We stayed in this hotel after booking directly in its website. The location of the hotel is not bad although it is more than 10 min walk from the metro station. Apart from this the price of the rooms is too expensive to its service and amenities. The suite room adds nothing than a boring living room. The shower stand was not working and they are few plugs placed at inconvenient spots across the room. Charging a phone is a nightmare and involves walking across the room. Even if we asked for non-smoking room they placed at in a smoking room and refused to charge it until after several days. The noise from the night club was the most horrible experience that deny quality sleep. The noise runs until 3AM. The gym is a joke. Only one treadmill works and the other two bikes were malfunctioned. Think twice before booking to this hotel. You will regret it.…

Reservation lost, room freezing with no possibility to cut the climatization, the vibration of the music coming from downstair not stopping all night ... If you want to sleep you need to avoid this hotel !

Vidhi was very helpful all the time. In general the staff, was top marks. Room cleaning twice a day. Pubs and clubs in the bottom floors. Very centrally located, makes it easy to access JLT or the Marina

A+ Staff is very helpful and kind. Vidhi's smile is priceless in the restaurant :-) Location is excellent. Room quality is not the top, a lot of small missfunctions, but clean and bright. Silent rooms (where the bar/disco noise not disturbe you) are from the 4th.

I stayed many times . I always came to marina byblos because of the best service . Near metro. Beach and entire facilities like club and bar .. Daman from the Concierge he is always smiling and always willing for help . Sometimes i want to eat outside he always recommends me a good restaurant and helps me to order medicine when i was sick. I will recommend to all if they will go to marina byblos approach for Daman he is best and helping person in the hotel .. see you soon and thanks for everything .. hotel should be 5 star not 4 star because they have a best service as same like 5 star .😌😌😌😌

Neat rooms, very good location, friendly staff, Omar super attentive, great World Cup atmosphere!! Ribs and chips best in town. Wide variety of beer on tap. Cool rooftop pool. Friendly service all round.

Overall an ok option, but with a little work could be much better On the positive side - The check in was swift, friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a great location for access to Dubai Marina and JBR. On the neutral side - the rooms are old and a little tired. The breakfast buffet was plentiful but not great quality On the negative side - the wifi was slow and kept dropping out. The cleaning of the rooms was not of a good standard.

A great stay in the Marina Bablyos. We stayed for one week in standard rooms which were lovely, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The hotel is in a great location for the marina, the beach and the train station and is short walk to the Marina Mall. The pool area is very pleasant and well looked after by the staff. We were half board and the food was lovely. A great variety everyday, well presented and tasted great. We were very well looked after by all the hard working restaurant staff. Special thanks to Maher, Raquel, Keshab , Haan , Amr and Chalida for great service and making our stay special. Only small gripe was a reluctance to provide 2 room keys which we needed as we all like to do our own thing sometimes!
