Amazing property Nice location Breathtaking views very accessible from the airport...

...What wasn’t manageable however was the hotels location. Honestly the worst kind of location to experience any of Dubai’s landmarks, the nearest metro station was about a 20 minute walk we had to walk a longer way around so we didn’t walk through the crowded streets... It’s a shame because the hotel is actually really nice it’s just the location makes it unbearable to stay there...

I stayed at the Canvas on a recent business trip and was disappointed..Despite the pictures published in internet + the rating (5 stars hotel) this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in Dubai:location looks to be not safe , narrow selection of food for breakfast poor cleanliness and bad attitude...

Very good hotel ..the staff is also very helpful and supporting.... especially their is a chef Mr Mohit very nice and humble man Rooms are the main attraction of the hotel which is very big Little discomfort was the location But all around my experience was good...

I had a stay in canvas m gallery for 4 days in a superior room, my stay from checkin till checkout is memorable, the rooms were very clean and the staff always ensures that we get all the things on time, their rooms were very nice and cleaned properly by the housekeeping team , I would suggest my friends also to stay in this hotel...

...It has all the amenities you need, nice spacious room and we loved the bathroom area... Some issues with the water leaking in to the toilet area and the floor in the bathroom after using the shower but it seems that’s an issue throughout each room, was kind of frustrating but was manageable... Probably why the room would sometimes smell a little damp...

...My Dad made the hotel booking and requested a second bed in our room for me... The second bed was extremely uncomfortable and not in keeping with the rest of the hotel experience...

The hotel did not acknowledge my allergy request to not have a room witg carpet even after sending in a request a few weeks before arrival... The washroom tub( highlight) of the room had marks and the staff / hotel manager refused to identify or even look in to it as they mentioned it is from chemicals used to clean...

...We booked three rooms for our Christmas family holiday in Dubai and we leave so annoyed we paid for this hotel... the only reason there is a hotel here it seems it to cater for people wanting to party at weekends... The rooms are spacious, however the finish is not great and needs to be maintained better/refurbished, there’s mould in some wet areas... When you ask why people are allowed to smoke inside the hotel (we have a baby and asked for non smoking room) they say this is “hotel policy”... Guests smoke and make noise once the clubs shut and 3 nights out of 4 we are awake at 4am with people partying in their rooms...

First we entered in room we feel the damp fragrance or bad smell immediately inform to concern person and also request for room freshner but they did not take seriously at midnight 3:30 AM they send the housekeeper for spraying frehsner... After that they are agree to change the room with upgradation but again face their rudity for changing the room in half hour otherwise we will not responsible for this...

Also found out that this hotel recently changed its name, not sure what improvements have been made since but a lot of work needs to be done if this hotel will be able to compete with some of the luxury accommodation that you can find in Dubai... The staff were nice and tried to be accommodating, but I personally wouldn’t stay in this hotel again...

I used the code but still had to pay the full price The pool supposed to be heated but during my 7 days here only 1 day the pool was hot... Last but not least, I booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel during my reservation it cost me 100 AED... On my way back they asked me for 157AED !!!!... The answer was « you had a promotion for your first transfer » but if we order a taxi for you on the morning of your departure it will cost you 40/50AED...

I felt at home there I specially want to mention the name of some peoples who gave me exceptional service Arshad, Shujat, shakuntala and chef vivek who took the feedback of every dish we like or not...

Loved the food in lunch buffet they provide both set menu and a varied buffet , the service staff were very joyous and courteous ,Shyam ,cherry and Mr sam were very accommodating... Woul definitely come back again...

My wife and I stayed at this fantastic hotel on a B&B basis in Dubai from 23 to 30 March. I have nothing but praise for everything the hotel offered... The staff were all excellent and helpful in all departments from reception to cleaning to pool staff to restaurant etc... Our breakfast had a wide range which should cater for anyones needs and a lot of it is made to order and as fresh as you could get... The swimming pool is on the rooftop with fantastic views over Dubai and sun from morning to night... Food and drink is available all day on the rooftop and also other bars and restaurants throughout the hotel... Our room was well finished with a large and comfortable bed with a large bathroom with a large bath and separate shower... I could not fault anything about this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone considering returning and hope to return myself in the next year or two...

This is a lovely hotel over seven floors surrounding quite a spectacular atrium. The roof top houses the spa and outdoor swimming pool, sun lounge area and a restaurant... It commands good views over the city and at night is rather pretty... The breakfasts were very good with a wide range of foods including a vast array of Indian foods... It was very clean, spacious, quiet and well appointed...

...Dea served us at breakfast and constantly checked in to see if we need anything... Water in our bathroom takes a long time to heat up... We are also upgraded to a bigger room as our bathtub was leaking...

Best hotel in the area definitely worth the money paid, breakfast was included had a wide variety of choices. The room was exceptionally neat and clean... They have buffet breakfast with lots of variety in veg and Non-Veg including hot and cold beverages with awesome taste and quality, Really appreciate with fulfilling of all requirements...

Had an amazing experience at the Canvas hotel. The highlight was the amazing breakfast at the hotel especially the hospitality by Chef Mohit... Chef Mohit used to especially send different dishes for my 2 year old daughter every day and was extremely friendly and warm... All in all, great stay, great food, great services!...

as a couple that travel alot and stay at many different hotels this is by far the best one we have ever stayed in. The breakfast team especially Dea, Sanjay and Cherry were amazing, they were all very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed... Dea after the second day remember what coffee i had without having to ask and always brought it over to our table as soon as we arrived... Sanjay always made sure our breakfast was okay and always greeted us with a good morning and a conversation which started our day off on a good note, Cherry also made sure everything was okay always and looked after us, these were the only names i asked for because they looked after us a little more than others... Our room was always cleaned and tidied with the housekeeping team even folding our clothes for us!... The best hotel we have ever stayed in everyone was very accommodating... The location of the hotel is also amazing with a great view... On arrival we also got upgraded to a suite which was another amazing thing the team did for us... Thankyou canvas hotel we will be returning very soon!...
