Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Decided to stay here after a lot of research. Considering the rates we paid for the size of the room (2 bedroom, 3 bathroom) it was excellent value, it was a huge place! Main benefits were convenient location (walking distance to Mall of Emirates), free WIFI, a rooftop pool, perfect size for kids and gym. Reception staff were always very helpful and since it is a new hotel all the facilities are new and the room decor was tasteful and modern. Only criticism is that the kitchen should have a had a few basics provided e.g. sponges, washing up liquid, milk, tissue paper, just to make it easier if you're arriving on a late flight. Otherwise I was very happy and the kids had a great time especially since there is a Gelato place next door! Also, would recommend the restaurant 'Handi' for authentic indian/pakistani food with great service and reasonably priced just down the road towards Mall of Emirates. For sandwhiches, snacks, JJ Chicken opposite CityStay are great but delivery can take 30mins.

I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment, and it was super comfortable. Great size living and dining room...perfect for meetings and gatherings. The bedroom was calming and the bed was comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. The WIFI worked seamlessly. The location is amazing..very convenient for everyday shopping (check out Lulu hypermarket for groceries, cell phones, and pretty much anything else you can think of). There are some good neighbourhood restaurants. And, you are a close walk from the Mall of the Emirates and the metro. I will definitely be back and would recommend.

The location is near to Mall of the Emirates. It's good for 2 bedrooms because it's big . If you want 1 bedroom I suggest you to look for another hotel. The Wi-Fi is very good and free The beds are comfy The price is little bit high

My associate and I were amazed and completely satisfied with the Apartment and the amenities,Location was perfect to the MOE.The shops close were useful and the metro was very close so "Breakfast "was the best start of the day 20 dhs cheap and varied daily to suit all palates.Serviced room always cleaned and bath was shallow but acceptable,Staff always obliged with every request even booking trips,LuLu and Carefore close everything was easy to get to quickly,Big fridge handy,8th floor pool,spa and steam room fantastic plus a gymnasium.Seriously of my 5 trips this was priced well and located perfect I would stay there and highly recommend the city stay as a first choice as the prices were very competitive.My business associate is hard to please but he too is going to recommend it as a favoured place to stay.The metro allows a full crossing of Dubai from the MOE and cheap so you can comfortably and cheaply stay here and really enjoy a holiday without the household chores.Airconditioning never faulted" excellent"The only critism was the bathroom tiling was a little tired.

Wow...the appartment for one night was 420aed with included taxes,without breakfast(20aed)....but its a great accomodation of over 90m2.Great...just great.You have 2toilets....2bathrooms....1big bed...but you can book with 2 bedrooms also for small correction of price(5-10eur,not more).Great location...Near Emirates Mall...behind CityMax Hotel....Warm recommendation to everyone who would like to be in the best part of Dubai...including Marina

We lived in Citystars for 4 months while finalising accommodation in Dubai, the location near Mall of the Emirates etc makes it very convenient. The one bedrooms are larger than the standard accommodation in Dubai, however the quality of the build is poor, the free wifi is slow and drops out regularly, air con noisy, cleaning service questionable. This property then rewards long term guests with a 40% price increase due to the Saudi Holidays, even when there was a long term contract in place. Subsequently we moved out to a far superior, and cheaper, one bedroom apartment in Tecom disappointed we spent so much time at Citystars when our long term loyalty was so not acknowledge and when there is far better properties to stay elsewhere.

Smelly. Stinky and room haunted by beetles....sink broken no manteinance.Terrible , owesame, staff very low profile , not even the minimum attitude to solve a matter nobody did inspect the room after my claim

We stayed there for about 10 days and rooms were spacious and neat. On 31st night, they suprised us with a beautiful new years day cake.
Close to the mall of the emirates and lulu hyper market but a little far from town though you can easily join the metro from the mall of the emirates

Service is good, with swift and prompt response. Location is not as close to the Subway as advertised/informed. We ended up taking the cab instead. There are a few other eateries nearby for convenience sake. Cleanliness is acceptable, but somehow they are a few trapped houseflies, which are rather annoying. Overall, it is a good stay.

First time for me yesterday once the receptionist who has to be gentle and humbly treat you the reverse happens their in this no need city stay beach the (Kalim )evening staff person he called me you will check out morning instead of respecting me he called me you unacceptable one and you should ask your staff how you will deal with customers Second concern that same day I asked to pick up my room I went to pool side and going up evening I found the shock no one cared or did the needful task for that first time to have this neglected behavior Please for any human beings who need to have a healthy stay on vacation or whatever Don’t recommend this substandard location to go there And your towels not neat or clean 👎👎👎

We do have a swimming pool and ether is shade , however we do not have a roof over it. But our sister proeprty City Stay Inn has a roof over the swimming pool.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
