First time for me yesterday once the receptionist who has to be gentle and humbly treat you the reverse happens their in this no need city stay beach the (Kalim )evening staff person he called me you will check out morning instead of respecting me he called me you unacceptable one and you should ask your staff how you will deal with customers Second concern that same day I asked to pick up my room I went to pool side and going up evening I found the shock no one cared or did the needful task for that first time to have this neglected behavior Please for any human beings who need to have a healthy stay on vacation or whatever Don’t recommend this substandard location to go there And your towels not neat or clean 👎👎👎
This is without a doubt the worst hotel experience i have ever had. I was charged 100 durham for a damaged blanket and i asked about the reason they told me that's because you might have used chemicals! I was in a hurry so i had to pay and leave. I received a call a couple of days later from a manager over there he was threatening me because i have submitted a bad review on booking. Horrible customer service. No smoking rooms and every couple of hours the smoke alarm are on because one of the guests are smoking in the rooms. Operator are not answering most of the time. A very bad experience
I bring my family for the visit in UAE i stat in city premiere hotel , I book city tour for Abu Dhabi with louvre museum. Our tour guide was Mr. Saqib Mehmood and is very good guide along with good knowledge about UAE and their Emirates and especially Sheikh Zayed Grand Masjid. And i enjoyed my stay in the hotel staff was very professional and there really take good care of us.
We visited the hotel on the day of our friend’s bachelor party and we found the place through a recommendation. We were pleasantly surprised to find a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a sea view for just AED 650. The rooms were clean and the toiletries were sufficient for all of us. Overall we had a wonderful experience.
I booked a two bedroom apartment in City Stay Hotel Apartments thru Bookig.com website. My booking was done about 6 weeks before my arrival date in Dubai. I choose to book with the option of free cancelation, as there was a chance that I might not be able to go. This booking option is more expensive than booking with no option to cancel the booking. Immediately after confirming my booking in Booking.com site, I received a notification from my bank that my credit card was charged. I reviewed the Booking.com confirmation note and it also confirmed that the payment was done in full. This was very strange, as Booking.com site indicated that my credit card would be charged for half the cost one day ahead of my arrival date at the Apartments, and the other half cost to be paid upon arrival. I emailed Booking.com about this problem. Booking.com replied that this was the Apartment policy, and that they would forward my email to City Stay Hotel Apartments. However, City Stay Hotel Apartments never responded to my email. Booking.com eventually informed me that that the Apartments are not responding to my email. I later had to cancel the booking thru Booking.com site, since my travel plans changed. My credit card was refunded with the Apartment booking cost. However, since I live outside of UAE, there was a price difference in the exchange rates of buying and selling UAE currency. This meant that my credit card was refunded with about $15 less than what I paid. Why does City Stay Hotel Apartments charge credit cards at the time of booking, when the booking is made with a “pay later” option. And why do they ignore customers’ emails. I will never even think about staying here again.…
Really in a perfect location. Short walking distance to mall of the emirates and the metro. Clean, safe and the staff are nice. Not great but nice. Good pool. Close to lulu hypermarket wich has great values
We had a one night stay as stopover to our return journey. The rooms are spacious with all amenity. The room also had free Wifi. The area of improvement includes restaurant with more variety of spread. Overall, we had a nice stay at this place.
I stayed in a normal room with 2 queen sized beds. for the price I believe it was worth the little money it cost to stay there. Always book well in advance to make it more affordable. Language barriers can be an issue but not bad. staff is nice. they forget to mention an extra added hidden fee when you get there so make sure you call or find out what it is to not get ripped off.
I was staying in City Stay Hotel Apartments on September last year.Experience was just horrible!Never again!!I saw cockroaches in the lobby and in the room.When I informed management they came with a cheapest prey from supermarket saying they can't call pest control as it's cost for them.Can you imagine how dirty is their kitchen?Second,when you open the balcony that bad smell from KFC and other restaurants bellow comes to room.Cockroaches are HUGE!My friends and I were insisting on calling pest control the answer was-book more expensive room than we will provide good service. UAE government should check all hotels and hotel apartments and if there's any cockroach found,hotels should be shut down.We were asking for refund on the remaining days booked in hotel they didn't agree.We had to wait that day to come and to happily move from there.City Stay never again!If necessary I can provide emails from management and pictures of dirty bathrooms (as Housekeeping is a disaster) but just don't waste your money and don't stay there.There are many great hotels in Dubai....Experience is just terrible...Tomorrow they will just read a comment write that they apologize and continue to be dirty and nasty hotel with very rude Management and staff.One of them is called Shahid....…
This is the second time that I have strayed, on business at City Stay in Dubai. The location is good for the Mall close by. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are spacious and the apartments are clean. The staff are great and very helpful. However, with a little effort it could be better. Little things let it down. The coffee at breakfast is poor and the juice is watered down and sweetened. Twice the hot food at breakfast did not have heaters under it, resulting in a lacklustre experience. Overall we had good value for money. It could have been better, with very little effort.
