Wonderful hotel with all facilities close the metro station red line, the room was big and modern and cleaned evrey day, the pool on the 8th floor with amazing view is very nice, the have also a free shuttle service for the kite beach. The price is very competitive with all others hotel with less facilities! Well done!!!!

Amazing hotel and really very nice and professional staff are working here, living here for the 5th year now and not thinking on moving since nice facilities and location, also still having an excellent experience with the hotel management and very professional staff, I'd like to appreciate the whole team efforts for the amazing experience they are giving and sharing with their guests, always smiling and welling to help and trying to satisfy all requirements to make your accommodation as much good as possible. I'd like to specially thank Mr. Waleed Abd El Monem Mahmoud the long term residency manager for going above and beyond the expectations, for his usual extended support and welling to assist all the time, he is really very professional and very dedicated as well as Leah De la Serna! I'd like to extend the appreciation to Mr. Hatem, the pool bar manager for his dedication and professionalism all the time and Mr. Ayman the hotel's chef for the delicious food he is cooking! :) The concierge team, Mahmoud, Rafi, Aly, Sohail and Ibrahim for their support and professionalism. Overall, we had a great time in the hotel. The outdoor pool is very nice. We loved it. We stayed in a two bedrooms (room number 3231). The small bedroom’s air conditioning was not cold enough. We felt hot during sleeping at night. The location and the price are good.

Had an excellent stay there. Staff is amazing, helpful and courteous. I have absolutely no complaints, whatsoever. The only suggestion I have if I may is that this elevator situation must be handled. We were on the 36th floor and each and every morning coming down to the 8th or G level took literally 20-25 minutes. This is a waste of time especially when on vacation. Everything else was perfect. I even had interaction with the manager an issue with the billing and I must say he was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Kudos to all employees there and thank you.

I had a pleasant stay at Two seasons, the room service is really fast. The room cleaning person named Rony was really nice, the room was clean and up to date every time. They can have a some more options in buffet Breakfast with regards to Indian food.

Quick trip with son. Very helpful front office. Location was awesome...right next to metro station. Did not try out the food so can not comment on that. Rooms were nice & clean with all ammenities. Housekeeping was excellent. View from pool was amazing Highly recommended

Good location near Dubai Internet City metro with a convenient store nearby. In the hotel there is: hairdressers, convenience store, restaurants, spa, gym, swimming pools. The apartment is a good size allowing for a separate living quarter away from the bedroom with a kitchenette. Tv in bedroom and living room. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good Internet throughout the hotel. If you want a cheaper taxi and food delivery download the app Careem, thank me later.

Amazing hotel and the staff are really very nice and professional working here. The hotel is in a good location with excellent access to the metro and you can reach anywhere you want. The view from my room, which was located on the 34th floor overlooking the Sheikh Ride highway, was wonderful. I stayed with my patner for a week. It was amazing service and the staff were very helful. Room was super clean . Thank you to Nasirul. He was very helpful and accomodating, he even helped us find gluten free options. Pool and gym were amazing, speacial thanks to Ahmed Mukhtar for easy check in. Thanks also to Ali Beshane, Ibrahim Coach, Hatem, Heshan, Leah, Shahidul and Rumesh for making our stay speacial. You must stay Saturday for BBQ night with amazing Burj Al Arab View. Ask for Mr. Hatem for the best table.
