The breakfast spread was amazing even for vegetarians like us and is probably the highlight of this hotel... There was a mix of continental, middle eastern , chinese and Indian options to satisfy the fussiest of eaters... The desserts like cinnabons were decadent... We liked our club room , the beds were comfortable, the boys loved the gym, tennis courts and club lounge... Overall we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and I have no hesitation recommending Jumeirah Creekside to families looking for a happy comfortable stay in Dubai!...

It gave the room a feeling of warmth, sophistication, and vibrancy, without it being overpowering or glaring... The actual room itself was huge with two extremely comfortable beds, separate shower, toilet, bath, shower, and table, sofa, and chairs... The room was actually a suite, or rather, a luxury suite in my opinion... Awaiting us was a generous bowl of fresh fruit, bottles of mineral water and tea and coffee making facilities... It seemed that a lot of effort had been made to anticipate and cater to our needs... As my sister and I were sharing our room, our mum, had been given a room similar to ours with one king-sized bed (same amenities)... All of the staff ensured we felt welcome, our needs were catered to, we felt safe, we were happy, and we were relaxed... They were professional, warm, very attentive and seemed to genuinely want to know their customers and take interest in them... Padmini, Nino, Mohammed, and Jude from reception and concierge, Shorab, Monaliza, and Waids, from the restaurant, Hannan from housekeeping and Angelica from the computer lab were all exceptional... I would encourage anyone travelling to Dubai to book at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel... It is beautiful, the service is outstanding and the location is excellent...

While the neighbourhood is admittedly not the most spectacular in Dubai, the hotel itself is excellent. Conveniently located close to the airport, right next to the DDF tennis stadium, there are several restaurants within walking distance (Irish Village and Century Village)... The interieur of the hotel is modest (at least by Dubai standards), but yet very elegant and very well maintained...
