I would like to point out the wonderful treatment of the staff, starting with the reception, room service, and the 42nd floor reception. A truly special experience at voco Hotel. I want to talk about the food in the hotel and the variety of food, the menu is varied from international cuisines and the way it is presented very beautiful. The breakfast is more than wonderful. The view is very beautiful, especially its view of the Future Museum.

It was our first time in Dubai, as well as at Voco hotel and it was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time, especially the staff was very friendly, helpful and very respectful. The rooms were amazing, we didn’t had the view to the museum of the future but after few days they change our room and we got the beautiful view 😍 special thanks to the reception area, always polite and very helpful. Special thanks as well to the breakfast team for surprising me on my birthday! Really made my day ♥️.

We really enjoyed our stay at Voco Hotel. We stayed there for 7 nights and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. The service is great, everyone is so friendly and nice. Our room was perfect as well, we had an excellent view to the famous Sheikh Zayed Road with the Emirates Towers, the Museum of the future and also the Burj Khalifa showed it’s top to our windows. One of best ways to enjoy this view was by taking a bath - the bathtub is placed directly to the big windows in the bathroom. Our room had always been clean and fresh. I also want to point out the Windows Bar on 49th floor of the Voco Hotel. We were there 3 times because we enjoyed it there so much. There was even a better view as it already has been out of the rooms, you get delicious food and the best service I‘ve ever had I would say. Anu Rai, Moe, Lama, Gurung and Chef Naveen took the best care of us and were a big part of making our first trip to Dubai an amazing experience. Thank you guys for being so nice, the finest burgers and best service, you are amazing and you are doing a great job. We enjoyed our stay at Voco Dubai very much! The location is perfect; next to the metrostation and a 5 minute drive to the Burj Khalifa. The room had a beautiful view of the Museum of the future and the Burj Khalifa. The housekeeping did a wonderful job with keeping the room clean and refilling cold water. The lounge in the lobby is a really nice place to sit, relax and have a drink. We came here every night and Danushka is the best server. He made the best cappuccino, iced coffee, iced tea and homemade drinks. He was super helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend Voco Dubai!

This stay in your hotel was one of the most amazing what we experienced. The entire team was so polite, friendly and respectful and trying to do their utmost and they succeeded 😉 Rooms clean every day with fresh towels and enough bottle of waters, restaurants and cafes extraordinary, nightlife 49th/50th floor was only amazing 🤩 we have enjoyed it a lot 👍🏼Our special thanks to Mr Qasim Butt from Reyna Tours, we have enjoyed our delightful and very well organized desert trip, it was really amazing thank you and bohot bohot Shukriya 🙏 We will definitely come back to this hotel as we had superb treatments in your SPA and thank you to the team of Villa Saif😊 Pool side absolutely nice. During our visit Dubai we three friends stayed in VOCO Hotel Dubai and had great experience. Main highlight of the activities was Desert safari trip. We have met there Qasim Butt who have booked desert Safari trip through company Name Rayna Tours. With excellent services and guidance of Mr. Qasim Butt who were there on help desk, we further have very good experience in fact life time experience of Safari and Meal. We will recommend tourists the same.

İt take like 25 minutes to c/in and time was like 23:00 we did not get any information about hotel. As where is spa-main restaurant- wifi etc.. Room was great big and clean. Beds are very comfortable but lights are really disaster some of them was no working housekeeping is very poor as they did not change sheets as i staye 5 days. They never fill the soaps-lotions etc… 2 times i left light for cleaning but nobody clean my room. Breakfast 5 days same same same evrething was almost same! As 3 types of chees-hots etc- last 2 days i was so upset alwaysss SAME BREAKFAST ! SAMEEEE resturant host was so kind but the rest is really poor. You need to ask 2-3 times just for one tea or coffee. İ fill the feed back paper for that but waiter took it after filling and did nothing..! Concierge guys ARE GREAT best thing about the hotel. İ do not know which stafs were they but When you need taxi, they always push you really hard to take their cabs.! Third good thing about the hotel was- they give late c|out to me but 1 time reception called me to check out, 1 time houskeeper ask to c\out Noboby has information about my late c/out time My college left me 2 beers whick never arrived.! They informe you that hotel is non smoking but my room was really smelling every time o enter. İt is about the curtains i thing.…
