the hotel. Sagar and his team immediately jumped to our rescue. Even though the hotel was fully booked they managed to find us a room and resolved our crisis. Many many thanks to Sagar Trivedi, his assistant Betty and the Marina View Hotel…. VKM USA

Checked in by a lovely lady and was allowed into my room early. Staff are friendly. Hotel corridors in the main areas smell funny but on the non smoking floors they do a fair enough job to mask the smell. Rooms are very much in need of a refurb but then the hotel is cheap so I wasn't expecting anything luxurious. Air con is a little slow at getting to a cool temperature. Shower was powerful, bed was hard but comfy. Furniture old and tatty but you have what you need for a short stay. Pool area is okay nothing special. WiFi is okay but did come up as an unsecured network so I was nervous about using it and decided to tether off my phone instead. The hotels location is good as I always look for a property near the metro and this is just a few minutes walk away. All in all for the price it's perfectly fine but don't expect too much but way of luxury, it's 3* at most. …

Good hotel had a nice experience Friendly staff had early chk inn late chk out Close to metro and tram station’s 5 min walk from marina and 10 mins walk from jbr they also break currency here too … Will always recommend this hotel also good views from the apartments

So much potential in this hotel and i think they could rather charge a bit more but then spend the money on making improvements. LOVED: - the location (near beach, metro, tram, mall etc) - sizable room - the washing machine in the studio rooms - housekeeping is always available - daily cleaning, never a shortage of anything - the gym (could still run while it was crazy hot outside) - the pool HATED: - the smell in the hotel. I think the carpets may be the problem. - need for maintenance (e.g. kitchen cupboard hinges, the finishers in the rooms etc) - the wifi never worked (for me) - the pool was not open after dark. - terrible pillows I would love to recommend it and would love to return but i would've been a lot more comfortable if it had a more welcoming fragrance and ambiance.…

Terrible, terrible I ask 3 or 4 times a day to clean my room but no body came Rooms are so dirty so old i never come back here Bathroom has very bad smell every second Windows has not lock and always open The water pressure was low and the toilet siphon was not work All the products used were grade 4 3

The hotel was old-fashioned however, our stay was good but not excellent, staff was friendly althoug not all of the housekeeping staff waa S attentive... The food price was ok not expensive. The only I don't like about this hotel was the internet connection, very poor and not working at all. The front office staff gave me like 9 codes and non of them work. The rest was okay, the most likely part is the hotel near to metro station vet accessible for mostly everything?

I checked in on 26 of feb 2022 afternoon for two nights. The room is very old, the wardrobe door doesn't slide, the bathroom is filled with ants and the toilet has fungus And most of the cabinet door in the kitchen or bathroom are either broken or not working properly

I stayed here for 4 days on business but left after 48 hours. The apartments are old and tired. I moved apartments due to the wifi not working and the noise from the main Sheikh Zayed Road - but the windows are not sealed properly and therefore you have a constant humming. The staff were helpful but could not sort the system blaming my mac. The kitchens are basic and miss out on finishing touches e.g. no cloths / towels / cleaning utensils. It is a great location and the staff try their best. It is a 2 star property really.
