Stayed for a night and the service from reception to housekeeping was excellent. will definately come back again soon! pool, restaurants and gym are well cleaned and sanitized. i also got a room with a good view.. everything i requested was provided upon the time of check in.

It is terrible hotel. My daughter checked the room and there was a lot of dust and stains. The worse and terrifying there was underwear for men who's was guest here because us.The room also had few things missing as of no one cleaned the room and replaced the old things there with new . We slept late at 3am coz of changing room but they wake me up to check out without any consideration of what happen.Ive attached the photo what we found in the room.they should clean and sanitized because of Corona.

The one bedroom suite is spacious but seasoned and need upgrading. Kitchenette equipment is incomplete, perhaps could do better with more utensils, dishwashing liquid and kitchen roll. Room environment was quite stuffy and smelly with little cockroaches and insects running around. Had to buy air freshener and insecticide fron a nearby supermarket. There were no towels in the bathroom and had to call 3-4 times to get them sent 8 hours later. Other than that, the location is good, close to Metro station and lots of restaurants. Front desk staff Rechel was especially nice and helpful.

i stayed for days at this hotel , the front office ladies lack customer service and are so rude. The restroom was full of the insects everyday they give me excuse will spray today and tomorrow will do pest control but it never happened during my entire stay, the insects/flies were coming upto the bed so the staff were least bothered . Small cockroaches everywhere. There was construction going on the next building , early morning at 5am works starts one can hardly sleep ideally the hotel should inform the guest of this problem before check in and not for it be a surprise for the guest..All 16 nights were nightmare i was just stuck to this t situation as i paid full amount and it was non refundable. first ever hotel chain i have come across where by guest comfort is least bothered, as long the hotel got their full payment. Not recommendable property and worst ever experience i had.…

Ok on a budget hotel it’s quite mediocre and beds could do with an upgrade really other than that like I said ok a budget when visiting already expensive Dubai, swimming pool was probably the best thing to here

Room location was on 2nd floor room 216, it had large Fridge, kitchen fully loaded, micro oven, electric iron with press table, large double bed, spacious room with cupboards,LED TV,. The reception people from Nigeria and Phillipines were very courteous, energetic, helpful and efficient. We had no problems for all the days of stay right from the day we checked in i.e on the 2nd April 2019. I would say the stay was very satisfactory due to efficient staff Anne and her team and the comfortable room. The location of the hotel was so good that the Metro, the supermarket, Various types of eateries were all within walking distance.

Nice town location and close to all amenities. Near by restaurants and close city. Family friendly. Only safari bookings through too expensive. Clean and tidy. Had a water leak but they repaired very quickly. Travel date was JUlY 2013 but still i can remember. Travel date slected is not the right date.

The security guards are the worst part here. They dont know how to talk with guests ... The hotel managment should train them .They should be train to be friendly and accomodating NOT act like an FBI. Its a hotel apartment the should treat their guest nicely. Room Service staff is good and co-operative and one more Good thing about this hotel is only nearby to all stores and public transport...Just because of their security staff i decided will not to stay in this hotel next time. because we are not paying them that they will insult us.

After an horrendous start to our holiday, we switched to this place. We booked in the middle of the night and arrived by 10am. They accommodated us immediately and made us very welcome. The accommodation is simple (though perhaps bathroom sliding doors need a re-think) but if you’re looking for clean and quiet, come here. Close to metro for tourist bits, loads of restaurants nearby, and Roddy the concierge was so helpful. The pool was always empty and a welcome end to the day! I think I’d come back here.
