Stayed 2 nights on stop over in Dubia Full marks to house keeping for being so honest in finding my wife's gold necklace and then calling us when we were back in the UK so we could arrange a courier to return it.Many thanks to them. The room was large and modern with big bathroom ,very clean and excellent value. Pool on roof gets sun all day, only room for about 12 sun beds around the pool,which was adequate when we stayed.Great views across the Creek to the City. Ate in Italisn restaurant and had snacks at the pool bar brought up from the resteraunt, food and service where excellent. This is a dry hotel with no bar,only found that out after we arrived ,so some duty free comes in handy. Handy for airport, inexpensive taxi fare. Breakfast had great choice and staff were efficient bringing items from the egg station to your table. All in all well impressed with the hotel and staff.

Me and my fiance stayed here Golden sands creek October 2021 this was our first visit to Dubai and or first holidays in two years due to the pandemic. I would like to appricate special housekeeping (Faisal) very fantastic and super work nicly👌 he's amazing guy I really really highly recommend and appreciate the rooms are very fragrance when we enter like home. Golden sands creek in Dubai was a great experience for us the room was on the creek view it was amazing seeing the boats front of you in the morning time with a cup of coffee from room coffee machine the room are very nice . The team was excellent we were taking great care of by our luggage from the arrival to the room they have a great , they was very professional they all was very helpful ,clean spacious rooms ,the hotel staff they were professional and very ,we had an amazing time with the team and with the hotel facility. well , The restaurant were all great and good service friendly. The gym Room was located in 1st floor it was great to do your exercise and your view is the creek. We suppose to plan only for one night and falls to extend due to the unexpected warm treat received by the staff. Upon arrival, Azeem give us the warm welcome and assists our luggage towards the room. He is a superstar as he never misses to greet us every time we pass to lobby! There is no any words to say thank you to Mureen and Munira who have made our stay extra special. We got a room with a greatly stunning view over the creek harbor. We enjoy mostly there a pool on the rooftop and had a very amazing delicious breakfast thanks to Elizabeth and the rest of the F&B team they are very attentive and friendly especially the staff who works in the pool. The room was absolutely stunning and very beautiful thanks to the whole HK team they make sure that our room is always clean and sanitized. And I cant wait to return soon to this lovely hotel again.

Excellent welcome. Nice hotel in a very good location. Close to the creek & metro station. The rooms are extra spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, the bathroom is large with bath and shower and large mirrors. Overall very clean with fresh linen daily. Breakfast restaurant had friendly staff & a lot of variety to choose from. There’s fabulous view from rooftop pool & bar area on the 14th floor. Bounissimo Restaurant Is excellent with good menu selection. Best pizzas I have had. The waitress Arlene, was very friendly, had a good sense oh humour, & fantastic at her job. She went above & beyond to service us.

Last month, I stayed at Golden Sands Creek Hotel for 8 nights. I had travelled on business spending all day shopping and only returning late to sleep. Everyday I walked in with shopping bags and sometimes boxes. A gentleman at the reception informed me that they had extra storage in the luggage room and I promised to take up the offer once I properly packed my stuff. However because the hotel had no weighing scale nor provided luggage wrapping services, I informed them that I was taking my luggage outside for packing and would return it shortly for storage as I waited for my flight the next day. I was dismayed when they refused me to bring my luggage inside the hotel and left it on the street in the summer heat. All my pleas I made to Faith at the front desk to help fell on deaf ears. She instead advised that I rent a place in Deira to store my luggage because it was too tacky for their luggage room. I have sold the hotel plus their apartments to my clientele for years but yet I was treated like a pauper. What is even worse by a fellow black person. I kept wondering whether I would still get the same treatment if I was a caucasian woman. I left the place I had called home for 8 nights feeling terrible. I don't think this should be anybody's choice of hotel in Dubai.

I really appreciate staff working here they were lovely. But honestly speaking I don’t understand how is this hotel considered as 5 stars. They don’t have bathtubs at superior rooms, they said because the type of room I booked, so I have to pay more in order to get bathtub 😊! Even an old 5 hotels in UK or US have it in each room. Coffee machine is bad quality, it’s unknown brand, service is slow, expect sink to be full from first use.
I’m sorry for hotel staff but I have to be honest.

After reading all the reviews for this hotel, it is with a heavy heart that I leave my review. We arrived at 1.30am on Saturday morning and we had booked for 6 nights. We gave our credit card ,for what I thought was a deposit, but as it turned out, the whole amount was taken for my stay there and then. We got to our room, which was incredibly small and the first thing I noticed was the bathroom basin was splashed with what looked like toothpaste, the outside of the showers is black marble and was covered in bright orange grime. My heart sank, but we decided to go to bed at 2.30 and have a think about it in the morning. Once I got into bed, I realised the main window was broken and as we were on the main carriageway, the noise was dreadful and my earplugs didn’t help. On 3 different occasions up until 5am the noise from drunk couples returning to their rooms was dreadful. I had absolutely no sleep whatsoever and we decided to go down to breakfast early. I eat nothing, I was so disappointed. Then when we tried to get a coffee 10 minutes later, we were asked what we would like, and were served coffee from a vending machine. This was the straw that broke the camels back, so I went to speak with reception. I said I would like to cancel the rest of our stay as we were not happy and told them we have had no sleep as the window was broken etc. They asked if they could show us a different room and I explained I would rather leave as it just wasn’t what we expected. The girl told us that the manager was in bed, and if we could wait in our room until 10.30, she would ring us and tell us if we could cancel the stay without any cost. The girl rang the room at 10.34 and my husband answered, she told my husband that there was no problem with us cancelling and we would definitely not be charged for the 6 hours that were were in the room. He thanked her and said he was incredibly grateful and we would be down straight away. The receptionist sorted out the transaction and said it could take up to 2 weeks for my refund to go through. I got my refund yesterday, 10 days after the transaction. I have been charged £200 for the 6 hours stay. I emailed the hotel asking for someone to look into this for me, and I got a reply stating they won’t be making any further refund to me. I have stayed in Dubai many times, and always in a 5* and never have come across a hotel like this. I feel this was unfair and to be charged £200 for a 6 hour stay in a room that was unfit for guests I’d disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I am embarrassed that I have to write such a strong review.

Chose this hotel for final night if stay in Dubai as had an early morning flight . Very reasonably priced rooms with floor to ceiling windows with views of the creek . We had side view which I enjoyed as all night 100 or more people were playing cricket in the far distance which added to interest in the view. Very quiet sleep too even though roads are busy all night in Dubai . We had three rooms - including a one bedroom suite 809 - includes 2 full size bathrooms with shower in each which helped us be speedy in the morning .
Hotel used to be a Hilton and was taken over 2 years ago.
All staff gave impeccable service with a smile .
Rooms were spacious, very clean - loads of cupboard space . Good size TV .
Car valet service was quick .
Best of all was the afternoon tea . I feel bad I don’t remember the lovely waiter who served us .
We didn’t try the Italian restaurant but menu looked good .
The room toilet was a bit lower than usual so may not be ideal if you have a bad back or knee .
Pool was small but empty . There is a bar by the pool and if it hadn’t been so hot would have used it .
We had just come from Ritz Carlton and the Atlantis Royal stays . We have high standards and this hotel didn’t disappoint. 10/10.

I think one person will not be a problem. If the guest stay overnight may be you need to pay extra.
