The rooms were cleaned regularly and efforts were made to ensure that you were comfortable. Shahab was one member of staff who made real efforts to ensure that guests needs were met. It is a place I will recommend to friends.

Well located at downtown area. Hotel room is clean and well maintained. Nice view of the waterfront. Good breakfast and excellent service by the staff at Couqley. Special thanks to Anwar who has been providing very good service to our family.

Hotel breakfast at Couqley is excellent. Enjoyed the Turkish eggs. Been eating 3 days in a row. Good quality breakfast, nice ambience and the service staff are very attentive, friendly and energetic. Anwar who served us was especially hospitable to our family, making our experience warm and memorable. All the staff were friendly and quick to act. Thank you Pullman.

I stayed almost 2 weeks in Pullman Downtown Dubai and also my first time in this hotel, it's a nice n pleasant experience with the staff, they are friendly, pleasant n helpful to during my stay. The staff overall are courteous n respectful to all customers. I'll definitely to go back the same hotel again for my next trip. However , it's only the location is not so convenient especially cars can't turn into the hotel compound directly, many cars missed the entrance to the hotel drop off point.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The views of the room, to the rooftop, to the breakfast, to the room cleaning! We really enjoyed our stay with the friendliest staff. First impressions really last and I was so delighted to have my first experience in Pullman Downtown Dubai superseded my expectations. First, they are very responsive in all my request prior the check in, they understood the need of my request and favored upon my arrival. I was stunned with the spaciousness and modernity of the property but what made the stay really top of the line is the hospitality, professionalism and generosity of their staff especially CHRIS in the front office who gave us the best experience for me and my family. I will definitely consider Pullman as my second home here in Dubai downtown and highly recommended to all of us who'd like to have the business stay with great pleasure!
