We have been visiting Dubai every 6 months but never came across this hotel. I have seen how some hotel staff handle their customers. We booked this hotel for 3 nights initially but due to the excellent service given to us from the Manager and the front desk staff we extended our stay for another few days. We have young children so to have extra assistance makes a big difference. Just small gestures like getting someone to help with taking shopping to our room and extending our check out times. Even the housekeeping staff that cleaned our room were so friendly as my 1 yr old is always crawling around so they were gentle with him and cleaned the room quickly to avoid interruption. I wanted to pass on a special thank you to the service given by Rekha and Preety mainly. They are always pleasant and helpful. I will make sure this hotel is recommended to most of my family as its location is perfect and close to downtown. From now on I will always stay here. Great staff always comes from good management. The manager was a very friendly, welcoming manager hence why the staff are the same.

I would like to thank you for your hospitality during our stay I must say the staff of the hotel apartment is doing a great job.The house keeping boys ( Mondal, Hassan,Krishna) were very friendly and at our service whenever necessary.
During our stay we first resided in Frazer suites Dubai as well, but I must say it was not up to our expectations and not maintained well at all.
But in Royal Continental Suites they have maintained everything clean and provide very good facilities you feel like home and they take care of all the necessary things.

We are staying here with family and have loved this hotel. From the management to the house keeping staff. It has been a great experience and I have seen excellent customer service. The location of the hotel is perfect. We have the best view of the Burj. I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai but here they take extra care of you. The boys cleaning our room every day Hymad and Nayem are so patient since my baby is either sleeping or crawling around while they clean. They always work around us and are so friendly that my kids love them. They clean everything and change everything so fast. It is helpful when you have young children I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have children.

A very well situated hotel, if you’re lucky enough to reserve the correct room you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the marina bay from your balcony. Lovely and welcoming interior designs for each room, Clean and refreshing. Staff are very helpful and room service is very quick with the response. Just had a small issue with the TV connection for almost an hour and the reason was to that it’s a new hotel and minor issues are possible according to the feedback I received from IT. However the front desk manager AHMED was kind enough to extend my check out an extra hour in compensation. Very pleased with my stay and I’m sure all the other guests feel the same.

My stay at Royal Continental Suites was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt a sense of calm and tranquility. I visited this hotel because I was in the area and for me on paper it was the best value for money + it had everything I needed.
Highly recommended for comfort, convenience and peace/quiet.
Rooms are modern, clean, soundproofed and have balconies.
Gym is new, small but still has a smith machine/cables etc, you can work your entire body which is important for me, with some good weight too.
Sauna/steam and pool are also very nice, the only downfall for me was no ice bath/plunge pool to cool down after the sauna, would be nice to hit some hot and cold! (Hardly any hotel in Dubai has this could be a good USP)
Walking to Dubai mall took me 25 mins down the riverside, it was a very chilled walk!
Finally, Mahmoud, Sahil and Shuja made my stay very warming!

I visited this nice place and I can say it's one the most organized places ever visited, starting from arrival at reception they are offering you welcome drink and cold water, assist you with luggage, Leul and harsh at reception are really so helpful.
