There is a night club in the hotel that plays terrible music until 4am, it is so loud that it vibrates your windows, I honestly dont know how this is listed as a hotel as its impossible to sleep. It seems like good option as it is close to the airport but it is terrible. Staff are rude and it is impossible to sleep. Never ever stay here.

Please, either change the transparent glass or put a curtain on it. It's an awkward moment when sharing a room with another roommate. Nobody dares using bathtub when the roommate's bed nearby and can see you through. Room 202 March 5 Yuvraj Chaulagain.

As with most hotels in Dubai, the furnishings are dated, no power outlets next to the bed, and cleanliness is arbitrary. Food quality is buffet, breakfast has little to offer for westerners. Overall, the price was fair, and the amenities offered are good. Recommend for business travel, not for pleasure.

I was at the spa this morning. The spa was good but after that I had. Cup of tea and biscuits. I wasn't informed that they had same area for males. I was just wearing my towels to cover my body when they let a male in the spa. I feel so angry about it.

I am very happy to stay with Asiana hotel in Dubai and I really enjoy with our family and house keeping staff is very helpful our room is always clean by Raju and mr Papu cleaning supervisor he’s always taking care my room thanks a lot we will come bake again

Breakfast staff led by Mr. Sujit Arora delievered the best food and service in town .Big 5 star to Mr Arora and his Team.. Housekeeping is great 5 stars.. Reception 3 stars .. operator and whoever recieving the calls in the hotel when one calls from the room and when You call the hotel are the worst almost never answer calls from guests and those who are calling to get hold on their guests so 0 stars.

Before I book the hotel on-line I called the property Erissa answered all my enquiry like if there is a smoking room etc. I booked then I arrived the next day. There was no available smoking room so i waited for hours. They let me use a non-smoking room first to rest. I called for and engineer to connect me to Netflix the engineer, his name is MANU, who in not courteous when I opened the door for him to assist me. I told him if he can connect me online as I will need to access Netflix. He asked me rudely: You have an account? How long will you stay here. It’s not allowed to access Netflix because we need to reset again the tv. This attitude is not even from a 1 star hotel if there is such. Horrible

Not the hotel that I would recommend to. From the time we step in in this hotel, service is not at all professional. We requested to park in front of the hotel since there is a vacancy, but then they will insist that its just for emergency. It would be understandable if you won’t see any cars parked there. So, we parked on their narrow basement parking. But then, when we went out at night, 2 cars were parked just on the same spots.. so, can u blame us? Is it right to show discrimation to their guests? Now, we go to the room part,,.. Upon entering, the air freshener was way too much. I was coughing the whole time right after. Very strong smell. AC is not cold the whole night. Breakfast at Sonamu though was great. So, in conclusion.. service, people, staffs, concierge are not at all pleasant and not professional. I would commend housekeeping for their cleaning service (minus the air freshener). And.. the only good thing about this hotel - restaurants won’t fail you.…

Room defected busted light in the room, AC is under Maintenance when we check in it’s too warm in the room. When you dial for reception or housekeeping for assistance no one answer the phone! Im in house guest and pass by around 9:30pm at boracay bar just to have a drinks. And because I’m wearing sleeper they don’t allow me to enter in the bar because of the dress code! Common guys Bar Is Empty I want to have a bottle of wine it’s revenue for the hotel. Just be flexible when your place is empty to get revenue from your in house guest. Instead I went somewhere just to drink a bottle of wine with my sleepers! For Breakfast at Sonamo Restaurant Mr. Kevin is very handful and knowledgeable about his job he is only guy running the outlet by himself just to. Serve all his guest. I have been here with my husband for the first time this June and we really enjoyed our stay. Food and service are very good and staff very polite. We want to say thank you to everyone, you are amazing. You can feel the essence of Asia in UAE. We will come back.
