AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!Don’t go to this hotel if you are clever ,very stingy management ice is chargeable ,extra cups ,water (this is new to me for a number of hotels I have stayed in ,if you are staying there you can ask for as much water as you want!!!!! ,tang is served as juice at breakfast chef cooking eggs was very dirty no gloves as I was giving my order he walked away to go get something he wasn’t listening. dining staff were always fighting infront of customers very unprofessional especially the Filipino guy !,telephone in the room wasn’t working I had to go down each time,short of reception staff they had only one who was very slow ,rooms are very old and smelly it they have cockroaches🥲🥲!!! ,went to try the spa the ladies are very rude couldn’t sleep because of the noise from that filthy stripper club upstairs I regret bringing my child ..I honestly was in tears almost during my stay THIS IS SAD NO VALUE OF MONEY AT ALL .I couldn’t wait to pack out to the next hotel this is not even a hotel I have stayed in a number of hotels and resorts this is not even close to a 3 star yet it’s rated as a 4 star how can you charge for ordinary ice WI FI was unstable yet I had an important business meeting the management of this hotel needs to be changed not even worth 100$ I paid for the night…

Pros - large room - value for money - location Cons - the front desk staff didn't assist me even Im the one came to the desk first and I have to stand aside as his attention was on the other guests whose coming behind me. - unstable internet connection, it keeps disconnecting most of the time. - it get noisy at times like when someone using the washroom on the above floor you can hear the water on the drainage, sound from the club and people passing by the corridor. - old room vibe, the room needs renovation. - bathroom was fine but the toilet seat was not totally clean I saw some pee droplets and hairs so I have to wipe it myself. - the remote was not clean for a long time, Im not even sure if I want to touch that remote. - theres like 3 channels that are not working (see photo).…

Dirty, Smelly, Noisy, Dusty I had to call the reception because of the noise from their nightclub, the receptionist was so very rude and unhelpful! If a hotel can afford a club in its premises, then it has to make sure it is not impacting guests'sleep! 3h to have the check-in done, and arrived to an old, dirty and very smelly room! I've called booking.com directly to cancel my stay as disappointed I was. The Hotel manager helped me a lot at thank you for the efforts, really appreciated.

Staff, room, room service excellent. However when you're looking for your must haves, real let down! Pool open 8-5, who closes the pool at 5pm as people arrive home from a busy, and sweaty, Dubai day? And the Jacuzzi in the photos, it's now gone. What moron fills in a Jacuzzi for people who have just got off a long flight! And the pool was still locked after midday. Real shame as all the other staff were so outstanding, they've been totally let down by their peers who look after the important stuff I look for. Excellent if you don't expect the extras. That said, watching a breakfast chef who can flip two fried eggs and not break the yolks, he's special...!

Worst hotel for a holiday. We stayed for 10 nights(2 rooms) after a agent booked us there and recommended it. They took all our 4 passports as deposit. Rooms are not cleaned everyday, they just spread bed without changing dirty ones. Safe and Fridge was not working in one room. Carpets are dirty and old with burnt marks. Bath tub cracked and dirty. Breakfast horrible we only ate it once and realised it was a waste. Luckily we had just booked room and there are lots of restaurants around. The top deck swimming pool and fitness center have poor old equipment and operates odd hours. Please don't book this hotel

Horrible stay, the hotel has maximum 2 star, not clean, swimming pool is horrible, dirty carpet, none slippers , the room servis doesnt understand english, big disappointment, don't ever go to this hotel.

Hi, I’m Apoorv I just love the Hotel and the Ambiance, Breakfast is good too and the management team is up to the mark. Rooms are big enough to have a Great and peaceful stay. And if you’re a party person the hotel itself a 3 different pubs / restaurant so you don’t need to go anywhere. I have a great stay with zero regrets! Thank you Grand Central.
